Its wonderful to know that they will work with you no matter if it is a maintenance problem or billing problem. I can even go ask if they know where something is-such as boarding for my doggies, good place to eat. And I like that they keep the pools clean-they sparkle. The doggies and I enjoy our morning walks in this beautiful place.

DONT MOVE HERE!
DO NOT MOVE HERE ! The place is horrible. It was the worst living experience I have ever had to go through. The whole leasing staff is terrible. All they do is lie and ignore any issues. Maintenance will not fix any requests. There will be trash all over the complex and that’s what cause the apartment to be infested with bugs ! Please do not waste your money and move here. They will lie and say you will receive your security deposit back but will never send it. It is not worth it !

These apartments are easy enough to get in and have the ability to be very nice but CAF as a company is very greedy. They will jack up the prices on you for every little thing and then put string rules in place that they don't even follow.. You will not get an upgrade in anything and you will be battling with them at every turn for every little thing.. The apartments themselves are very nice. It's just the company CAF that needs to do a better job.

Could've been better with cleaning the property, enforcing rules to keep down noise, and completely requests in a timely manner. Trash overflows in the dumpster every month, and I have a roach infestation to which nothing was done about it.

It is a very cozy place, perfect to live, its community is pleasant and the service is very satisfactory with good facilities and at an affordable price. They stand out even more with their good service and concern for the comfort of the residents.

The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to answer all of my questions and give me all options within the range I was looking for. The property is very well maintained and has a very cozy feel, something that was extremely important to my family.

This property is hands down the WORST place I have ever lived. Your lack of service and incompetence are the finishing touches on a living experience that I'd rather not remember or recommend. You should all be ashamed.

Mi experiencia no ha sido la mejor! Existen varias falencias en este complex! Los residentes venezolanos hacen lo que quieren con su fiesta bulla y desorden en las zonas comunes y nadie hace nada! Aparte de eso la recolecci?n de basuras es p?sima! Solo existe un contenedor de basura en todo el complex que permanece en unas condiciones deplorables y nada sanitarias! Eso me parece grave! Aqu? no existe control de nada porque ni siquiera tienen c?maras para ver lo que pasa! Definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar!

It was a pleasant experience, the lady helping me was very nice and provided me with all that I needed. My phone was acting up as always so she allowed me to use her computer to complete all information. My keys did not fit my apartment, they quickly made the correction.

It's very spacious and safe, everything is working great my AC is the best !! This is my first apartment on my own ! I permanently moved in 05/07/2024 and I'm loving it . My neighbors are friendly and private

The lease process was easy and my move in enjoyable. The property manager and the leasing agents were caring and my apartment was in great conditions when I moved in, the gym ?rea is a little small but you can find everything you need, great property!

it's not bad, my stay has been pleasant. the staff as been nice. I wish the assistance was prepared better to answer basic office questions. also it would be great if the gate worked all the time. I've been here almost 2 years and it's never worked consistently.

The duct were cleaned because of a dust issue, the dust is fine and an irritant. The last apartment had the same issue with the same attempt at cleaning but makes me believe cleaning was lowest bid .

It's getting better. Originally a lot of SWAT visits, people shooting at each other. Constant suicides, people chasing people with a knife. Not as frequent anymore. A lot of parties and people playing in the pool after quiet hours.

DO NOT MOVE TO SILVER CREEK!!!!
My boyfriend has had the misfortune of living in this complex since January 2023. Since then, it has been one thing after another with this place (not joking... it started before he even moved in). For one thing, they can't seem to keep their employees for more than a month or two... he has seriously lived there through at least 4 different managers (that we know of). On top of that, nearly every single month he is heading to the office for yet another issue - whether it is because of some random -------- being charged, the rent skyrocketing by over $1000, the "required" and non-negotiable charge of $25 for valet trash, they ALWAYS attempt to justify whatever the situation is until he finally wears them down and they actually check what they're talking about. And SURPRISE SURPRISE... they always end up backpedaling and admitting he's right... but what if he didn't argue until he won? They would be totally fine with overcharging him!! Today the situation is his rent increased by $70 because they've suddenly decided that the residents will pay for water consumption, but the residents are not responsible for their own individual water use. Rent increased almost 20% last year and it's not worth for that. we end up paying for the cable service too that I never used and it's enforced. Also water charges for 1 bedroom over $100.00 even after our usage is very less since we will be out of to n most of the time but no explanation on that too

For the price I'm paying, I'm very pleased with the quality of my apartment and the location. My apartment is updated and modern. The area is very safe. I love that it's right off the freeway; makes it easy to go places. I feel safe living here as a single female. The maintenance people always fix my requests (sometimes takes a week or longer, but it always gets done). The maintenance staff if really great and friendly. The only thing I really don't like is the parking. If you don't pay the $45 a month for a covered spot, you have to find an uncovered spot. Coming back at night, it can be impossible to find one anywhere near my building. The spots in the back are so tiny. Even with my compact car, I've had to crawl out the passenger side or back seat many times because the cars on either side are too close for me to open my door. Overall though, I love living here and plan to renew my lease.

Bad and untimely response from office staff. It takes five to seven days for maintenance to show up with any issues. There is lot of trash in the brush by the dog park. It is hard to get anyone in the office to answer the phone or call you back

Never rent from here
If I could give zero stars, I would. On September 30th, I visited Silver Creek apartment. I spoke with ------ and told her I would like one bedroom and one bathroom apartment. She advised me of what was available and asked if I would like to go on a tour. I said yes! Of course, she showed me a beautiful upgraded one-bed, one-bath apartment with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. I advised her that I liked that unit and wanted one that looked just like the model. She went over a couple different unit numbers and told me which was upgraded. I applied, got approved, and called in to see if I could move in sooner. They switched units and still told me the unit would be upgraded. About an hour later, they called back and switched my unit again to an upgraded unit. ------ also emailed me three different welcome letters with different prices. I called to verify which one was accurate, and I was told the last welcome letter was correct. On the day of October 23rd, when I arrived, something seemed off.
