Great Place to Live
I live here at Verde Oak and love it, love it, love it. Right when you walk into my apartment it feels like a home instead of a drab apartment. I have granite counter tops and a large bathroom with nice tile. I get to park right in front of my apartment since there is ample parking. The people in front are so friendly and always greet you when they see you. The amenities are great. I get to use the on-line computer for free EVERY DAY with my FREE coffee from the coffee bar. Plus the big screen TV is great to enjoy your favorite show. I also use the gym on a daily basis. Every month they have a community gathering which includes a Saturday brunch to get to know your neighbors (a good idea). I have definitely recommended this place to all my friends. It just feels like a home.

Pretty good place to live
Verde Oak Park is a very decent place to live. When you walk in you definitely get the WOW factor when it comes to space and amenities, BUT then you start to really notice the details. The countertops are granite which is really nice but it was poorly put in because the colors don't match at the seams. When we first moved in the dishwasher wasn't even attached to the surrounding walls or granite, and it wobbled back and forth. Also you can tell the workmanship was shotty when they built it because where there is a nail the putty to cover it up looks like crap. I may be a little ---- retentive about stuff like this, but as long as your not inspecting the details you are going to think it is fabulous. The fixtures and black appliances are very nice though. We are on the third floor but the electricity bills are very reasonable even in the summer months, $100 or less. Also Verde Oak is now AT&T Uverse ready and would totally recommend their cable/internet package, just don't put the router in the desk in bedroom, seems to interfere with the signal. Parking stinks if youā¦Ā See More>Larkin
