This is the best apartment community in Austin. Polite and professionalism and knowledgeable staff. The maintenance team is always cleaning up the grounds, but some of the tenants still make a mess. Still the best place to live.

I lived at this community back in 2009 and it was a wonderful community, that is why I decided to move back. But my experience this time around has NOT been a good one. Upon moving in, my apartment was not clean at all. I have been living there for 15 days so far and I have had to put in at least 7 work orders for things to be fixed. I really wish there was a way to dissolve my lease. To know that I am stuck in this lease for 13 more months saddens me.

Feel secure to have security gate and lovely pool and safe community and family-friendly. Less crowded compared from south Austin. There is nothing negative of this property. It will be nice of trash and sewer are included. And choice of cable of residence's preferred. It is all about feeling homey of this property.

I have found the community far more safe and secure than other places I hav elived. Front Gate stays open for too long. Parking is challenging most evenings. When Paying my rent, I have had difficulties with the website, that I did not have with the previous website.

Considering the location close to 35 it's very peaceful. Parking can sometimes be challenging but the staff is very helpful and accomodating. The facilities are nicely kept but the gym equipment needs to be cleaned and maintained better.

Although we just moved in, we are having a terrific experience! I love all of the community amenities and look forward to taking advantage of them! I have been a victim of a few downfalls, however. The office staff give deceptive information about flooring in some units and the maintenance man has been very slow to tend to our requests. I do believe the best in this community and look forward to my residency here.

I love the layout and space of my apartment. The Office and Maintenance staff are great, they listen to your concerns and are eager to help resolve your issues. I am very happy with my apartment home. Once I'm inside it doesn't even feel like an apartment, it feels like a house.

We fell in love with the floor plans. We love the exercise room and pool which are always clean and well maintained. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The dog park and common areas could be maintained better. Residents are not urged to pick up after their pets.

Overall good. Loud upstairs neighbor stomps feet sometimes and seems to drag furniture around at all hours of the night. Staff is friendly and always says hello or hi. May want to invest in upgraded exercise equipment in fitness room. Thanks

i love it here! the staff is excellent and very professional. i am pleased to have such a great caring management. a few of the amenities have been taken away, but the swimming pool restrooms are open again, so they redeemed themselves. they were closed for the longest time!

I love living here! Love my big windows, big kitchen, and huge closets. The office staff is great and friendly. The maintenance team here is one of the best you will ever find! They get things done quickly and they keep the grounds looking beautiful. I highly recommend this community!

My actual apartment unit is horrible. When we moved in there was dog hair everywhere and my boyfriend had to buy a shop vac to clean it. All of the appliances were broken including the dryer, dish washer and fridge. I call maintenance and they don't help.
