Amazing work, staff, and quality! Honestly what makes a great experience is the customer service, the way they take care of people also reflects on the community and its well keeping. April went above and beyond for me, secured everything for me! April and Michelle are the sweetest , their customer service is amazing. If they are not already recognized i believe they deserve to be so!

At this time I cannot say anything good about your community so I best not to comment at all This community is not managed, I question the background checks performed by the management. They do not enforce any rules. The management office hardly answers their phones

My husband and I have been residents since 2008. The current Greystar Mgmt. has been by far the most successful in their attention to all matters and all residents. Office staff and maintenance are just exceptional. The apartment homes have been renovated recently and are simply beautiful. But, having said that I have to say it is the interaction with Erick and all his staff that are keeping us here. The maintenance team, under the leadership of Torivio, are just the nicest people and most responsive that we have experienced in our 12 years. Russell and I could find another apartment complex but would never to be able to replace the caring staff and management of 75 West! Russell and I both feel so blessed to live in 75 West complex and we want to thank you for all you do to make it the best possible place to live!

I wanted a certain style of townhome and the leasing office went above and beyond to make it happen. I am truly grateful and so far have enjoyed my experience. Looking forward to the rest of my time here.

I have been living in the community since 2019 and I was amazed of the apartment location and its accessibility. After a couple of months living here, I noticed that the common areas are not maintained clean such as halls, elevators and trash cans near the mail center. The pools always seems fairly dirty and residents are constantly breaking gym equipment and they are not replaced quickly. I can say I was embarrassed when my family came to visit and saw the poor maintenance the place had. Also, the walls in the apartment are very thin, hearing traffic and noise constantly. If you're thinking about moving in. I recommend picking a place that is not close to 75. I can say that I liked the place at first, but now im just rating for my lease to end to move out.

Thank you 75 West Team for the welcome. Incredible, reliable staff assistance, amazing area to live in since it's pretty central to so many convenient stores, and I love how there's always parking, it's rare from experience. I'm grateful for it all!

75 West is a great community! I love the amenities, overall look and feel of the complex and location. Our neighbors are friendly, too! Only downside is the landscaping and dog park could be better. Overall, great place to live!

One of the best apartments I've ever lived at. Very centralized location and close to everything. The gym has all the equipment I need and it is very spacious. The clubhouse is big enough for a big family gathering or event. Love my Pool View!

My experience moving in was rocky. It was a bit covered up until I received my keys. The community is quiet at times but it's dressed up as something it's not. Very over priced for the amount everyone is paying to not have daily valet trash, incomplete work orders and no upgrades in units

The fact that they allow someone to terrorize me is crazy Im a new resident didnt really much understand how valet works so when I put my trash outside my door in a trash bag and the fact a neighbor (the office know who she is )dumped my trash out to try to so call teach me a lesson is crazy I dont feel safe soon as my lease is up Im moving

Great community with office staff that pays attention to all details. Hasnt really had any problems but those that Ive encountered so are are great. My move was great and now that Ive been at the community for more than 30 days Im glad i made the move.

So far so good! Staff is great! Erik, Ashley and the rest! Thank you for always making us feel welcomed! All the residents we know or bump into are all courteous, especially those with dogs, they go out of their way to make room in the hallways or elevator even though their dogs are very well behaved. Stairs and parking areas are very well lit, helps us feel even more safe!!!

Just moved in .. the environment is good and security is good , no noise or loud music. No people moving around anyhow, ...I have my good time staying in this APPARTMENT.. the staff speak very well to consumers and try them right,.. Michelle is a good staff and Jessica.. they have HUMILITY in them and well consumers approach. They are doing a great job.

Clean and well kept gated community with good amenities. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and management staff. There is some road noise heard from nearby highways, but it's easy to get used to. Overall very satisfied living here!

'-I do not know the current team. I knew the old team that worked under Anna - Patrick, Destinee, etc. I can say they do an awesome job with communication; I receive alerts for everything and I like that! -I do believe some of the newer tenants are trashing the place. -There needs to be something done about the speed limit in the midrise parking garage. I have seen the Management team post notices, but nothing else. -Maintenance has remained the same since I moved in and I appreciate that. At least something is staying consistent.

This is the worst property I ever live in, We had to moved out because every since we moved in we had issues. Our a/c wasn't working, there's gnats, the apt was disgusting was not clean, They were showing our unit after we moved in with out our permission, had windows leaking and water on walls. witch they only paint over with out inspecting for mold or moisture. The apt was full of gnats and we had them the whole time we lived there.constant car breaking s and packages been stolen from your front door. We found wholes behind the fridge with a dirty rag. The noise is the worse couldn't sleep the whole time we were there. the smell of dog feces when you open the front door to the apt is horrible and management would not want to work with us at time of move out was so unprofessional, charging us every single thing that they can. If your looking for a peaceful place to leave this is not the place where you want to be at.

Staff is hard to get a hold of by phone, you will have to call several times over the course of a few days to get a response. Maintenance is slow reacting and when/if they do respond to service they dont tell you.
