Overall very happy. Always friendly and professional staff. Maintenance is always timely and takes care of any issues correctly the first time. Walls are pretty thin, but there's not much that can be done to resolve that! Grounds are neat and location is great!

This place is such a great place to live. All my neighbors are great and the management works very hard! The pool is nice too!Current resident - great place, safe complex, management quick to respond to everything & anything that needs to be done. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and prompt in answering any questions I had, as well as getting me documents and such that I needed. The apartment was pretty much in flawless condition. We did have a maintanence issue come up on the second day of move-in, something that was our fault, and staff were there the next business day to fix it. Overall an excellent experience with this complex so far.

I really enjoy living here. Spacious Apartments beautiful grounds and awesome staff that helps you out very efficiently. The only thing I do not like is the parking here. I don't think they realized how many people had cars to Apartments. :)

When I first came to inquire about the apartments, I received excellent service from the staff, they are very nice and the apartments are just beautiful. The area seems to be very quiet and people are friendly. I think we will enjoy our stay here!

I am very dissatisfied with the service, since I moved in I have seen ants and have had take extra precaution to keep them out. It is a hassle and I have children have been bit by them as well. For this reason I will be relocating. I should not have to be wiping ants off everyday.

Moving into an apartment was not by choice however with the professional way the staff at Colonial Grand have treated me has made all the difference in the world. This has become quite the enjoyable stay! The neighbors are all very nice and quiet. All requests have been completed so quickly and pleasantly.

Overall, I've enjoyed my experience here. The grounds are well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance is prompt. The only complaints I have are that some of the other tenants can be quite loud on the weekends. It only occurs once every other month or so, but can be quite frustrating when it does occur.

Decent. Best sq footage option I could find for the price. Extremely dog friendly, although the "park" is a complete joke and always disgusting. Wish the hot tub actually worked. Overall it's a good place to live. Definitely intend to resign my lease unless the rent increases an unnecessary amount.

Great community. Sometimes kids are running around on the street. Not good for drivers. The trash Bins are sometimes so full that is hard to throw trash. No kids playhouse for kids to play. Basketball court?

Although there have been changes over the six years, I've enjoyed living at CBWB. The rent is high, but seems to be the case anywhere around town. Does it ever decrease or stay the same? Parking is tough.

Pleasant experience, staff is professional and friendly. The apartment was completely refurbished and clean when I moved in. There were a few minor details that needed to be fixed and the issues were taken care of promptly the next day. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a centralized, well kept and managed apartment complex.

The management staff is accommodating and also very friendly. I rarely have instances where an issue is not resolved within 24 gremlins in the electronics. Even minor issues are typically resolved in a day if not sooner

Getting much better. The "quality" of the residents has improved greatly. Upkeep and maintenance is getting better. Great location and lots of shopping/restaurants nearby. Good and quick access to I35.

Friendly staff, attentive to needs of the community and good communication via monthly flyers. Greens have been kept up with weekly grooming via specialty lawn service as well as decorative landscaping to make area more appealing to the eye. Otherwise, dog feces are still not being picked up and I can't imagine how hard that is to keep up with via the maintenance crew.

Was very pleased until the last year or so, mostly due to other residents. Particularly a group of un supervised children. They're regularly causing unsafe driving conditions, playing ball in the parking lot hitting car with balls etc... The Gym /Pool area gets invaded regularly by people who don't live here. There is a general disrespect for the property, Garbage ends up all over the dumpster areas.

Colonial Grand has been a wonderful place for us to live- for the price that we pay, the area is very spacious and they are very responsive to service requests and emails. I love the double door layout (between the balcony and front door) and living in a corner unit definitely has given us more space as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to live during the last two years!
