It is very good and safe place to live. Staff are good and I din't hear anything negative yet from any of neighbors. You will see maintenance staff immediately after making the complaint. It seems they really used quality products with in apartment except the AC thermostat. The schools assigned for this place are also good. Their CARES program to bring the tenants get together is also good, It may be little expensive compared to other communities in this area but I don't mind paying that extra for what I am getting.

The staff is great and extremely professional and friendly. That was one of the reasons we decided to sign a lease apart from the fact that the apartments are new and the grounds are beautifully kept. Another amazing feature is the gym stays open until midnight and the clubhouse and pool stays open until 10. The clubhouse is absolutely beautifully decorated and smells so clean and fresh. You have to see it to believe it. So far we've had a quick response to some minor maintenance issues. The apartments are very well built so you can't hear your neighbors. Improvements that are definitely needed are: 1) there is no assigned parking. So, that presents a problem so far every night I'm out late for any reason and return home by at least 8pm, I have to park on the other side of the complex and walk with my children. Sometimes I have to park in front of the clubhouse outside the gate. I think if they had at least one assigned spot to each resident in front of the building they live in it would get rid of this problem. 2) there is a serious fire ant problem, they come into the apartment because the caulking under the door jam at the patio door is missing. Or door jam is improperly installed. The complex does spray but I think something more needs to be done about this problem. Never lived with fire ants before, it's definitely irritating. 3) a lot of residents here throw their trash in front of the compactor instead of inside the compactor and it piles up and looks unsightly. I don't know if residents understand what they should be doing or if it's complete laziness. Letters should be sent to residents explaining what should be done. 4) disrespect of pool rules 10pm curfew: one night there was a volleyball party that lasted into the night and wee hours of the morning. People were drinking, partying, yelling and screaming. We called the officer who is supposed to live on the grounds and handle these sorts of issues but we never received a call back from the officer that night although we called several times leaving several messages. We pay high rent to have one of the patio views with the understanding the pool closes at 10pm so we can enjoy the peace and tranquil setting which is another reason we chose to rent here. I am looking forward to seeing how these issues I discussed will be resolved. I know without a doubt this profession and caring staff will deal with issues soon. They've been rocking and rolling and very busy with all the new tenants getting the, settled in and cared for.

My husband and I moved to Fairfield Ranch just 4 days ago, and we have already felt so safe, welcomed, and accepted here in the community. The staff at the front office is incredibly attentive, friendly, and fun. They have a CARES team on site who organizes fun activities each month to bring the community together. All of the neighbors we have met so far are very friendly, and we feel very safe and at home here. The quality of the apartments is phenomenal... It looks very chic, modern, and "trendy". Fairfield Ranch is by far the best apartment complex that we have lived in. We couldn't be happier here.

Seriously, what is there not to say about this place & the office peeps?! I am sooo proud to say I live here! Even Snapchatted it to friends etc ;) My friend moved in here first last year & I loved it! I couldn't wait to move in myself and fortunately, I was just able to move in this past weekend. Primarily Kyle (as well as Danielle) were such a great help with me. Both were patient, kind, down to earth & made this moving process a breeze! Not kidding, a BREEZE. Danielle was a great help too to get me started & all that. What a great team this office has; that's important to me just in case God forbid, anything goes wrong from minor &/or major. The grounds here are beautiful. The parking lots are clean, landscape on point & the pool/gym is so inviting. Thank goodness for their gym hours too by the way, it's tough on someone like me that gets out of work late & wants to work out at 9pm. I certainly don't want to have to get a gym membership because the apt. gym is closed :) I signed a 13 month lease & if work doesn't relocate me to another side of Houston, I hope to stay for another 6 months before I purchase a home. So far so good! Moved here in February and love the area. It's nice and clean and I have not encountered anything that is undesirable. The location is perfect and its easy to get to any place from here. My move-in was easy and good. Ray was a tremendous help in getting me in and helped to make sure I had everything I needed. I also have Kyle for a neighbor and he is great as well. Friendly people and very comfortable to be around. Complex is still new so I don't have very many neighbors yet, but I am hoping that things will continue to be good. I've had a few maintenance issues, but they were handled immediately. There are lots of pets! I am not a pet person, but people have so far been respectful in keeping them on leashes, etc. It does get a little noisy with the nearby fire station and train, but that is not constant. Overall, I'm happy :)!

Fairfield Ranch is a super nice place to live. My move in was so easy and Kyle was great at making sure everything was ready for me. Plenty of parking, and grounds are very clean. It is very quiet here which makes working at home much easier.

I love Fairfield Ranch! Our move-in was as smooth as possible thanks to knowledgable professionals like Kim, Kyle, Danielle, and Ray. The clubhouse is gorgeous, and since I moved in, in February, they have already hosted a few meet and greets in the clubhouse for residents to get to know one another...with free food! The community is quiet and peaceful, and they have an onsite courtesy officer, which makes me feel safe. This is a place you want to check-out for sure!

I moved here in February and have been more than satisfied. The entire process was done via email, since I was relocating from out of the country, and Kim was amazing - she even helped me pick the perfect unit using their map, and now we have a fabulous view of the lake, which we were willing to pay a little extra for. The apartment had never been lived in, which I loved the idea of, and has all high end finishes, even laminate in the 3rd story unit, which I found hard to find at other places (most had carpet throughout in the upstairs' units). We love the pool table and gym, and the staff is always warm and welcoming whenever we need anything. Maintenance has been quick to respond, as well, the couple of times we've had minor issues. I only have two minor complaints about the place, and that's is the washing machines shred tops with straps, so you have to use a garmet bag, and the mail area should really have a trash receptacle. Otherwise I am quite happy and would highly recommend Fairfield Ranch.

