Once you walk in there is a great staff. The apartments are wonderful and very spacious. The only down fall is the parking lot is a little small but still not a far walk to your aparment complex. I would recommend this aparment complex o any body

Apartment was neat and clean when I moved in. I live in a first floor apartment and the noise above and to the sides can be loud at times. The trash valet service is a waste of money for all. The area around the dumpsters don't ever seemed to be cleaned up. The rest of the area looks fine.

The move in process was painless thanks to Alisha's attentiveness. From the application to getting our keys we had our new apartment in less than 24 hours! The apartment was in great condition upon move-in. Maintenance responded to a request within the same hour. The location is wonderful: close to Walmart, HEB, and I-35.

Love the apartment complex! Great customer service, great apartment units, great cost, it's definitely worth it! Staff is always looking forward to help if there are any questions, great pool & awesome gym! Also I don't have pets but I like to walk by the dog park with my daughter so she can see them so it's great for pet owners!

Good so complaints...Except for paying for additional parking. Overall it is a great apartment complex. Front staff is always professional and respectful. The past few months have been different...couples fighting outside...younger crowds have moved music/ throwing trash on the grounds, etc...A huge difference...We will be moving at the end of the lease.

It is a great to place to live overall. The staffs are taking their responsibilities very well and react very quick. My apartment was leaking water from water heater pipe on Friday afternoon around 5pm, and they were able to send someone to fix it. Buildings and appliance are quite new and fresh. The location is wonderful because it takes less than 2 mins to get on either I35 north or south. I would recommend Colonial's Grand at Wells Branch to anyone.

Great apartment complex! Our apartment was in good condition on move-in, a few things needed to be worked on, but were easily fixed. The complex is quiet and parking has been easy so far. The office staff are very friendly and attentive. We are so glad we chose to live here!

Worth the amount you pay. Staff is very friendly, apartments are spacious, and amenities are always kept clean and presentable. They offer valet trash and recycling but also have OPEN trash disposal bins throughout the community, big plus you dont always have to wait for valet.

The location of the apartment is close to where we work. We read the online ratings and reviews. This apartment has one of the best reviews in this part of Austin. We have just moved in, so we can't really say much. But the move in experience was very good.

The Office Staff at Colonial Grand Apartments at Wells Branch gave men a great service. Since the moment, I visited the apartment for first time. The leasing process was so smooth and move in experience was exceptional.They sent me the contract to sing online. That make me take least time the move- in day.It s very convenient.

Parking is hard to get; however, overall nice property. Very friendly staff. It's very convenient to have gas stations near by to visit when needing an item. Restaurants are near by. Community can get noisy (loud bass cars). Maintenance is quick and friendly too!

Lovely, spacious apartments. Great management and maintenance staff. Occasional limited/troublesome parking. Management works hard to keep common areas clean, updated and in good repair. Some trouble with residents disrespecting the cleanliness of the pool area, fitness center, common grounds, and not picking up after their dogs. Overall would definitely recommend.

This place is the best place. I use to own a home, after living here it's like home. My neighbor are great. Not much noise. Any problems, I just call and they are here in a flash. Thank you Wells Branch Staff. Compare to other apartments this is a great place to live

no communication I have email the office several times regarding trash no been picked up and still I'm waiting for someone from the office to call me I requested a confirmation on the email as to what seem to be the problem. all I requested some of the light bulbs inside the apt to replace and someone walked into the pat without us not being there we left cell #s so we can call when they are to be here. also I'm being charge for carport at rate of $35.00 dollars and the contract reads $20.00 for two also when we login on the portal we are been charged for a certain amount and when we receive the invoice via USPS the amount is more than what the portal reads. we have discuss this but nothing has been done to correct this.

The overall experience was great. The office was great and always so helpful. Rachel the manager wad willing to go above and beyond. The apartment grounds were always clean and cut. However I had a issue with our celing that seemed to never get fixed. We put in several requests and the issue was never resolved.

It was an easy "1,2,3" move in. Applied for the application for the apartment, got approved for the same day then I simply went after the apartment that I wanted and placed the required deposit in full. What a great community. I have not had the time to participate in the community events but I do see that this place stsys updated with the latest tech and provides easy-to-use online interaction for residents. Service requests are completed fast and reliable. You get what you pay for and I am very satisfied. Good luck with your new home at Colonial Grand at Wells Branch!
