The staff are great workers and very pleasant, I have not had any issues. When I moved in I had a few things that were not working and within 3 days they were fixed properly. The other people living in the apartments are very kind. The pool is great!

Pros: Apartments are nice, include washer/dryer/microwave, parking is not a hassle, maintenance responds to requests quickly. Cons: Fitness center does not have much variety (equipment and weights), can hear upstairs neighbors walking around every now and then, dog poop left in grass by dog owners. Overall: My family and I have lived here less than a week, but (so far) really enjoy Grand Cypress.

Have not lived here long, however the move in experience was good. Neighbors are very friendly. Building unit was cleaned. My only complaint parking space are extremely narrow, anything larger that a small SUV is going to have difficulty.

Apartments are nice, but annual rent increases are very large. The apartments are all upgraded. Parking can sometimes be an issue. Few people pay to rent covered spaces so they take up a lot of potential parking spaces. Recently some disruptive people have moved in around the complex making the community slightly less desireable, but I wouldn't move or choose not to live here because of it. Overall I am satisfied with my apartment and would renew my lease.

Leasing and move in were extremely easy and free of hassles. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Any issues are addressed quickly and on a professional manner. The pool and workout room are kept clean and are enjoyable. There are many restaurants nearby.

Nice place to live. I've lived here for two years with no major issues. Decent place for the price. Nice neighbors, no one bothers me. Maintenance come quickly when you need them. Office staff has been consistently pleasant to deal with. Wouldn't mind and upgraded gym and pool area but it's not bad at all. Lots of restaurants ect in walking distance and more being built.

Quite until the Irish pub opened next door. Not happy about that! I live next to Mueschke rd so the street noice is horrible on friday nights and sat mornings due to exhibition style auto acceleration that happens between 290 and the first stop light on Mueschke.

Great community to live in. Awesome staff that responds quickly and effectively. Overall a quiet, no problems, residence. Rent rates better than most other complexes in the area. Convenient access to freeway and retail stores. Love it here!!

We have only been here a couple of days. The staff seem very friendly. The apartment could have been in a little better shape (light out, AC not working due to low batteries in temperature gauge, dirty floors). It is a great location, close to everything and it works very well for my husband and I. I am surprised we do not get a lot of noise as this complex is close to a freeway. We do not hear our neighbors. They have a nice pool, a little small. With a small workout room, great clubhouse.

Over all it's been ok few incidents here and there. But now all over Houston. I do get a. Lil upset about the animals waste left on grounds by pet owners. Also feel like it should be something on property for the children to enjoy. Hall entrance should be power wash more without having to request it. Also computer room should have a scanner in it all required .

The manager is great! She responds to my emails and requests promptly. Service requests are completed in a timely manner. Office staff members are polite as well. This apartment community is fairly new so my apartment is in good condition.

The staff at Grand Cypress has been wonderful. I feel very safe here and have only a couple of situations where someone parked their vehicle in the no parking zone, and I couldn't get out of my garage. There are people who also do not clean up after their animals and you have to be careful where you walk sometimes. Other than that, I have enjoyed my stay here tremeously.

Management and maintenance has ALWAYS been very helpful, never had any big issues with either. The only reason I will not renew my lease is that I would like to move to a different side of town. The only problem would be that on the weekends the dumpsters get VERY full, overflowing actually.

Difficult and frustrating move in process. On the day of move-in my specific unit smelled so badly of smoke. Had asked specifically if smoke had been present at time of signing lease and been told no by one staff member. No other units available, upgraded to larger unit at slightly discounted rate. Great service since move-in.
