I love living here. I haven't had any problems with management, and everyone is very helpful. I've lived here for a long time even though it's a far commute to my job I love the environment of this area. It's rural enough for me but still has so much to do. It's up and coming.

I like the layout of my apartment. My favorite thing is having an attached garage. I like that it is near shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. I also like that it is easy access to the freeway system. Easy to pay rent online. The maintenance guys respond quickly to repair needs.

Convenient access to shopping, restaurants and major road ways. Landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance crew goes above and beyond in their performance of repairs. Apartment size is more than adequate;I will have to say is a little pricey.

Wonderful staff, tour was very detailed and I knew these were the apts I wanted to move to! very friendly and helpful I needed to move in as soon as possible and they made it happen for me , I'm very thankful. The apartment was clean and I had no issues at move in.

I have lived here for 3 months through a corp. apt. company. The complex is safe and quite. I do hear the upstairs kid running and playing from time to time, but it usually gets quite by 9 or 9:30 at night. The dog owners do a good job of picking up after their pet in to area around the apartments. However there is a lane of grass between the parking areas and the outside property fence that is a real mine field! I had an issue with the oven not working correctly when I first moved in. The management had the stove replaced in two days. The washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus! Traffic in the morning getting out on the street is a problem sometimes. The lighting is less than I would like in the apartment. The brightest room in the unit is the closet.

The complex personnel are great. They are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is really dark. I wish there was more/better light. I feel like I'm in a cave. One bedroom is always cold, one is warm. We can hear the people upstairs vacuuming all the time. And they vacuum at least once a day.

The rent is extremely high. Parking is terrible. If you get home after 9 p.m., Be prepared to walk a long way to your apartment. The apartments are nice and spacious, but a home could be rented for the price of a one bedroom here. The noise from other apartments is also audible. I have heard my upstairs neighbors phone vibrate. Not even kidding...

It's been good. I have enjoyed living here. The clubhouse is really nice, with a decent gym and a very nice pool area. Some buildings have better parking than others so if you plan to have lots of company keep the parking arrangement in mind. There is some noise from the highway that you will notice when its completely quiet in your apartment but it doesn't bother me and my apartment balcony does face the highway. Everyone I have met who lives and works here are very friendly.

The move in process was simple from the initial tour until move in day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and my apartment seems well maintained. My only issue is that the dryer vent hose was disconnected until I noticed that the laundry room was feeling very warm.

Everyone is super nice and i receive full information I need. Turn around on maintenance request are fairly quick. Customer service not just from the office but maint. staff are nice and laid back and understanding with any issue you may have.

It has been a positive experience. This is my first experience in an apartment and I am please with how quiet it is. The biggest downfall so far is the noise from the highway. Other than that I have not complaints at this time and would recommend this community to others

It has been great. Facilities are cleaned, requests for services are done on time and correct. The staff are very friendly and courteous and we count on them when needed, that is great to have. I am planning to renew my contract when it expires.

My experience has been good. The office staff is very courteous and helpful as well as the maintenance staff. They are friendly and always willing to help and answer questions if you see them during the day. The grounds are kept clean and and the exercise room equipment has been increased.

great area, great schools, close to freeway access, walk to 2 restaurants and Bucees, close to outlet mall - rent is a little high but that keeps it safe and clean - wish they would reward long time residents with keeping rent lower or the same and NOT increase EVERY year.

Love the community because of it's quietness, upkeep, location, and excellent office management team. The only negative I have is not a community issue but does affect some residents including me. The noise level made daily at 4:30am from waste mgmt. company for Gringos.

I like the community. I feel safe here. It is quiet and the noise level is low. Thank you for removing the Range Rover from the parking lot that had no plates and two flat tires. I am very satisfied with the quality of living I experience here at Grand Cypress.

I have loved my apartment since I moved in! The staff is always very nice and do everything that they can to help you as quickly as possible. I love having the ability to pay rent online and put in all maintenance request as well! It's nice that they leave a note letting you know they have been there.

Overall the Grand Cypress apartments are very nice and peaceful.The only negative thing I can say is one of the dumpsters fills up way to quickly so there is a tendency for bags to be on the ground. Lots of dog lovers around here with a dog park. The staff is professional and responds quickly!

We have really enjoyed our stay here at Grand Cypress. The appartment is great and so is the "neighborhood". The grounds are always in great shape and well maintained. A beautiful community, right on the edge of the city and country. Well landscaped, professional staff, and respectful neighbors. Maintenance is always quick, and the apartments have nice luxury touches and appointments. I've lived in a few different apartments within the last 4 years, and this is by far my favorite.

I have lived here since they opened and like that staff know me as an individual. I love being able to walk to restaurants, donut shop, Bucees for gas and food, Goodwill for donations. The dog owners are in general responsible. When I first moved here it seemed that every second resident had a dog but that has eased. I love the pool. There are lakes I can walk around for exercise.