I absolutely love Fairdield Ranch Apartments. I moved in October 2014 and haven't had one issue since. It is by far the best complex I have ever lived in! Rehana was who helped me from the beginning and has continued to be such a big help with any needs or questions I have. Kyle also is just as friendly and professional. Everyone who works there goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable and at home. I even put in an order early one morning about something as little as a lightbulb in the track lighting to be changed and it was changed that day, so the maintenance is definitely on top of everything. The apartments are so nice with the newest appliances and everything is always so clean. Dog friendly which is a plus and super family friendly with very little noise. The gym/pool area is amazing as well. I've never been so happy at any apartment and never felt so safe! I look forward to staying in this complex for as long as I'm renting!

I have lived here almost two months and so far I absolutely love it. The amenities are very nice...especially the gym! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed to move in quickly and they were very helpful during the paperwork process. I always receive quick responses when communicating with them. The price is set just high enough to keep out the "riff-raff" that apartment living can attract. The complex is located right next to the grand parkway. We are right next door to HEB and they are currently building a Kroger Marketplace! The grounds are pretty quiet, however, the weather has kept most of us indoors. I look forward to experiencing the pool this summer.

I just love living at Fairfield Ranch!! I am a recent widow and have never lived in an apartment and I must say that Rihanna and the other staff have made everything so easy for me and I cannot say enough about how good it feels to be part of this lovely community!!!! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are so special for me and my dog!!! I never want to leave!

Fairfield Ranch Community is peaceful, nice environment to live. very cleanly maintained. Staff is always friendly,very helpful and attentive. Rehana helped me while moving. Fresh air and scenic. Neighborhood is decent and quite. Overall nice place to live.I liked it so far. I recommend this community.

I have had the best experience since a friend told me about Fairfield Ranch. Rehana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the complex. I have lived there a little over a month and feel like i am at home. I love my apartment and I love the private yard that I have for my pups. I would recommend to anyone to move here.

We just recently moved into this complex from a place that we thought was pretty nice. This apartment has completely changed our expectation of the kind of place we want to live in. I moved to Fairfield Ranch a few months ago, I really enjoy living here. One the reasons I decided to relocate was the floor plans available, especially the floor plan I selected. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and responsive. I have only a couple service requests, those were handled very quickly. The community is beautifully maintained and the location is outstanding. With the new businesses being developed and hospital being built makes this location extremely inviting. I have the opportunity to meet several neighbors since relocating, I have found everyone very friendly. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to relocate to the area tour Fairfield Ranch, great location and floor plans.

I moved in the end of Oct and worked with Kyle who was wonderful to work with. I was unsure on what date I wanted to move at the time however no matter how many times I needed to change the date Kyle worked with me every step of the way. Since I have moved in I feel very safe to walk to my car at night knowing that the police live on site. The staff here is great to deal with and very kind. The only down side is the noise above in other apartment, I feel there could have been more insulation between units with wood flooring. Other than that I love living here.

Nice clean complex with extremely helpful staff. Made my choice living here easy. Its also behind an HEB and next to the Cypress Premium Outlets which is nice. I was helped by Kyle throughout the process and he helped it move smoothly from the application to getting my keys. I love living here!

Relocating family from home base of California to Tx. Looking for a house to purchase and job search. VERY STRESSFUL time for us all. Securing our apartment and moving in was the MOST PLEASANT experience. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The complex is absolutely beautiful! Very secure area with very nice people living here. Everything you need is within 5 minutes. Easy freeway access. Had a few maintenance issues that were taking care of within 12 hours of me reporting it. Brand new apartments with a great pool and fitness center. I mean, top of the line equipment! Law enforcement living on the premise. Very quiet and very pet friendly. Its a great place to live and I am almost sad that this is not permanent for us. You won't be disappointed by stopping by here and taking a look at the apartments! Thank you staff!!!

I began my search for n apartment with Fairfield Ranch and after looking at 5 other apartment complexes, I ended my search with Fairfield Ranch. The people at this complex are the most courteous I have ever worked with. Starting with Kim who I met first and helped me select the right apartment and worked with me on the details. Then I worked with Danielle and Rehana as well as Kyle. Danielle had all the details on the apartment and has been very helpful before the move in and afetr. Rehana, is aleways smiling and has been there with questions about various things that have come up after my move-in. Kyle has been helpful as well and has been able to take care of things that I have told him about. I would tell you that if you are looking for an apartment, this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a home and a place that makes you feel at home. Fairfield Ranch is the place for you. Thank all of you Kim, Danielle, Rehana and Kyle for your help and welcoming to the community.

This place is amazing!!!! Since day one from the leasing consultants to the maintenence staff this team has been very nice helpful and attentive. Our apartment was clean and perfect all that needed to be replaced was a small light bulb and next thing I knew maintenence was at the door to replace it. After experiencing other apartment complex in Houston and the surrounding areas, Fairfield Ranch has been the most professional. Kyle has been my leasing agent that I have kept in contact with through out my leasing experience. He has been helpful and professional in every step of the way, I had to change the move in date and without hesitation Kyle was able to help and accommodate my request quickly. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a apartment in Cypress, Texas!

The apartments are absolutely stunning, the landscaping is well kept, community is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The apartments don't make you feel like you living in a apartment but rather a home. The floor plans are very open and spacious and makes my family feel right at home. I will gladly recommend this community to anyone of my friends and co-workers. Kyle was my leasing agent and was great from start to finish and continues to be a great help with anything we need. Kim the community manager is also very friendly and always happy to help. Danielle and Ray are also very sweet. My apartment is located right next to HEB and the Outlet Mall and right off of Hwy 290 it's great and convenient to get anywhere you might need to get to. I am moving out soon because our house is completed, but I am sad to go. If anyone needs an apartment I would recommend seeing these guys especially Kyle.
