Great staff! Great Prices! Great Floor Plans! I absolutely love living here so far. I do hope I can get a carport soon. They said there is a waiting list but I see a lot of open unused spots. Hopefully something becomes available soon! Thank you guys so much!

Its been good overall, i moved in but the apartment was a little damaged already, i think there should be some flexibility on the rent. Its a little overpriced. But im not sure if thats possible. The office is awesome but i know the rules they have to enforce

Been rough. Roaches draining issues. Office staff is great but it's generally been a pain in a lot of ways. I love the actual apartment but the pest issues and the constant need to perform service requests is intense

Till now had nice experience as we are recently moved, but community looks to be clean. This is nice place but there is no play area for kids, garden looks to be clean. Like pets if kids also has separate play area then it could be much better.

Very quiet place with a friendly community, especially with the dog owners who can be seen all throughout the day outside walking their dogs or spending time at the dog park. The community holds events at least once a month, to bring people together. Maintenance is very quick and courteous. Wish every place had such great service.

I recently moved in and so far I am liking the friendly staff. They assisted with my questions and made the move a lot smoother for me. I picked the complex for the location, really for the nearby hike and bike trail. I would really appreciate it if there would be direct access to the trail from within the complex. Thank you.

I really like the service and how much the people here care for the community. Service is slow at times, but get the job done. The outside of the buildings look really neatly decorated! I love looking outside and seeing how pretty it looks!

Great staff, great neighborhood, great, great great! Love the manager. It is pretty quiet and in a great location. That sums up exactly how I feel about this great place. I tell strangers about how much I love it here.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Great community events and work orders are filled quickly! I also love my vaulted ceilings and front patio. The community is quiet but residents utilize the community areas which is great so you can meet people. I wish the gym were bigger and the grounds kept cleaner (especially the mail area).

Great office and maintenance staff. Issues are addressed very quickly. One of the few complexes in the Austin area which does not have any breed or size restrictions for dogs. I haven't met an unfriendly dog yet! Complex is located in North Austin with quick and easy access to Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Cedar Park. Trip time downtown averages about 25 minutes so quick enough to enjoy Austin's main activities via either I35 or Mopac.

These apartments look very nice on the but they are horrible! Thin walls, rodent problems no one seems concerned about, but me because it's my apt! They force you to pay $50 for a cable company you don't as any additional add ones make it very expensive to have cable! They will tell you all service requests are answered within 24 hours but that is no longer the case. Good luck getting anyone with a week. My dishwasher has been broken and "waiting on a part" for over a month. When I inquired about the wait it they respondes with by saying they don't know and there is nothing they can do but wait. I asked if that meant I could be waiting until my lease was up in another 2 1/2 more months and they replied with we hope not but yes it could. How is this even ok?! I pay for a working dishwasher!

The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I have disabilities and my needs are being met. My neighbors have reached out and introduced themselves. I really have made a good choice in my apartment complex.

I enjoy the professionalism and efficiency of the office here. If there is ever an issue, I can trust the team to hop right on it and get my home squared away. I also love the festivities that are put on for everyone living here. It's a nice way of bringing a sense of community into the apartment.

It is a nice community. It is very near to my office and school. But, the noise from traffic is very high. Negative: People are entering from EXIT gate. I have informed to leasing staff about this. We are expecting balcony is back side.

Everything's been great so far, the only thing I can say negatively is that there seems to be a litter bug near me or that uses the path in front of my apt. I know it's the renters, but if trash is being picked up mon-Thur evening, perhaps they can be asked to pick up rogue discarded receipts, bottles, etc. But aside from that, it's been all good around here at #716

It is great community. The staff are very friendly and remember faces and apartment numbers. The community is kept clean for the most part. They have events at the office frequently to keep the tenants engaged.

We were really excited to move into this apartment. On the first day, we noticed that there may not have been any cleaning before we moved in. There was pubic hair all over the sink and bath tub. There was boxers and panties on the side of our washing machine. I had to unclog the bath tub the first week because the water was not draining. The staff is great. They are very nice and helpful. The maintenance guys are great. Pretty quick. When walking around the apartments, the smell can be really bad because of the people that leave their dog's poop. I'm assuming the apartments walk around and occasionally pick it up. Overall I will not be staying here. This apartment complex is just not for us.

Very nice spacious apartment for a very reasonable price. Very nice management staff. Any maintenance concerns are seen to on a prompt basis. I love the locked porch entry. I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in this area.
