stay away please

my friend lives and these apartments,and i have stop coming to visit here because of the drug dealers , gang bangers , and rapeist.My friend has often called me crying because of rude staff. and as far for the last comment you can tell it was a staff member.

To The Idiot Of Apartment Falling Apart Review

I saw the apartment he is speaking of and I know exactly who this is. The roof was falling in but it was due to a flood that had occured above them from a toilet overflowing that neither the resident or the downstairs resident felt they needed to report to management...(idiots)How can you fix stuff if idiots never say anything is wrong....thats just soooooo stupid. The walking of the dog is a lie (pet weight limit 20 lbs)it was a fat neighbor. Also the maintenance mans truck was a repo and everyone has financial troubles after 9-11...I did. Have a heart. The gates were replaced with new gates that open with tags and there are 6 vidio cameras at the front gate alone as well as full size fitness center with key fob access only that by the way traces all who enter and leave at all times. There is new management that rock....very expierienced as well as courteous. The apartments are newly renovated and look great. Only an IDIOT would not live here. There is also an armed security guard that is at the front gates. Everything is monitored. MOVE HERE NOW!!!!!....I DID.....

Bad neighborhood, falling apart

To start off the ceilings on our apartment were about to cave in, we could here the dog walking from the upstairs. My rims were stolen from my car, as were many many otheres, the maintenence guys truck was stolen from the property. We had bug problems out the @$$. Also the manage ment was horrible, they neveer notified us about lease problems till about 3 months after we moved in. The gates were always breaking. They wanted to up our rent 350 bucks to renew, needless to say we broke our lease and moved elsewhere.
