From the time I stepped foot in to the lavish office I knew this was where I wanted to call home. The office was super nice and helpful with touring and answering all my questions. Its also in the heart of Dallas close to all the best restaurants so no need to travel for upscale eatery. The fact is so clean and the layout of the floorplan I seen fits everything I am bringing. Come check this apartment community out before you decide to move to your next apartment. You won't regret it!

The grounds of the apartment is clean for the most part. Maintenance has always been professional and responds quickly. Due to the layout of the complex it can be a high traffic area on the main roads and gets loud. The leasing office is constantly busy, don't expect an answer on their phone. There were a lot of small issues with the unit upon move in, looks like they rushed getting the unit ready for move in.

Overall things are ok, Maintenance staff of responsive. A lot of office turnover and not enough follow up on their end. There was a Murder on site a few days ago and not much has been done or communicated to ensure safety.

Last night a murder took place right behind my apartment. Another murder took place over 6 months ago. At the beginning of the year the police showed up in front of my window because the neighbors were arguing very loudly. A woman was shouting at a man and was throwing his stuff out the window. Staff told us that these kinds of events are frequent and normal, that we are safe nowhere. Staff is unwilling to organize a meeting to explain the incident last night. Security is physically present but inefficient. The man just stays in his golf cart and sleeps. Staff is promising to increase security but said the same thing 6 months ago. Nothing has changed.

April 30th 2019. I have lived here with my girlfriend for about 2 years. I cant speak on the former management and owners of the establishment but many of the reveiws are out dated. Our community is well lit at night and noise isn't really an issue, even on weekends. I have never seen a homeless person walking our grounds. Security passes my apartment at least 20 or more times in a single day.... I know cuz I keep my padeo blinds open and I do see them as well as maintenance zipping around the complex. I live in the town home area so I haven't seen or heard of any break ins in vehicles or homes at all. Whenever I have had an issue to fix maintenance is as prompt as expected with a complex this size. I think you could expect about an hour give or take on the severity of the situation. Obviously a lake or burst pipe is immediately addressed. I could go on but I just wanted to relay that I do enjoy this place and they have made many great changes in the past year. If something happens (like your car being broken into), despite there being security cameras, 75 West refuses to show the video to the affected residents. Yes you read that correctly, they will hide the video from you - I have heard this from numerous other residents who asked 75 West for surveillance video and were denied. There are dog feces everywhere!!!! People let their dogs defecate all over the place and there are no repercussions. 75 West refuses to do anything. Plus it took maintenance several weeks to clean up smeared dog feces right near my door, I constantly had to walk around it. I couldn't even bring guests over. The worst aspect of 75 West is their maintenance team. The maintenance team never leaves a note after visiting so you have no idea what they did. I caught them going into my apartment once without my permission thanks to my security system. Plus many times the maintenance team closes tickets out without having fixed anything. The apartments are large for the price. Maintenance is very friendly. Pool area is nice, they have a dog spa, and play area. Close to hospital and highway 75, restaurants and shopping. Office staff friendly.

Prior to moving in I was helped by some One named destiny. She was wonderful and helped me with my application process. Proir to my move in two days (Wednesday) before I was went up to the office to drop off my key release for my washer and dryer to be installed the day I was moving in. No one in the office or answered the office phone the whole day. The next day (Thursday) I went up to the office AGAIN to drop off my key release. I was able to drop it off but the woman helping me made no I contact at all and was staring at her computer the whole time with a rude attitude. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do before I moved in our Friday. She said my profile was complete I just needed to email my renters insurance (which I already emailed to destiny two weeks before) I emailed the insurance again but received no confirmation. Overall the time here at this location has been great. Love the area that its in. Literally centrally located. Takes about 15 mins to get to DFW (without traffic) and just about 7 mins to get to downtown (without traffic). Great location to stay at.

If you are a sun goddess, the pools are exquisite and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The grilling areas were updated last year - making entertaining easy for all.

Location is great. Upgrades are very appealing. Walking score good, except I dont feel safe walking in the area any longer due to influx of homeless living under bridge across the street. I wiuld recommend yownhome rentals here. But not the apts with parking garages.
