The apartments and community are absolutely beautiful and they do their best to keep up with it. However, moving in to a brand new apartment building there were so many things wrong with my apartment that maintenance never came to fix even though management said they would make sure it got done, I've been here over a year and nothing has been fixed and I continue to have difficulty with maintenance. No one ever seems to be in office when I call for questions and no one ever gets back to you.

We elected to rent a brand new apartment, but upon arrival, we discovered that this apartment was by no means move-in ready and looked nothing like the apartment we toured. There was unfinished grout/caulking throughout the whole unit, dented (new) appliances, the center island slab of granite was too small, leaking faucets, stains on the (new) countertops and random holes/dings in the walls throughout. After we documented everything and requested a walk-through with management to show them the issues, we were placed in a different unit (that was previously occupied) that only needed minor repairs/cleaning. Before signing to switch to this apartment, management agreed to install brand new appliances as compensation for the mishap. The very next day, they decided to retract this offer due to "liability" and "staff shortage". Highly unethical behavior making promises that they do not follow through on and offering "new" apartments that look nothing like the model apartments. This has been my worst experience by far for renting an apartment. I am writing this to warn anyone not to rent a "new" apartment unit from them as they are built so poorly and management has said they are having issues with the construction team not following through with repairs. Nobody notified us about this issue before we traveled from a different city, ready to move in. I am hoping for some sort of resolution, but overall we did not feel welcome after they retracted the only compensation they offered us and then told us that our options were to take either unit as is or to be released from the contract and go elsewhere.

Office staff was very informative and helpful getting all paperwork signed and questions answered. Had an issue with the clothes rack in a bedroom on the day of move in and the maintenance director came over in less than 5 minutes to take a look and get it fixed asap. I have been very pleased with everything so far!

Great amenities and maintenance staff! Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful when we first inquired about moving. It is friendly and luxurious. The amenities are really great and the community has everything you need. The staff is very accommodating and approachable. The apartment community is located in a safe area of Corpus Christi, with numerous schools nearby. It is very close to the naval air base, downtown, and the central part of Corpus Christi. Nothing is more than a twenty-five minute drive.

this is in regards to the office staff.. one of the girls that works in the front was rude to me when i asked why i was charged a late fee when i had already paid the late fee for the previous month which was the month i was late. i told her the rent was posted LATE and that occasionally that happens and she gave me attitude and asked me when rent was posted late. literally our rent is ALWAYS posted late sometimes it's not even posted until day 3!!! rent needs to be posted every 1st if the month in the MORNING. there's no reason why it needs to be posted the 2nd or 3rd!

The area is nice and convinient. There are many amenities offered but are not well maintained or taken care of. Items are broken from time to time. For the price you're paying it's definitely not worth it. The pool area is amazing but there are constant noise complaints. Not personally but to other neighbors and visitors even when it is not extreme nor bothersome. It seems micromanaged for all you're paying and half the time things are not accessible. Looks nice, but cheaply made as well. Walls are super thin. You can hear everything from the hallways and neighbors. No longer a good experience.

I am writing to share my thoughts on my experience living at Azali since 2022. While there are some positives about the complex, such as the amazing pool and professional maintenance team and leasing team, I feel that the rent is higher compared to other complexes in the area. In my opinion, the value that I receive from the Azali complex is not worth the extra cost. One of the main reasons for this is that the layout of the apartments is not efficient for space, and the finishes used are cheap. I believe that if more attention was given to the quality of the apartments, the higher rent would be justifiable. While amenities such as the basketball court and dog park are nice to have, they do not outweigh the higher rent for me. I believe that the price should be more in line with the value that the complex provides. Overall, I would recommend that Azali consider reducing their rent or improving the quality of their apartments to match the higher price. As a resident, I would like to feel that my money is being well-spent and that I am receiving a good bang for my buck.

We are almost on MONTH 4 of living at these apartments and our backyard is still not complete. The workers put up the fence and have just left their trash dumped back there. THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE AND THE ONLY WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER. I wish I would've know we were not going to receive the yard at our move in date. Now I wish I didn't move in to this complex. The staff does a poor job at keeping us updated on our backyard. This is something that should've been COMPLETED at our move in date.

It's a nice place to live, without pets. With pets it can be a challenge, rules are made but rarely enforced. Overall a decent community, somewhat pricey but that's to be expected in a nicer neighborhood.

This community is really a luxury, well kept and peaceful community. Everything is so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a great area, safe, clean and close to everything you need day to day. I'm so happy i chose to live here and will always recommend it if someone needs to rent a place. What you pay it's so worth it, best apartments im Corpus Christi.
