So far it has been great it is very quit and I completely adore coming home and not having to worry about hearing loud music. Also I love the management they have the ladies in there are amazing to talk to from time to time and are actually interested in what I have to say if they arnt they are some pretty good actors. Also I enjoy that they monitor the people that are looking to move in , not to discriminate but I enjoy that the people that live there are mostly working people who want the same lifestyle as me.

Unhappy with noisy neighbors upstairs. I do not think they sleep. I would also like to see the fenced dog area lighted at night. Staff could never get visitor access for my unit to work. However, staff is VERY helpful with any and all questions I have had.

A very nice, quiet community! Office staff always responds quickly to requests and they are always professional. Club house has good excercise room, good coffee and is open 24 hours a day. They also have a lovely pool area that is open many hours a day.

I have been in this community for 3 months. I have been very pleased with the staff and their timeliness. I have had such a great experience that I already referred a couple to the complex. They too are satisfied. Although expensive, this complex is on the lower end for monthly rent.

I have a very good experience living here at Grand Cypress Apts. The office staff are all very nice and knowledgeable. Always willing to help me with any situation. My work orders are always completed the day I email my request and the maintenance men are very nice.

I have no complaints about the property at all. I love living at Grand Cypress. The property is very well maintained, the staff is frioendly and responsive, and the maintance crew is amazing. My only negative remarks are my noisy upstairs neighbors.

The dumpster is always full... Maybe having a recycling bin would help?? I've noticed the rear pool gate wide opened twice in the two months I've lived here. I've closed it but it's a huge liability concern for the complex. (I'm an insurance adjuster.). I suggest a better spring to make the gate close. And signage requiring the doors remain closed.

Staff have always been attentive and friendly. Customer Service also has been immediate when needed. I have had to complain more than once about exterior lighting due to bulbs burnt out and bugs in the fixture itself. I also fell victim to my wheels being stolen from my vehicle while parked in my space not lit due to burnt out bulb and only offered a sooo sorry...as opposed to maybe offering help with the insurance deductible which, I feel would have been the proper response from management.

Great staff, always friendly and helpful. The communit! s kept clean. Love the pool, I use it all the time! I have never had a problem that was not resolved. The maintenance team is quick and does a great job. I've never had to have something redone. Great management, Michelle is amazing!

The move in process was great and the office staff was wonderful, polite, and diligent in getting answers to the residents. Maintenance has also already proven to be on top of their game! Thumbs up!The only downfall to this community is the price. The Cypress area is a growing community and I understand that many factors are involved in price setting. However, to live on this property is expensive but very well worth it.

The apartment has been suitable for our stay during the construction of our home. The full size washer and dryer is helpful for a family of 4. Master bedroom,bathroom, and closet are spacious with ample space for a couple. Having a 24 hour work-out facility is beneficial.

Community is great. The only issue we have is people are not cleaning after their dogs. I am very concerned about it..I have requested the management to take action. I am waiting to see what is going to be done. Hope this will be taken care and I will be able to provide the next feedback based on the experience.

I enjoy this community. I wish th e parking was controlled wit parking passes or a space after being here a number of years as a reward. When I come home at night after work sometimes there is no parking due to all the visitors. Other than that I love living here.

Beautiful complex and staff is great. Any problems or questions have been handled or answered quickly. It's a great place to live. We have only been here a short time but are glad we picked this place. There really is nothing that we have found we don't like, and it's close to a lot of shopping area's including the Houston Outlet's.

I absolutely love Grand Cypress. The staff has been nothing but kind and nice. The cleanliness and security always maintained. I have really enjoyed living here. The Pool is magnificent, the gym is perfect for those early morning work outs.

Everyone at Grand Cypress (staff, maintenance) are extremely nice and always willing to help. Grounds could be kept up a little better...the lawn service rarely weeds, so therefore weeds will get very tall before anyone does anything...

I love my unit. I feel very safe here. Great pool and work out area. The maintenance is quick and painless. I wish we could of had choice of electric company. Do not like Ambient Energy. Our ATT rep. Does not give good service. Water bill seems high for one person. But Over all this is a fantastic place to reside.... The grounds are beautiful. The managing staff is great. Like the added security men walking around. also very happy about the I'd bracelets to keep out the pool crashers. The location is very good. I am out of words. Can not finish button to work.. HELP....#!!!!!!

Grand Cypress is well maintained, with many great amenities including pool and work out facility, and an off-leash dog run area.. The floor plans are the best we've seen. It's close to everything we need with good access. Grand Cypress is a great place to call home.

Pretty good so far. Staff is very friendly and the grounds are very neat and clean. Haven't really explored much but intend to use the exercise room and common area as soon as possible. Noise level is okay being right by the expressway. A little noisy when out on balcony but that is to be expected.
