Through exhaustive research of NW Houston, this complex was the best up kept and affordable. The staff are accommodating and patient. Rent amount negotiation at renewal is a huge plus for staying tenants.

I have lived here a year and a half now and I have really enjoyed it. I feel like the apartments are larger than others in the same price bracket, they are nice in appearance due to the accent walls and granite.Maintence requests are completed in a timely manner and staff is nice overall. Parking is not bad for buildings in the back but you will have to walk a bit if you get there past 7/8. Wish there were more parking options. I feel like the pet deposit is steep and is difficult for me to justify but I suppose that keeps irresponsible pet owners out of the complex??? 200 deposit and 200 fee, plus 15 a month for a cat seems very pricey. It's even more for dogs. Aside from the minor complaints, this is a nice place to live, close to shopping and food. (And in cy ranch hs boundaries)

The apartment grounds and staff are very nice overall. We've had both a 2 bedroom and one bedroom both are very nice. Simple maintenance takes way too long, getting lightbulbs changed have to wait days.. Roaches are big problem. Noise from upstairs is certainly unavoidable at times but it's gotten ridiculous, neighbors do not care. Have asked apartment to tell them to quiet down and nothing changes. Wish something could be done about it because it makes us not want to live here anymore.

So far great! Moved in this past November. I think the price is a little high but it seems to be worth it at this point. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The baked potato night was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you all for every thing you do.

This is a great community! Friendly office staff that is more than willing to help with any of my needs and maintenance is johnny on the spot. I feel safe here when I walk my dog. It's so close to everything! I enjoy sitting on my patio because it is so peaceful.

I like everything the exception of the pool. When I say it needs work, I am understating it considerably. The tile is really filthy and should have been replaced a long time ago. I wish they would deal with it

Great place to live even if you have a small family. The gym and pool is very nice and the staff is great. When ever I needed something fixed they were there right away to make sure everything was back to working. The new resturants around the area are great also !!!

The apartments themselves, the location, and the asking price of rent are some of the best in the area. However, that being said, the office staff utterly botched our move from one unit to another. We were pressured into agreeing to a unit before we were able to physically see it. Then, we were told we would have to pay a price higher then the price we had agreed on. After a bit of struggle, we did manage to get our lower price. After moving in, we had a few concerns with the apartment itself (rust in the clothes washer, rusty and peeling towel rod in the bathroom) and we made the office staff aware of those concerns but were made to feel like our concerns weren't that important and that they may get around to it whenever (It's been four days since this writing that we've yet to see someone come out and address our concerns).

It's ok, just you need more control at the pool in the weekends, and kids making noises or knocking doors or playing around in night, check residents have big dog and after dogs fighting, company need to have more good plans when have a pandemic.

this is a nice apartment complex. kept nice. things get fixed in quick manner. noise level from other units is low. pool is a nice pool. they do have security here at night weds thru sunday. office staff are nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to others.

I've loved living here! The office staff is phenomenal. They remember me and are courteous, even going above and beyond to bring packages to me or helping me after I had surgery. The unit is beautiful, and I've had few issues with anything.

Snake in my garage that went through a whole in the corner of my garage that was never found. Ask at least 3 times to staff and management to cut weeds and high grass down in front and on the side of my front door.No other front door has this issue!!

Overall I had an okay experience living at Grand Cypress. The complex itself is very quiet and everyone pretty much sticks to themselves. The price for a small 650 sq ft 1 bedroom was very pricey ($995 per month/2nd floor) . My microwave and dryer were also broken right when I moved in and did not get fixed for a few days. I also did not have the best experience with the staff members. When I had to pick anything up from the office they seemed like it was an inconvenience to them. Not worth the high price in my opinion.

Wonderful. The condition of the community is very well maintained and most of the residence our considerate. I would like if you renew your lease that if they could do 6 months if you think you might be moving on certain conditions. The staf is wonderful.
