I enjoy living here. The staff are extremely courteous and when a maintenance request is made, it is answered promptly and efficiently. My two complaints are having mandatory trash valet and paid covered parking. The trash is sometimes not picked up or a sloppy job is done by those picking it up (trash that falls, left on floor). Covered parking should be first come, first serve since residents do pay for mandatory trash pick up and it isn't cheap. I have friends who only pay $12.00 at other apartment complexes for their mandatory trash valet.

I loved this place ever since I first moved in. These apartments are always kept up. Office staff is great. My apartment is Beautiful the appliances are up to date. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I will not be moving no time soon that's for sure.

Everyone is very nice and help full. Maintenance is always on call for when I need them and never make me feel bad about placing work orders. I am very happy I choose this community but I am worried with the rental rates increasing if I'll be able to stay.

Decent community with sky-rocketing prices. Apartments have nice layout with lots of room. Maintenance is very responsive with good work. Every year that I renew the lease there is a significant increase in the monthly rent but there are no community improvement to justify the increases.

I haven't had an issue once . From staff to the community it's like one big family , you can have a slow day and just the warmth of the community melts that stress away. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home. CGWB to me is the great experience in its own.

great clean and safe community. Dog friendily and the kids are nice and not loud. There is alot to do pool, fittness center, runnning and walking trails. Also there is a basketball court near by. I love staying here. Parking is the only problem

I have been here roughly a week, and I enjoy the convenient location, amenities, and friendly staff. One complaint I have so far is the residents who insist driving 30 mph , even over countless speed bumps. So far, I have enjoyed the transition to this complex!

Love Rachel (mgr) and Steve (maintenance). Grounds and my apartment are always well cared for, but it looks like some hedges and areas of grass are dying. I hate all the flyers on the doors, but I don't know if there's any way to control that. I don't like having to pay for valet trash service as an add-on. I would rather it just be factored into the rent, since it is not an option. Maybe if your leasing agents explain the benefits (beyond convenience) it might not feel as deceptive. (Our rent is $1,000. But you really have to pay $1030). For example, do studies show that it eliminates garbage throughout the property? Reduces rodents? etc.

This complex is great for the most part. Office and maintenance staff are efficient and responsive. Noise level is an issue though- screaming children heading to school in the early morning, loud partygoers coming back late at night made resting for work very difficult. I wish I had realized before leasing that my bedroom wall is a shared one and my bedroom door opens out directly on to the walkway- those 2 things really factor into the noise.

It has been an awesome experience staying in Colonial Grand. Very Safe, Great service and friendly staff. Never had any issue except for dog poop. There is no process for dog cleaners to clean up after their pets. That's something that has to be taken care of. Otherwise, all good !

I had issues with the community right off the back. I wish i could have seen my unit before signing my lease. There is only (1) person in the office that is nice but she has no authority. Management is rude and very accusing. The gates are always broken and parking is always a mess. Here in the last 2 months the power keeps going out. No one has contact me to explain what has happen. When i called to ask questions i was told it was the power companies issue. Overall if you want to keep your tenants someone happy, the office needs to work on their customer service.

I like it here and the staff members are all just super, especially the cute girls in the office:-) The only thing that bothers me is the continued rent increases every time I renew my lease. This is a great location. Centrally located for all my needs and the neighbors are quiet and mind their own business. I hope to live the rest of my life here.

This Place makes me never want to own a home! Rent is great and the apartment is awesome!!! Feels like a home...best part is when something needs fixing...they are al over it! Rachel , Alicia, and Melissa and Sabrina are so nice and patient!!! they really care about tenants and make it an awesome place to live. Give these girls a raise...? I have resigned an 18 month lease and have lived here almost4 years now, very pleased

I have been at this complex for 1 year now and am renewing. This is a stylish newer complex has granite counter tops, black appliances with great access to major highways, shopping, metro, restaurants all in 5 minutes or less. Maintenance handles things right away and the grounds are well kept. The best part is the office staff which is second to none. They acknowledge anyone who comes in the door whether they are busy or not. I have encountered most of the staff which always look and act professional though very friendly. Melissa has been great from day one and is always up beat along with the rest of the staff. Rachel the manager is always professional and helpful (with her new York accent) and Alicia as well is always nice calm and helpful too.

We have been at Colonial Grand at Wells Branch since November 2012 while our home is being remodeled. We are in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. It is clean, comfortable and very spacious. There is lots of natural light with a ton of windows throughout. We are on the 3rd floor and have nice, high ceilings. The staff has been AMAZING! We have dealt with Rachel the majority of the time, but everyone has been very helpful and they go out of their way to help. We had a few service requests and they were all dealt with immediately. The covered parking is great and very convenient. One of our cars is not in a covered space and we have no problems finding a place to park. The complex is quiet, clean and feels very safe. I have seen a lot of families, but it also has a nice mixture of young, single people. I would suggest this complex to anyone. They have made our apartment experience a great one!

I still live here at the moment but when my lease is up im OUT!! Ive see some of the other reviews and I agree about the parking. If youre not in your spot by 5 or 6pm you will be walking quite a ways to get to your apartment because you will be parking in the back.. way back... When I moved here there was a hot tub that was actually hot after thinking it was broke for the last year I found out they changed it to a whirlpool tub so no more hot in the hot tub.. they had a pool table and shuffleboard and tv's in the clubhouse over the pool tables but not those games ALL THE GAMES are gon and there just furniture.. I dont like living here any longer. New management only cares about landscaping it seems.

I've lived in apartments for 25 years and I can honestly say after 3 weeks this has been the worst experience I've had. My apartment was not cleaned on move in, the noise is absolutely horrible and there's not enough parking. I moved here from another Colonial property which was fantastic. This is truly disappointing.

My wife and I have just recently moved into this complex, and we are really enjoying it thus far. Rachel and the staff here are very friendly, which is great. Work orders and maintenance requests are handled very quickly (often the very same day) and the layout of the complex is convenient and close to many things in the area. Inside the apartment it has all you'd need for it's size. Granite counter tops throughout, a NICE garden tub in the bathroom, new black appliances, w&d in unit, plus a good size walk-in closet in the master bedroom, as well as an additional storage/coat closet near the front door. I'd HIGHLY recommend this complex if you're looking to move into the Pflugerville/Austin area, it has been a night and day difference from where we lived previously.

I'll start by saying the staff here are the BEST! Hats off to Racheal, Melissa, Alicia, Ricky, and the rest of the gang here. The apartments are awesome and you can't beat the prices. I moved here 7 months ago after living in a house for 9 years and it has been the most satisfying move I've ever made. I would totally recommend Colonial Grand at Wells Branch to others.

I have lived at these apartments for over a year and I absolutely love them. I have never had any problems with my apartment or the staff here. Everyone is friendly and the staff is amazing.

This complex has been wonderful The team at the leasing office have been very helpful, especially Alicia and Melissa!! The apartment has been great and the other ammenities, such as the fitness center, have been wonderful. I am very excited to be living here!

I have lived in apartments for over 20 years and I am very happy living in this apartment community. I would recommend CG@WB to anyone. I would however, if given the option, like to have a choice on the fee for garbage, as I would perfer to dispose of the trash myself, and not leave it by the door way. On all other accounts, the staff is great and handles all requests promptly!! The complex offers a lot of amenities along with great proximity.
