It has been a positive experience living in this community. It is safe, clean, quiet and one does not see people hanging or sitting on the stairs or hanging on the parking lots. Response time to fixing request orders is quick and very professional. If you are looking for a clean and safe enviroment to live in, this community is the place.

i've never had any issues with management maintenance comes the office. Staff is very respectable very nice and I'm enjoying my stay. I would recommend people to move here like I say the office staff is very Nice and respectable

It's been hell! Things break constantly since the beginning and it is clear that it was the "landlord special" getting this apartment fixed for move in. The new maintenance with the new management has been amazing and making up for all the bad from previous management. My AC was FINALLY fixed and it even lowered my electricity bill.

It started out good then when they started changing management things started good bad they let people move in that didn't care how they lived or about the rest of the tenants. Now this place hopefully will be like it use to be

My experience hadn't been a good one. Especially when it's comes to getting things repaired in my apartment. One time I put in a work order it took them a month before they came and fixed it. When it was done still wasn't fixed right.

Check your carpets. Pull up the corners and check before you move in because you may have bedbugs. I sleep on the floor and have since i moved in. I get huge welts on my body that they claimed were mosquito bites. The staff sent out a guy 2 months after a moved in when i kept complaining. When showed him under the carpet and padding, he said oh that's just a few dead ones. They probably just fell off of you at some point. Turns out he wasn't a professional bed bug expert. Each time I complained about this it went on ignored and I was told eventually that Pest Control is in amenity much like the pool or the gym. That Pest Control is a luxury, not a requirement. So basically they know that the units contain bed bugs but have you sign a bedbug addendum claiming they have no idea about the presence of them all while getting you to treat for these things yourself. That's just the instance with pest control which is non-existent. Maintenance and property upkeep is a whole another story. Yes the leasing office looks great and yes the leasing office staff will dress professionally but maintenance will not. My walls are crumbling I have mold on them, my cabinets are falling apart, and I've been discriminated against while living here for being low income and on ---------. There have been two civil suits that I have filed since I've lived here, the latest one has resulted in a change of staff and a refusal to sign anything until I drop the suit, not only that but they are holding my deposit and other funds simply because I am filing a suit to get out of my lease and to get my deposit back because they failed to disclose that this unit had bed bugs before I moved in. Not only that but since I have notified the staff of these problems no person who has moved in from 2019 till 2024 has been notified that this building has had reports of bed bug activity or suspicions. No one has been notified. So now anyone moving in or out could be unsuspectedly transporting bed bugs to and from locations.

Maintenance repairs take too long to complete whether they big or small issues, maintenance people don’t always respond nor come out when you called the emergency line for an emergency all the way are you still pay for maintenance in your rent! When complaining to the office about too loud of noise from upstairs neighbors nothing is really ever done, you can explain to them you work from home, you can explain that is keeping you up at night from going to sleep after you come friend from your other job, you can let them know did you try talking to your neighbor on your own, it all falls on deaf ears which is sad and wild one of the reasons I am seeking and looking to move even though I don’t like moving around a lot

My name is Natasha and Omg Shaniqua is the best!!! I started my process last week and she told me it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get approved and got approved in a week! She was patience, sweet, and most of all respectfully. I am happy to say I satisfied with my decision I made. I cant leave the other ladies out... They were all respectful and sweet I love the whole vibe when you walk in the office which was nice and clean. I am looking forward to my stay at this property!

So ready to get out of this apartment there has been continuous problem after problem and this apartment was supposedly NEWLY REMODELED now it’s been four months and the entire apartment is unraveling in its truth. TRASHY APARTMENTS WITH SORRY MANINTENANCE! Rude office manager who wants to be mad about me continuously complaining so this is what I didn’t want to do. If your looking to be in the projects move here. If your looking for nice and quiet don’t come here please also good quality for what you pay don’t come here bc the quality sucks --- the apartments aren’t as the pictures look

I sorriest apartments ever!!! Bathroom been leaking almost two weeks from the ceiling and all I’ve gotten is a piece of wall cut out for more water to leak and no one to fix due to no contractors working for them then they get mad because I’m constantly complaining but they want their rent on time! Make it make sense and this is a Current Tenant. Beware they are all about money these apartments are like the projects and the office managers are right along with the project energy at this point everyone’s rude and HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING! I will not stop until it is fixed if I have to leave bad reviews daily I WILL because works orders they just close them out with no fixtures. Been here four months and every month there’s been some sort of problem literally

Property Management and Maintenance Non-Adherence to Lease Agreements
The management and maintenance staff are not very professional nor courteous when you have an issue plus they are not punctual either with emergency issues that need to be resolved quickly. Make sure you always submit requests in writing to, it seems verbally asking does not accomplish much at all. I’ve been dealing with an extreme flea infestation in my apartment for weeks. My legs are all bit up/swollen and I’ve had to discard upholstered furniture, bedding etc. in my apartment. This has been an absolute nightmare and I’ve only lived her for about a month or so. 5/12/2022

I am so thankful to have found these apartments. The staff has been super great to me and my Mom especially Ms. Levetta Tuggar, she has show nothing but kindness to us. She’s a very helpful person. I'm looking for a new place and excited about moving to a property that finally fit my needs in that community for a great rate! The manager is awesome, I thought she was the leasing agent. Most manager stay in the back of the office but she came up and start giving all the information I need and I was sold.

I enjoyed my visit at Pacifica with Tanja. She was able to show me everything I need for my new place. She help me with my application process, and I was able to take an advantage of the Special they have. I can't wait to move in.

The apartments are nice in general but can use a lot of work mostly the fact that the apartments are so old they can use a renovation to better the quality. The rent is decent but I would like to see what I pay for in the apartment building itself.

I'm really enjoying my apartment only things that's bugging me is the homeless people and some residents that hangs out on my stairs and the breezeway. This is all day and night they are sleep smoking weed and doing others drugs. What can be done I work evenings and they are there when I get home around 10:30 or 11:00 pm that's not safe at all.

Friendly nice residents just need to help to keep our property nice and clean by putting trash in dumpsters instead on the ground sometimes dumpsters are not even full. Other than that pretty quiet at night.
