Album Keller Ranch is a beautiful home. I have enjoyed living here and will continue to do so if the prices don’t make a huge jump. I would love to call it my last residence and not ever move! Thank you for a great staff! Patti B.

My personal feeling concerning the management team. They are very sincere with respect to the senior that live in Album Keller Ranch. Management understood how important it was to fix the stove and oven in my apartment ASAP. Furthermore, the maintenance work and management team working in conjunction with each other found a better way to expedite GE part issues. I'm happy now.

Don't move here
Where to begin ?? for new building the elevator been down 3 times door on north side is hard to unlock and open , I have a person below me complains because we are walking in our apartment after 10pm she claims she can hear the TV but neither neighbor on each side can hear it and you can't hear it outside my front door Ikee alot of other apartments. Oh you also cannot hang a flag out on your patio . So do yourself a favor find other places that not so socialist.

We have so much fun here. There are lots of planned and impromptu activities. There is a planned activity everyday and there is always someone available to play a game, workout, do yoga, do some sunbathing, grill, hang out by the fire pit or craft something in the art room. Or just sit and visit. I have found a new family here.

I would find out the true facts about on an issue before sending a complaint. They falsely accused my dog of barking at 11:30pm when she sleeps in my bed and we are in bed by 9pm every night. Said she barks all the time but I sent my husband with a recorder to find the true dog that was doing all the barking but have yet to be able to show the manager the recording.

Album Keller Ranch is a great idea in a bad location. It is surrounded by numerous other large apartment buildings, and there is a high and often noisy street traffic problem to contend with. Also, the HVAC compressors are primarily located on the 4th floor rooftop, and also contribute to the noise issues. The overall building construction has numerous issues related to quality of workmanship. There would be far fewer problems if so many apartments weren’t built so closely together, or if the Album Ranch was more distant from major traffic routes. Also be aware some residents have annoying barking dogs, and you could end up next door to one.

I love living at Album Keller Ranch…there are so many things to do….the people here including the management are friendly and fun..the grounds are kept beautifully groomed..Moving here was a great decision! I feel safe with the secured building and gated grounds…such a nice place to live!!

The staff made it easy for us to move in. The staff and the tenants are kind and friendly. The staff always has lots of things planned for us to do. Maintenance keeps the buildings and the grounds clean. They are quick to respond when you need help or report something.

We are so proud to be residents of Album Keller Ranch, we couldn't say enough of how great it is to be part of this community. Its a joy to wake up and walk around knowing we are secure in every aspect of our community.This has been the best 55+ community we have ever experienced.

Brand new beautiful complex designed for those of us 55+. Lots of great activities and interaction with fellow residents. Almost everyday there is something going on. Meeting new folks everyday. Highly recommend this complex.

I love Album Keller Ranch! I love the amenities! I especially love the people that work here! I really enjoy the fact we live in a small community. Everybody is new and we all try to look out for each other.

Album Keller Ranch is a beautiful 55+ apartment community. The amenities are plentiful and planned events are generous and fun! While it is a pet "friendly" property, right now there is no off leash areas for our fur babies to play on the property.

My experience has been great so far. I enjoy all of the amenities, and have met several people so far. The staff communicates well, and are quick to help with maintenance needs. The location is great with it being so close to local shopping and entertainment.

I apply on line from another state was very nervous but Meagan was so helpful making the move to Texas pleasant and worry free. I love my apartment the surroundings and all the amenities! If you are looking to move to Texas this is the place to be.

Album Keller Ranch is the ideal home for the 55+ community, Friendly neighbors, great activities, expertly laid out units, and incredible staff - what else are you looking for in a residence? As for as location, there are lots of things to do, good medical/ dental office, and plenty of restaurants all nearby.

Our move in was seamless. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Our apartment is beautiful, and we love it here. The only suggestion is to remind all dog owners keep on leash when not in their own apartment. Especially when in the halls and courtyard areas.

So far we have loved the experience. The staff has been wonderful and very helpful taking care of any questions / issues. Even though the complex is still under construction I have not been unconvinced in anyway. The areas that are open to us are clean and fully functional. At this time there are not many people moved in but the ones that are here seem to be very friendly and we have already had a number of events in the club house. Both current residents and future residents have been invited to these so we are already getting to know people that will be moving in over the next couple of months. All and all, we are very happy with our move.
