My experience overall has been okay. Many units including mine came with previous damages. But management previously was quick and responsive when in need of something. Currently since management has switched it has been very hard to get a hold of the office, they don't answer calls or are always "busy". The gates have been open on both ends of the property making the community less safe.

RUN DON'T WALK

Do not believe the website. These units are dated at best. Their spacious and the garage (if you rent a Townhome) are the best things. The property itself is bare kept. Mailboxes are broken into constantly. The homeless people walk the property all the time. There is not security on site. If you successfully get a package delivered, it's a roll of the dice that it won't be stolen from your doorstep before you get it. At the time we were there Management didn't even live on the property so our concerns fell on deaf ears. If you don't care about security and safety - you should be ok

When I moved in my apartment was dirty with broken and damaged amenities, some of these issues are still pending. A few days after move, their was a pipe burst in my apartment. It took so long to get the issue fixed.

Decent community. Aspects could be quieter or nicer or better managed. Pool facilities are lackluster. Trash around property can be an issue. There appear to be several abandoned cars in the midrise garage that are never towed.

the maintenance and the property manager here are BEYOND incompeten! please do yourself and keep looking. homeless crackheads all over the place breaking in garages stealing! they do nothing about it. cars being vandalized, the parking is made for COMPACT cars so ppl are always hitting your car with their doors. it's definitely NOT worth the price

So far since living here the only issue I've had is with the elevator. When yall take out the trash they leave the whole elevator flood of gunk and stench . It's embarrassing when I have family . Other than that it's pretty much you get what you pay for. Oh and Melissa meiner . Idk if she's still with yall. She is gorgeous and would love to take her out soooo... dinner Melissa ? No? okay * sighs * ... and that's all folks.

Needs to be a little bit more cleaner. The mail is dropped at the front door of unit. That needs to be more secure. Elevator is a gamble, doesnt work half the time. The smell of garbage is the shout is horrible.

75 West is conveniently located with excellent management. The townhouses are well designed and offer private garages. As a retired person, I find this a very comfortable community. The maintenance staff is very responsive and professional.

Excellent place to live.. wonderful staff. Great location and nicely updated apartments. The staff knows their residents by name and not by apartment number, they make you feel like you are truly part of a community.

I enjoy the lights that hang from building to building in the evening. Nice that there are two different pool options. Gym is great. The management is nice and responsive. I love the layout of my apartment and the privacy of a two car garage.

Its been a wonderful stay I wish I could stay, but my job is else where. The staff is amazing I am going to miss all of them very much. My work order were done with in hours to day which is great. I am truly going to miss it the location is near everything 10 min to downtown and 15 to Addison. Excellent place to be.

If you want to live where you are paying too much for substandard amenities, then 75west is terrific. They have a clubhouse which isnt actually accessible unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars to access it, unlike other apartments where community amenities are included. They are bad at maintaining the apartments and wont complete service requests, even if you request multiple times. You can find somewhere better to live. Dont settle

Loud not all the time roaches outside apartment please trash smell everywhere and apartment still not fix carpet still mildew and have my house smelling like that carpet still missing stuff n not clean mold get painted over n water damage and water still comes in the house small amount. It was a shooting before n was not reported and pool stay dirty and clubhouse never really open etc

I love my place of stay with great people. Everyone in the office is very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The office crew always have a smile on their faces and always willing to go above and beyond. I love how 75 West give out free things to their residents and keep the outside clean. The area is very quiet and friendly.

Great location! Living next door to work has changed my life. Love Melissa in the office!! She went above & beyond to help make us comfortable in our new home! Any issue we have had (water faucet pressure) Melissa had fixed within 5 minutes! I have never had that type of service at any apartment.

Its chilled. I enjoy the parking in the garage saves on car washing, I love the fact the no one outside the residential area cannot just access the apartments or elevators. The staff is great , area is wonderful.
