No comment I've only been here a month and some days. The apartment is roomy the roaches are bad. I've bombed my place twice. This is the first time I've ever had to endure this. And the only other issue is the AC doesn't work. I sleep with 2 fans and the ceiling fan.

I just got my keys a week ago and was told that this unit was ready and already walked through. Upon entering, there were many issues that should have been done prior to me receiving keys that were not. Try to tour the unit before signing anything to make sure that everything is the way it should be. I have young kids and not having a deadbolt is not safe for me or my kids.

It's the worst place i've ever lived, it nasty and raggedy just outside the apartments, its rats and roaches and not from being dirty, its horrible and disgusting, i would not recommend moving here, run away from here

Ur move in day is not ur day. They gonna give you the run around for sure Good people but they are not on point . We filled out for the apartment in July but we didn't get it until October 1st . Still really wasn't ready for move in because of the roaches

Maintenance was professional and ensured that my concerns was met. The fan I had in my apartment wasn't working when I first moved in maintenance ordered me a new fan and installed it same day. Great service no complaints

Do not rent here, the process takes forever, the office staff act like your bothering them everytime you call, work orders take forever to be completed even when it's an emergency, just don't do it, I wish I would've done more research beforehand

Office staff lazy, When you send in a work order you will get a email stating work has been completed and no one even showed up to your door. Crackheads live free while I pay $1200 a month and we can't keep da grass cut. Grass has fleas bad. The new manager think she slick.

Great so far. No problems. I enjoy my apartment. I live around stores and laundry. I haven't had any issues. It was hard writing this cause I have no complaints. I've lived her before and I didn't have any issues.

The office start is wonderful, and the community is not as bad as people claimed. Management is always making sure all complaints are followed up, and also work orders are completed in a timely fashion.

Sometimes the staff is nice sometimes they got a attitude when I moved into my unit. There was so many different things that were wrong. The carpets are dated. The walls and stuff are pretty to have had some fluid at one point. The filter was dirty. It's just always something going on in the unit.

Been a little all over the place. But it's a decently affordable apartment in Duncanville. Has struggled with communication and leadership as far as I can tell. Security was once well, but has downgraded. Mailboxes are graffitied on and barely lock

I honestly don't have a problem within my community I like the people. They're super nice. It's not too loud. It's mainly quiet for the most part. I just don't like how service requests for tenants aren't one of the first priorities. Like if we're paying rent. Down payments to live here then our needs should be tended to as well.

Although quiet, the complex has been covered in graffiti that has yet to be covered. It makes the place not only look unsafe but feel unsafe. It's an eye sore when company comes over and see it. Maintenance receives work orders and closes them out as if they've done their job which is irritating because why pay a monthly maintenance fee when the tickets and issues are just overlooked!

I got moved in May 2025, I had an issue arise that my original apartment's window gotten broken due to landscaping having a rock hit it. So they pivoted me to a different unit? what they did not communicate was that, not only were they moving me to a different unit, the original unit that I wanted somehow got given up to someone else and they used the excuse of the broken window to pivot me. The new unit still needed repairs that needed to occur and as of July 2025, still has not happened. I've had heavy infestation of roaches, water leaking from the wall when it rains, and extensive cracks along the base boards where caulk is needed.

The security of the property( the gates), a security guard(s), the care from the office is non exiting. I have lived in the apartment for about 3 years haven't felt since I've moved in. The overall appearance of the property is terrible.

To be honest it has been horrible from day one of moving in! My make ready was sloppy! Not to long after moving in my A/C went out & the flooding began. I literally had to contact the city about my A/C issue! Just to name a few things.

Everything was so easy. Staff was nice. It was next day approval, the apartment is spacious. It was cleaned when we moved in. The washer and dryer connections are life just like the fireplace. The community is very quiet my son's daycare is 5 minutes from here. Everything is perfect especially the big kitchen because I love to cook

Very quiet, great view, love the spacious kitchen and the washer and dryer connections. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fireplace in the cold is life. The master bathroom and closet is very nice.

My experience hasn't been all Pleasant. Office staff rude lie about being things fixed maintenance is slow. No upgrades. Rent keeps rising. Online portal shows wrong rent amount. There's no security anymore. Gym closes before I get home. I'm paying for something I can't use
