The little bit of time I've been here it's been nice.Haven't really had time to meet all of the neighbors and enjoy the pool and other amenities with the apartment complex. Looking forward to become more comfortable around the complex.

After my second week of living here, my car (and one other resident's) had the wheels and tires stolen right off it in the middle of the night causing thousands of dollars of damage. They left us on rocks. After speaking to other residents, there have been several past incidents of car vandalism. My advise is to plan on renting a garage if you're going to live here.

Unclean apartment when moved in. Broken appliances. Bugs in the carpets. Carpets were not cleaned or changed. Stove wasn't connected. Roach in closet bugs in tub . Wasn't ready, felt lied to. Went out of my way to buy a Vaccum and clean it myself it took them a week to exterminate and change carpets. I'm not renewing.

The unit is great! Apartment unit was as expected Office team after the fact called to add fees that were not previously discussed. Nor on the paperwork that I received. Should also be disclosed under what conditions that their offered specials are available.

The communication has been great. I appreciate the promptness of everything thus far. I like that area is closed to entertainment and the community seems to be quiet. Not many apartments are pet friendly so I was glad that wasn't a problem.

I absolutely loved living here at Grand Cypress. Office staff and maintenance were helpful and always nice. We would have stayed and renewed our lease but we are relocating due to a new job. If we could find an apartment just like Grand Cypress where we are moving, we would be glad.

Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We've enjoyed the small dog park very often. The pool is great for lounging but not so much for swimming laps. Living so close to 290, I was worried about the noise coming from traffic but it hasn't been too much of an issue. Grand Cypress has been a great home for the past year.

The price is more than what you get. If there's an issue the only person who can fix it is Melissa the complex manager who seems to be out of the office a lot. We've had a moisture problem in the apartment for a while. Have to have a dehumidifier on everyday.

Staff if very kind and polite. Common areas are usually organized and clean. The sense of safety and coziness is great. Grocery stores are close (Kroger, HEB) other stores and outlets are also within 15 minutes driving.

The community is quiet for the most part. I have covered parking so I never struggle to find a spot. All my issues have bee. Handled in a timely manner and with respect. Hoping to spend one more year with this community before finding a house

Nice community. Not happy that the apartment rep eluded to a water leak in the wall being me flooding the apartment. I'm two weeks later I'm still waiting for the issue to be completed. Loves the community up until this point. Previous request for the smart hub to be fixed went two months before they got it fixed.

This is a nice apartment community, with great amenities. It is pet friendly and the location is convenient shopping. The apartments have efficient and comfortable floor plans. Friendly and responsive leasing staff.

Everything is great! So much better than previous apartment complex. More inspection on pool area during weekends. Questions on who are residents or not by sizes of parties. Classes are needed to teach people how to get of garbage. Dog area, residents have no respect for property by not cleaning up after dogs!

The process was so smooth and easy and fast! Daisy, in the management office is awesome! She helped me get in quickly and the concierge service was a great help as well! I just moved in but so far I am very happy with everything here!

Great welcoming community. We love the location. It is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The apartment was immaculate. Only one thing needed adjusted and maintenance was fast and efficient.

It's ok so far only problem is the upstairs neighbors walk extremely hard sounds like a herd of elephants at times and the complex has been notified twice. Some appliances and other things could be updated for the amount of rent being paid.

The complex is pleasant. I had put in a work order to have my smoke alarm to be returned to the ceiling as I had to take it down bc the battery needed replacing. No one showed up nor contacted me to get this done.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is kind and considerate. It has a great location and is clean and feels very safe. My neighbors have been my neighbors for a while now and it feels like home.

Kudos to Dayana Henriquez on the Awesome Job! She explained the process clearly and resolved all our queries and issues immediately. Move-in experience was very smooth and nice. Process was very transparent, quick and simple as everything is online and digital based. Highly recommend Grand Cypress as this is the best place I have ever seen!!!
