I love this community, very clean thanks to maintenance and very quite, I hate that other tenants ruined it for others but I loved when the gym was open 24 hours but not anymore... I like to be able to excercise at night after work.

This Community is amazing, very safe and quiet, I've enjoyed living here. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very family friendly the amenities are absolutely the best. I'm not happy with the breezeways. They are filthy. The trash collection service is unreliable at best but we are happy with the maintenance team. They are very good at what they do and nice professionals.

The only real issue I have with the community is there was a maintenance which occurred while I was gone on vacation and without my knowledge as the notice was sent out after I was gone. I had several money clips stolen which one held $300 and a phone charger and cable plugged into the outlet near the front door. It was all items which were easily pocketed without anyone being the wiser. The property manager didn't listen to me and swore her crew would not take anything. They were the only ones in the apartment.

I moved from a different city but Marisa and the girls in the front office were so much help and the maintenance is the best I had issues with my air and they fixed it in less then an hour of reporting it they also had to come out on an emergency on Thanksgiving and fixed my stove saving our dinner. It's a very quiet and peaceful safe place to call home. I love it and don't see myself moving anytime.

It's normally very difficult to find a place that looks more expensive than what it actually cost but this place is that place. The property is very well taken care of and the amenities actually work. Lastly the office staff ( especially marrisa) is so nice and always willing to help. I'll definitely be here a long time.

Peaceful and enjoy the diligence by office staff when problems arise. Non-smoking is enforced out of safety when we enter the summer. Applicants are properly vetted as I have never had any serious issues with neighbors.
