The complex is centrally located between Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth. It's about 17mins from DFW international airport and 26 mins from Dallas Love Field airport. The grounds are well kept. This is a pet friendly community with a doggy area. There are two nice pool areas and a workout room. This is good middle of the road community, neighter high end or trashy. The fixtures are older but decent. Management can be vague and picky about what is allowed on patios. Maintenance response, for me, has been excellent. Neighbors ..lol Some great and some not so much. I find that a neighborhood is what you make it. If you take the time to build a rapport with your building mates, then the stat here will be pleasant. Pest control... They do their best to resolve if it occurs. Do your part to prevent occurrences. Management... In terms of professionalism and customer services, there is definitely room for improvement. There are good apples in the bunch. Overall, it is decent clean community for a few years.

I have enjoyed my residency here at sitter creek. The pricing if low enough to manage and the living space is not all that bad. I do realize I need a slightly bigger apartment so I will be extending my stay here just in a bigger place

It's ok so far so good I guess. Maintenance is pretty quick with coming out. Leasing office answer the phone and emails in a timely manner. The roaches and bugs are a big issue. They just won't go away.

This is a pretty good community and I really like where I am. Noise level not to bad . Neighbors or not really friendly. Office staff is ok . No good or bad comments about office staff. Maintenance is awesome. Never disappoints.

No security, bad area, many people you don't know waking around this area, they're do something bad, because no security gate they're easy come in and out, no parking cars tags, that right no parking at night time

Clean environment and friendly staff, good security but the only downside is that it's very noisy, with loud cars coming in and out and loud music being played a lot for most of the day. Had issues with the door not locking right and I feel like I'm not the only one because of the constant door slamming in order to get it to lock properly.

Horrible, bad customer service. If you are here to serve the community, then you should serve without an attitude.. No smiling just talking to you like you are bothering them.. And the maintenance of my apartment has been unaddressed. My ceiling in my bathroom is hanging my AC was leaking in my bathroom. And my AC did not work all summer and I was told that it because of the old makeup of the complex. When I know other residents who are not suffering in heat!

My experience at Sutter Creek Apartments has been decent enough to live there. Management is poor, staff is extremely rude. They do not give enough notice for mistakes made on rent dues and other alike problems. They do not respond to crisis in a timely manner.

In the beginning they offered all kind of service faxing copying and computer they've been a change in management and all service seems to have end have problem with roaches and apt need to be painted

This is a very nice complex,well lighted, plenty of parking and nice trees and grounds. I love the updates in my apartment. Nice plush carpets, new appliances. The staff is always attentive and professional.

The apartments look nice when you first move in but as you stay, things will begin to unravel. The roaches are horrible. the maintenance men dont fix things the right way. the walls and tub is cavin in -- i pay so much in rent but its simply not worth it. the kids are horrible. i thought this was a good apt complex but it isnt

Delivery driver is careless to find correct apartment number when delivering from Amazon. Had leakage issues on first day of move-in. Disgusting showers that haven't been cleaned potentially months to years. Rain leaked through window panels and wall above windows on first night with rain.

If you contracted covid-19 and you fall behind on rent they will evict you! They do not care about a pandemic or the fact that peoples hours are cut! Darla Olguin is supposedly the leasing manager and she is beyond rude! She is also a liar! She’s given me three different rent amounts to pay and took me to court and said that I chose not to pay when she locked my online portal out and refused to accept my partial payment of $1000 to catch my balance up from $1400. This complex is also charging tenants different amounts of rent for the same unit, and charging late fees to some tenants but not all! The day after she filed for eviction my apartment was shot up with 6 bullets in my living room window! Officers say the cameras were off and they were not sure why! This complex is dangerous and I feel like the people in the office are literally washing money for illegal businesses. DO NOT RENT HERE

These apartments are in a nice area but please avoid. The office staff is very rude with smart mouths. Once you move out they charge you all these unnecessary fees & to their defense “Oh when you first moved in we charged this & that but you were never billed for it”. And nobody failed to mention any of those fees before hand. When you move out, you will still receive billing statements even For days You weren’t in the apartment. Corporate is no help, you send a letter or complaint to them, they never respond. Avoid moving there to keep your Sanity & peace.

The community is dog friendly . I see people walking there dogs. When I need maintenance done . It's done on a timely fashion. I like that fact that the parking lot is clean and that the trashed is picked up Regularly. The community has 2 pools.

We love it!! Great atmosphere overall!! We had some people move in that kept up confusion across the street but they moved and now it pretty quiet now! The maintenance is great when you email they're very prompt about coming to fix whatever you need fixed.

The area is nice. I can't complaint about neighbors. Parking if you arrived late from work is really hard to find. The pool even though is said that is open until 10PM there are parties at night. Also people that does not live in the community use the pool. Roaches & the answer I get is that you can't choose your neighbors. The infestation of bugs is the major decision I decided to moved. Office employees are really nice & helpful.
