My finace and I recently made a visit to Fairfield Ranch in Cypress, TX! Wow! We were amazed! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the awesome staff! We immediately were able to see the apartments we were interested in and the employee who helped us was amazing! He had all the answers to our questions and most of all he was himself! Very informative and not too pushy! He went over the specials with us and really gave us time to think things through! Everyone was professional! The apartments really felt like a home rather than an apartment! We fell in love with the small 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment! Just enough room and bright! Most apartments don't have enough natural light, but these did! Very modern, updated, and cozy! The closets, family room, bathrooms, and kitchen all had wood floors which is a nice upgrade! Full size washer and dryer in the units is a definite plus! There are many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, clothing stores, etc. within a few short miles of the apartments! You are not far from downtown Houston if you do have to travel to the city! These really are the best built apartments we have seen! Thanks to the staff at Fairfield Ranch!

My wife and I moved in to Fairfield Ranch in early August. The whole process from application to moving was flawless and perfect!!! The team was very accommodating and extremely professional. The property is new. I feel like I walk into a house when I come home each day. Very open, contemporary and attractive. From the crown molding to the granite counter tops to the flooring, it is an absolute value. My neighbors are professionals and kind. The grounds are amazing and the pool area and the gym are top rival any 5 star resort. I'm glad to be part of the community. Kurt
