No place is perfect but this one is pretty close. The management team is great to work with & they all like each other & work great together. That’s a big plus. Problems get fixed quickly & they are interested to hear residents thoughts. Activities are plenty & varied so you can be as busy as you want to be. And maintenance is just so great too. Glad to be here.

The gate doesn't work for us. It will not open unless I get out of the car and walk up the automatic opener and touch it with the gate pass. No resolution to this problem is in sight. Hoping it does not rain.

Album Keller Ranch is my home. Have been here for 5 years and never had so much fun. I enjoy friends, parties, and quiet time alone with my cat. My apartment is lovely and my family is always welcome. I’m close to grocery stories, shopping, and my Dr. What more could I ask? Think I’ll stay another 5 years.

THE COMMUNITY IS NICE, BUT THE BEST PART ABOUT LIVING HERE IS THE PEOPLE AND ACTIVITIES. THE CURRENT STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST MANAGER AND STAFF. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, CHEERFUL AND ALWAYS UPBEAT/ THE PRICING IS A LITTLE HIGH.

I really enjoy the Staff and their interaction with the Tenants, and each other. Very refreshing. The inside of the bldg is always clean and comfortable, plus management goes out of their way to add little things i.e. extra decorations to make it perfect. I moved in on Dec. 15, 2022 and am still living here in Feb. 2026 and look forward to many more years here. I already did the Apartment Ratings a few minutes ago.

None this is the first apartment living experience for me. Since we moved in Ive been happy with our apartment. Being able to control our temperature is a plus, it’s very quiet in the hallways and surrounding apartments, the Community Manager and staff are great to work with, and amenities are good.

The staff is great and work hard to help, residents are friendly, complex common areas are clean. Sound insulation is very good.The apartments are very nice and I like not having food plans. The corporate feels like the residents matter and everything seems well thought out. The buck doesn’t seem to be their priority.

Too many people move out because the rent goes up every year. And the quality of the appliances are not very good. The stainless steel sink is too deep and the upper kitchen cabinets are too high for many of us.

Overall I am satisfied with the apartment. Have had good experience with everything I have asked about. Travis is the best when I have needed something done in my apartment. The one thing I would recommend is having a couple more handicap parking spaces.

Very nice place some people are greedy on sweets left near the coffee room ie brought in box of cookies well they took the box no sharing like children with a sweet took can keep out of the cookie jar. Ha ha

Maintenance is great! The management team was great until Maircedez and Kiefer left - now not so much. There is one person who cleans the common areas and that is not enough. Whole experience has definitely gone down in a year

The album presents as a wonderfully place for the elderly. Once you are in the building, the management of the property is not acceptable. Short handed and scattered. The assistant in the office is kind; knows us, takes accountability and so on. However, she has very little power to help anyone. She can only take messages because “Bev” has to do it. She needs to be empowered to do things. She is not scattered. Bev is always busy doing something more important, everyone’s complaints are not attended to. This isn’t only me; it’s the majority.

Keep your hard earned money and stay away from Album. Plenty of new apartments with professional staff at less cost in this area. They do not cater to the residents. They often accuse residents of taking things like coffee, towels etc. Refuse to open the pool before 10am in the hot summer. Minimal social activities here. No music it's like a morgue in the clubhouse

I’am seeing some lovely improvements at Album. I would like to see help given to grand room in the acoustics and a warmer more welcoming appearance. I love the residents here and I feel safe. Our new manager Beverly is doing a great job !!

First time apartment dwellers and this is a good place to start with except for the neighbors above us who make too much noise when they are in their apartment. Since I have addressed this with the lady and she denies she makes any noise, I cannot go any further but it is a nuisance. The builders were lax in making a sound barrier between floors and know that it could have been done better.

The apartments are pricey for what you get. For what you pay you could rent a much nicer apartment with an attached garage and more amenities or rent a 3 bedroom house. There are many missing amenities. Depending on the floor plan you may not have the following and will have to pay even more to get: -separate dining and living room -adequate storage -adequate laundry room (The one in my floor plan is tiny.) -balcony or patio There are no attached garages. The garages for rent may or may not be near you’re apartment. Other cons: -Ask about extra monthly fees. I wished I had done this before signing the lease. There are a lot of fees and some are doubled. -There is a significant gnat problem here Pros: -The lobby is beautiful -I have met some really nice people here -The air conditioned hallways -Entrance to the building is locked 24/7
