Overall, Album a nice place to live. First time living in an apartment, it takes getting used to. Chief complaints are noise from pool guests and constant barking dogs. Some first floor dog owners go out and lv dogs inside/outside to bark till they return!! Rules aside on weekends, leashes by the wayside! I appreciate Album planning special events and food now and then.

Thank you to all the residents that I inconvenienced by tying up the elevator to get moved in. Everyone I met was so freindly and helpful. It was difficult for us too with the other elevator out of service.

I have lived here since shortly after it opened, and I enjoy living here a great deal. It has multiple amenities, it's clean, it's safe, and it's conveniently located. Though I don't take advantage of the social opportunities, they are varied and numerous in order to serve the many who do take part. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I have found the staff to be friendly and willing to listen and to help with whatever needs to be done. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance staff is really good, they respond in a timely manner are efficient and friendly and get the job done. Great communications through text and posted activities and reminders, with encouragement to participate in activities.

I enjoy living at Album Keller Ranch. I have made several friends and the amenities are very nice and the monthly calendar always has fun things to do. What I don't like is the cheapness of the appliances and granite and shoddy finish work in the apartments.

I have lived at Album Keller Ranch with my husband since opening in July 2021. It is truly an apartment home, anything that is need of fixing or repair, is done immediately. There are many, many activities to participate in, and many different rooms for activities ie game, yoga, fully load gym & equipment, crafts room and I love our mail room, with printer and computers for the residents. Very quiet and safe environment. I am a women of color and find no issues here, everyone is inviting, courteous and respectful of others. I am glad I choose her to retire.

This is a friendly community. Residents care about each other. The various activities are fun and have something for everyone. Office and Maintenance staff are open and try to address every situation as they are able. I would highly recommend this complex

Album Keller Ranch has one of the best service teams I have seen. The maintenance crew here are exceptional,indeed. They are credible, reliable, respectful and just totally professional . They have great temperament when all issues. Most notable is the great connection with the renters and management. They have no problems with being proactive and do it all while keeping abreast of all issues. Great maintenance team. They are definitely five star, indeed.

We love the people at the community, a very weak management. The only reason for me to stay at the community is for some front office people to be removed from their jobs. I have recommended people to move in to our community but no more. The people in our community only reason for staying. If thing don't get better we will move at the time of our signing of new lease.

I AM THRILLED I FOUND ALBUM KELLER RANCH. THIS COMPLEX IS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AFTER SELLING MY HOME AND WANTING SOMETHING SMALLER BUT ALSO BEAUTIFUL. ALBUM KELLER RANCH IS VERY CONVENIENT TO MY CHURCH, KIDS AND FAMILY. THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO, I'VE STARTED GOING TO THE GYM IN THE MORNINGS AND MY FURBABY IS SO HAPPY WITH HER SMALL 'YARD' OFF MY PATIO. MY BEST LIFE!

The property is clean, up to date, and maintained very well. The staff has been very helpful with any requests I have made. Other residents have been very friendly when I met them. The maintenance crew responded very promptly to my submitted request and was knowledgeable about repairs and explanations.

I am happy here but I was told by my financial adviser that I won’t be able to continue living here with the cost of living increasing and my rent increases make it necessary for me to find more reasonably priced housing. I am sad to have to move in a couple of years.

It’s been superb in most areas. The design of the apartments is 99.9% excellent. The building and gated parking is very secure. Great workout facility. Heated pool. Management establishes excellent rules for residents and guests. The staff has been very responsive. Maintenance is fantastic. Only 2 negatives. 2 doors controlled by FOB have been an ongoing problem. In winter if an ice storm occurs, the north parking lot does not receive hardly any sun and the ice remains for weeks! We need much better support to make it easier to walk to our cars without falling and breaking something. One more quick thing-some of the shelves in the closet and in the kitchen cabinets, are accessible only for people 6.4 inches and taller. Telling old people to use a step ladder is dangerous if (like me) they have occasional dizzy spells.

We have been here for two years and we still are enjoying apartment living. We have met several couples that we consider our friends now. We have experienced several Maintenance issues bur all have been resolved. I am not completely happy with the trash service.

I have been here since August 2022 and have no complaints. The staff is great, they really care about their residents. I have not met anyone who was not friendly and kind. I will be glad when I retire 100% and will be able to participate in more of the activities as most are during the day while I am at work. Two suggestions I would have is that everyone be provided with covered parking (at no additional cost) and the hours for children 18 and under to swim or be in the common areas were extended. Maybe have an event where grandchildren could participate once in awhile.

Album is a friendly community with many activities. The building is immaculate and the office staff is helpful and friendly. There are many stores and restaurants in the area so it is a short drive to any destination. The swimming pool and the park area are beautiful and the center for resident interaction.

I’ve just moved in, but this community is really nice. I was not present for my maintenance but it was done in one day and the area was left clean and neat. There are so many activities to choose from and all posted in advance so you can plan to participate. A great place to live.

The community is fine but the sports tavern bar live entertainment next door can drift in your windows on summer evenings weekends. Maintenance is professional and that leasing office and event coordinator Keifer are great!

Quiet friendly community of seniors with plenty of opportunities to connect and build friendships. Lots of activities and management is very responsive to any concerns. Amenities are generous and the property is well kept. Would highly recommend it.
