The apartments are very nice and in a safe area of town. My apartment was brand new upon move in. The staff is very helpful and solved all of the problems I've had in a timely manner. They often have food trucks and other community events.

Absolutely and amazing place and setting, location is perfect, live the amenities the Apartment has to offer, love the staff, the whole experience of moving in was absolutely pleasant, great great great place to live.

In addition to rent, you have to pay for parking, trash, and you'll likely get tricked into paying a fee for their package delivery system, or $50 "service fees" for paying digitally with a credit card (they don't tell you this up front, but you have to select "e-check" instead of cc). The "valet trash" means you put it out at 6:00am, and they'll throw it away for you by midday. The gym is well-equipped but small, so even when it's not busy (I've seen 5 people trying to work out at the same time), it feels crowded. Everyone on staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, and the pool is beautiful, although the "hot tub" is either broken or turned off for the summer. I moved from out of state, so I wasn't familiar with corpus. It turns out that everything is about 15 minutes away. Just in case you don't know. I'm happy I moved here, I just wish they had 1) been up front about the actual cost, and 2) make this stupid valet trash thing optional. I don't think many of us want to wake up at 6am for the sole purpose of putting our trash outside our door to be picked up whenever they feel like it. Instead, people leave it out overnight, which attracts pests.

This one is long but this first paragraph should tell you everything you need to know about this property. Not even standard finishes were completed, for instance, most tile edges have metal trim which from Home Depot cost roughly $1/ft with a two bathroom apartment needing about 50 ft so it would have cost about $50 was skipped leaving an unfinished edge with grout and gaps behind the tile. Somehow this is marketed as luxury. Since move in almost 2 years ago, door handle came off day one; at move in the apartment was dirty with crack-filling dust and scuffs on shower tiles; some of the shower tiles weren't even cut just clearly broken of and pencil mark for person to cut clearly visible; toilet broke and needed repair; vinyl flooring loose in kitchen area and never repaired despite being reported twice; air conditioning broke over a weekend leading to days of 78-80F in the apartment before maintenance staff was available to repair; closet for washer and dryer was not correct size so the contractors just slapped on a couple more 1x4s to the frame then didn't even paint them properly. Somehow this is marketed as luxury. This poor care for the individual apartments extends out to the entire property. While being one of the first tenants there was a large pothole outside of Building #1 on move in and it is still there with the only action being taken is cutting around the pothole, so it is less like to grow further. There are now large stones in the parking and drive areas that have been blown by the landscapers at the parked tenants' cars along with the build-up of sand and other debris. The man-gates at the side of the building and pool were clearly useless in preventing people from bypassing them leading to the modifications. However, now the extra weight on the frames has twisted the frames and don't allow the gates to latch making it easy for anyone to just walk onto the property. Leasing agents are terrible, multiple issues with renewals. At first renewal I was not contacted and had to go to the office multiple times over 3 weeks before rent was due. I spoke with different employees each time and was only sent offer just before Christmas holidays, I sent my acceptance promptly and before the end of my original lease but because the leasing staff are negligent my renewal didn't go through, I had to pay 1 month at the higher month-month rate. When I renewed the second time I had similar problems with me visiting the leasing staff multiple times as the first visits ignored as soon as I left. Only reason I didn't move after the first renewal was because I wasn't planning on staying in the area so an addition move would have been slightly more inconvenient than dealing with the leasing office at Azali. Purposely avoided dealing with the staff when possible.

The management team is not responsible and responsive. The roof is leaking when moving in and has not been fixed after two weeks. The pool outlook seems good but the water is not clean. Wall is thin, I can hear next door snoring at night. There are not many storage rooms and closets in the apartment. The drainage system design is below average, so you can see ponds of water here and there after moderate rain.

Everything is amazing, however, because there is no carpet in the apartments you can hear all the footsteps above you. Been hearing kids and people running/moving around all night. Other than that, it is great!

This apartment is a very clean and quiet community which I love. The office staff are all very kind and helped me every step of the move in process. They also were very flexible with me and made me feel at home before I even moved in. It's still a brand new complex, and I'm very happy I chose to live here!

The complex is awesome. One of the best in my opinion in the area. Staff is great and easy to work with. Always followed up with me as I was waiting for a certain unit to be available. Would recommend anyone looking for a new place to apply here.

Great Complex and Great community overall. Very friendly and helpful staff.Great amenities with full access throughout the apartment complex with awesome pool and pool views. Definitely would recommend Azali to anyone.

I like living here. It's a bit more than I would like to pay and because of that I will be moving soon. I wish this was a smoke free place. I have to often close my windows to keep the smell out. The grounds are very nice and I feel quite safe there. I wish there were more we could to ro get dog owners to pick up their animal mess. I like all the events that are offered even though I've only been to a few. Please do something about nonresident using our amenities. They literally drive in, park on the other side and walk through to the pool and gym. Its frustrating to myself and other residents I've talked too but not much seems to be done about it. Great place to live and again I do love where I live. Thank you.
