Office is Nice and polite,love my apartment,a lil nosiey but kids are home ,because if what's going on, other then that real nice of parking for visitors,has a pool,washer dryer hook ups,love my patio

It's okay so far somethings could be better mean one of the office workers has a horrible attitude for no reason the roaches are a big problem which is very disgusting maintance is lazy not doing there job

It was GREAT FAST service THE LEASING OFFICE LADY HELPING ME WAS Crystal. She was always very nice and respectful. And ahe got MY process finished very fast. I like living here so far. And hope to continue ANOTHER few YEARS living here.

I love my apartment!! This I my second time to moving! I love Mrs.Joanna she's the best! The apartment area quiet, no drama, its a wonderful place to move to. I would highly recommend anyone moving here.

I loved to whole experience. Everything was easy and the staff made it even easier. Shelly was great ! Very Knowledgeable and explained everything to the T and made is so simple. Over all just very pleased

The manager Joanna is very rude and disrespectful. Head no mortals and won't last you get out a sentence. I've had trouble with above neighbor whom throws food on my patio. I've seen rat droppings in patio closet. I won't even put pics up but I wouldn't encourage anyone who wants quietness to live here

For the most part I have hadca great experience at these apartments it was just this last time that I submitted a maintenance request that it was not done. Just in the past few months I have also experienced a few drug addicts sitting in the breezeway.

Quit and very convenient and the staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions that i needed answered. My apartment felt like a home once i saw the inside of it and it was clean and nothing out of place

It's too early to give an honest review but so far I like my apartment. Maintenance is slow and it's exhausting. I still haven't received my parking sticker so I have to park in the visitor section which is far.

Friendly, Righteous, and Smart, Beautiful, Quiet, Interesting, only if there could be more business. Thanks for everything, I appreciate very dearly! Maybe another pool party would work? Or some type of discount party.

It has been ok I have some issues but that is to be expected anywhere you live.For the most part my experience has not been bad I wish you guys would do something about my carpet it has been in the apt since 2014.

It's ok but several things need to be fixed and there is a bad roach problem. I was excited when I first received the keys to move in my apartment until after I moved in and saw the roach problem and the things not being fixed

The people in the office awesome i like how fast the handle any situation u might have i feel like they are very attentive in my needs as a resident i appeciate all the care they give i would refer this property to any of my friends and family

Staff great I love my apartment, clean property no issues I highly recommend this place to live very affordable great for a first time renters and children nice pool area exercise room very nice also playground area

I moved in the lady told me I didn't make enough money for the apartment how was I approved and then she gave me a different price on the prorate rent tell me I owe them 163 when I brought her the money order for 4 05 if then she told me walkthrough and put on the paper things that need to be fixed in apartment when I walked in this wasn't the apartment sheets showed me she told me I didn't make enough money for the apartment the fan in the master bedroom didn't work I had a water leak up under the sink in the kitchen they didn't come fix for 3 days tell me I had to complete a work order you things in the house are still not fixed and I just moved in last month she told me I couldn't get a receipt on paying my rent and told me she didn't know was that a old money order my apartment still is not sprayed some is biting my daughter in here I just feel like things should be six if you want to rent on time things in your house are fixed I feel so I want to feel happy comfortably in my house to as you feel

Love my new place, staff is great, the new office is beautiful and the upgraded apartment are wonderful well worth it. The pool is big and the gym is just want I needed (no more membership gym for me).

I love my apartment, the area is good most of the times and close to the freeway but the complex doesn't have have enough visitors parking spots for the people that comes to visit the residents that lives in the front area.

Well I notice that the area is well lit up at night for safety. And its less crime and very convience for public transportation right in front of the apartments where you can get to train station and service stations , and fast food, resturant.

It has been ok. I don't appreciate people w/out stickers & their friends being able to park where we r supposed to be parking, and we have to find a place to park. Especially on holidays. Their friends and family take up all of our parking.

Its okay the woman above me plays her music too loud everybody in this section hears i as the gates dont work. And the laundry center is never open the ramped side is always locked need more wheelchair accessible ility through complex

They are not that bad but i hate the fact that the floors sweek so bad if someone lives over which i am down stairs so the walls are very very thin and plus i am dealing with this high light bill and common since tells me something is going on to cause my bills to be high. When it wasnt before.

Nice apartments with quiet neighborhood.I loved the area my apartment is located. I have some minor issues but each time the maintenance was pretty reliable. I would recommend especially for the price range.

Super quite community and very nice and polite neighbors! Parking lots are really lit at night and security/police is always patrolling the grounds. Office staff has a lot of community activities for the tenants during holiday and hot summers! Thanks again!
