Fantastic office staff, especially Alicia and Sarah. They are always friendly and respond promptly to questions. The maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly and the apartment was in great condition on move in. Also, the amenities are awesome especially the pet park.

Colonial Grand @ Wells Branch is Very Clean and active community. Location is excellent and staff is amazing. Noise not too bad at all and well lit at night. High traffic for being on 35 and Wells Branch and a lot of foot traffic from neighbors.

I love my apartment, but I when I needed to move out before my lease was finished and wanted to sublease I was told this company doesn't allow that...the original lease signee must stay on the lease. No bueno. My only other complaint is the thin walls...we pay more rent than any community on Wells Branch, you'd think we could get a little more insulation in the walls.

I love living here! There is easy access to the Shops at Tech Ridge, a pretty trail down the street, luxurious aparments, friendly, professional staff, nice community facilities, etx. I would definately recommend living here to my friends.

I have had literally no complaints about this complex. I was fortunate enough to meet all of the office staff and they are kind and personable. It's right off of I35 and close to Mo-Pac so it is close to just about everything Austin has to offer.

Just moved to these apartments a little over a month ago. Apartment staff are very nice, property is nice and well kept. The apartment its self is really nice, with updated quality finishing's. You get a lot of space at an affordable price. The only down fall of these apartments, is the parking. All parking is 1st come 1st service. This sounds good in hindsight, but when you leave your house in the evening and return back home and can't find a parking anywhere near your apt and have to walk from the back of the apt this becomes an issue. There are numerous spaces taken up by motorcycles and some of the spaces taken up by the motorcycles are basically being saved by people that also have cars as well. The waiting list to get a covered parking spot relatively close to your apt is rather long. Other than that these are apartment are Great!

I love the community and the staff, however there have been a lot of small things go wrong since I moved in. I lived here when it was first built, 6 years ago so it's obviously not in the same condition. But I am glad all units come with washers and dryers now.

Colonial grand wells branch is a new updated complex. It is the nest complex in the area for the price. The units are spacious compared to the newer complexes being built. The complex is in a convenient location with easy access to major highways and rides, too metro stations located near by. Grocery stores, shopping and food options within minutes. The complex is kept clean. The office stay is friendly.

The valet trash is a bit of a nightmare, smelly garbage left outside in 100 degree weather is a huge eye sore when walking up and down the stairs. And I can only assume that rotting garbage left outside for hours can contribute to a pest concern.

The apartment is great. The layout and floor plans are really nice and the price is good for the features/amenities. Everyone I've had to deal with has been terrific. I mostly have had to deal with Alisha and she has helped me much beyond what was expected on multiple occasions. The only drawback is the parking situation, but if you can find an apartment in the back or near a covered parking area, that would make up for it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend living here.

I love the roomy clubhouse, clean gym, the events and most of all the staff. And if you're looking for something to do, you have everything; shopping, groceries, movies and restaurants within a few blocks away. The easy access on and off to the Interstate and the Metro-Rail that's only a few blocks to take me downtown when I don't feel like driving. All in all this is a safe environment with electric gate entrances! If I could change or improve anything here it would be MORE Parking. Other than that, it's a great place to live!

I really loved the property. The maintenance staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really loved the location to work distance and the city of Austin. The apartment met my needs as far as the bathroom in between the two bedrooms. Loved the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this complex

GREAT location (1-35 and Wells Branch), well maintained landscaping and friendly office staff. Every so often they have community functions. But, parking is not the best. A lot of covered parking in my area with minimal open spots. Residents are really good about picking up after pets.

I love this place. I was looking for something else and I couldn't find anything that can top my experience at colonial grand. great staff and location. Prices has gone up that's the only sad thing. a 1 bedroom will cost 1000 after paying everything. That's a lot.

Mgt. And maintenance respond to any request I have made either that day or the next day. The ground are maintained. No dog poop all over the grass. Overall the peg ownets puck up after fheir dogs. Sometimes the gate staus open for weeks gor ,that is one of the reasons we moved here.

I've lived here 2 1/2 years and never had a problem. The office staff Melissa, Rachel and Alisha are so helpful. Only wish there was another pool and car garages would be very nice to have. I'm lucky I live in the back building it very quite with lots of parking.

The experience at this community has been a good one. The grounds are very well kept and manicured. My two complaints are the ants that are in my apartment probably due to the change in temperature. I've submitted a ticket but i havent seen any improvement. Second complaint it's the trash service.. $30 a month is unacceptably expensive when the trash that they take is only what is inside the trash bin.. If i have two bags of trash, they need to take them both when I'm paying $30 a month, not Just the one in The trash bin.
