I didn't used ApartmentRatings to find this apartment, but I learned about it through my friends. This apartment rating is fine in terms of software, however, this seems a bit excessive for a maintenance request.

This is a great complex to reside in. The staff is very prompt and tends to your needs immediately. Ask for Leah, if you are looking to rent, she will take care of you, no doubt. I have no complaints.

Leasing specialists were extremely helpful with answering any and all questions and responding to emails and calls quickly which made the research process easy and encouraged me to move in. The community is safe and clean and the residents are respectful.

The move in process was very quick and easy! Enjoyed the time I had in the old apartment that I got home sick. But ever since moving here it feels like a fresh start. I want to thank everyone for being so kind and patient with us.

Nice apartment. Clean, updated and modern feel. Great staff. Wonderful amenities. Security is a plus. Garages and carport close to the apartment we rented is a plus as well. The pool and hot tub are great!

This community is very clean and new. The staff is friendly and professional. We really enjoy the amenities, such as pool and fitness room. Security is always around so we feel safe. Dog park is kept clean.

I highly recommend Azali at 7510 - it is a very safe, clean community with lots of features and amenities at a fair price. I've been here for 4 years and will be renewing my lease again. Office staff and maintenance are very helpful and there are lots of community events and social gatherings to attend.

Great community. Helpful and communicative staff. Happy to live here. Love the events and food trucks that the community has. It has been a lovely experience. Pool is sometimes dirty, however that can be due to residents leaving trash.

Moving to Corpus seemed really daunting until I toured the Azali at 7510. The staff went above and beyond in making me feel safe and provided insight. As someone who previously worked for an apartment leasing company, I am beyond impressed with my apartment. My keys were ready, everything was activated, and it was clean upon move in. Since move in, the responses to service requests are prompt and the pool is AMAZING! I love that there are lots of families. I also feel safe enough to walk my dog by myself at night because of the lighting on the property and the friendliness of other residents. I am really enjoying my time here!

Great location! Staff are wonderful! I anticipate staying here for years. Lots of fun activities for the apartment community. Would appreciate if they paid a little more attention to lights that are burned out around the complex. Otherwise, would highly recommend!!

These apartments are very nice! Well located and have so many amenities for the residents!! Glad I choose Azali!! The pool is amazing and the gym is well equipped and clean, don't forget about the movie theater!!

If it wasn't for the dog poop everywhere this would be a much better place. The piece of this which is a management issue is the failure to enforce the rules on the recalcitrant owners. Management must aggressively track down those allowing this a put a stop to it.
