I love this place

I miss living here, The residence are all friendly everyone comes out in the evening to talk and walk there dogs, The pools are beautiful and all maintenance lives on property so that's convenient, No issues when I lived here its quiet and no criminal activity - Depending on where on property you live you could get a back yard or a nice sunset view I lived on both third floor and first and enjoyed them both! absolutely recommend and application is smooth process.

It’s funny how these are nice apartments but the office people are just straight up rude they hung up the phone on me when asking questions they entered an apartment which is rented by a tented and they didn’t provide a 24 hour notice before entering which is required by law and the lease doesn’t say they can come in and out peoples apartments and then they told a guest that was in the apartment they was going to get resident out and the number to “corporate” is a joke it just goes right to voice mail

I AM BEGGING YOU NOT TO LIVE HERE

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I AM WARNING YOU! WE HAVE HAD A MAJOR LEAK IN OUR APARTMENT BATHROOM FOR OVER A MONTH!! They have come out once, actually twice now because I had to speak to multiple managers, maintenance men, and email multiple times for someone to come out again. This is a safety hazard and has ruined our bathroom countertop. They also refuse to provide me keyless deadbolt as per Texas Law. I've had to report multiple times that we didn't have a peephole either. Our stovetop doesn't work and they have yet to fix that as well. These might seem like small issues, but imagine the inconvenience on a daily basis. Do you really want to live somewhere that everything breaks and poor management doesn't care about you? Absolutely worst apartments I've ever lived in. If you move here, know the laws so you're able to get out of the lease when you realize you've made a terrible mistake.

I LIVED THERE SIX MONTHS WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN MY FLOOR IN DINING ROOM AREA FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO FALL IN MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS ALWAYS BROKEN THEY KEPT REPAIRING IT INSTEAD OF PLACING IT THEY FINALLY REPLACED IT THEN IN BOTH BATHROOMS WERE BLACK MOLD THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT.THERE NICE WHEN YOU FIRST MOVE IN OF COURSE UNTIL YOU GET IN THE GIRLS IN OFFICE ARE VERY ------ A MANAGER JOVONNE SHES RUDE HAS A GRILL IN HER MOUTH THE OTHER GIRL SHES YOUNG AND NO BETTER I BELIEVE THEY HAVE HIRED A YOUNG WHITE GIRL SHES ------ AS WELL I JUST MOVED OUT A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND IM HAPPY BECAUSE THE RENT WAS HOUSE PRICES SO I GOT A HOUSE THANK GOD

I do not recommend.

Living at this apartment I was not able to get sleep getting up early in the morning to go to work. I complained about noise that was below me. Then it two occasions the boy downstairs shot off a gun what were police was called the second time. I ended my lease because I was tired of going to work sleepy able to do my job properly. I was overcharged for my decision. It was $1200 to break your lease but I was charge over 5000.

This has by far been the greatest apartment experience. The staff is friendly and the property manager Jovonne Thomas goes above and beyond to help the tenants and make them feel welcomed I would recommend my friends and family to lease here.

I absolutely love these apartments. I’ve been here now for almost 2 years. The staff is also amazing (especially Jovonne). I would definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a place to live in Fort Worth. ??

Javonne he has been great the whole time we have lived here. She is the assistant manager and literally always answers calls or returns them if she is out of the offices. She remains professional at all times and it’s always such a friendly kind person!

Every night there's a constant odor of weed and/or meth. I am the only working individual in my building, and my sleep is constantly interrupted do the horrible stench of drugs. It's so strong and potent, I have to open my back patio door to allow the smell to filter out no matter what the temperature is outside. Not looking forward to the summer months when the heat rises. BEWARE if you are not a user, constant headaches and nausea will be your main health concern if you move to Cameron Creek. I have work orders that are mysteriously closed without any work done. The bath, showers and sinks are falling apart. I tried to give this place another year, but I'm done! The staff used to be nice, the people that I lived around used to be hard working folks. Now the staff is rude, and I live around addicts.

I currently live in the apartments and i love everything about it amazing freindly staff that are always willing to help in every way they can the apartment is beutiful and the grounds are kept up amazingly i have no complaints about the complex and i highly recomend coming to live here

Living at Cameron creek has been amazing so far. The neighborhood is safe and the property is clean and always well kept. Our apartment itself is affordable but still great quality! Thanks to Shelly she was a big help in moving here and made the application process fast and easy. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service. Never answer the phone when you have an issue. The trash valet they force you to pay misses trash day and Cameron creek will charge you another $25 (each time) over your $30 a month charge for it not getting picked up. The apartments are really old and moldy. I've gotten to have the mold in the apartment cleaned at least once every two months. It's ridiculous. When it rains it sinks through the ceiling and leave dark brown spots. I am counting the days for my lease to be up.

This place is DANGEROUS. I've been robbed twice (debit card & tires/rims) totaling $6000 in damages. There's been multiple domestic violence disputes in my building alone. The building ALWAYS smells like weed and when you tell the staff they tell you to call the police and do nothing to help. The security gates don't work and there are no cameras on the property. I'm trying to get out of my lease because I am genuinely scared living here and the property manager said I need to give a 60 day notice and pay an $1850 fee. DO NOT RENT HERE.

STAY AWAY!!! Ignorant and rude staff. Trashy and careless neighbors. Parking is a hot mess, everything in the apartment is cheaply built, walls are super thin, I shouldn't hear my neighbors 3 minute intimacy moments at 2 in morning or arguments. Folks constantly fly through the parking lot with loud music. Junk cars just taking up parking spaces. I can go on and on. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!

.I am a victim of domestic violence and moved here to escape my abuser, unfortunately the complex was not safe and did a poor job of keeping me and my children safe. I moved to the front of the complex for safety and was placed next door to meth dealers. The complex is riddled with drug sales and usage and I had to return to my abuser bc the conditions were so unsafe for my kids. Even though I was month to month and moved before the end of the month I paid for, they charged me over $4000 for a broken lease! There was no lease! They are heartless cold and care nothing for victims and their children of Domestic violence. Horrible unsafe place to live , they truly do not care for victims of domestic violence and families.

This is a DANGEROUS place to live!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! It is littered with methanphetamine addicts and illegal activity and drug sales. My next door neighbor sold Hugh volume drugs and EVEN COOKED them all hours of the night and I reported it to the complex and police and they did nothing. NEEDLES in the street and people shooting up in front of my apartment all day and night. Crackheads would walk on foot all day to the crack house next to me because the GATE WAS NEVER CLOSED! Me and my kids were necensafe here and they did NOTHING about it. When I had no choice to leave for safety since they did nothing they charged me and blamed ME! Awful management, heartless and always changing. They do not care for safety and are only interested in money. They don't answer the phones and the manager is down right rude and egotistical. $1300 a month to live next to meth lab in unsafe fearful environment with kids and they did NOTHING! STAY AWAY.

I was charged a pet fee for dog sitting my boyfriends brothers dog. She will only be here temporarily and the property managers made us pay a $350 pet deposit as well as a $20/month pet fee for a dog that isn't ours. I asked would we still be charged a monthly fee after she leaves and they said yes because they can't keep track of if we watch her again.

I love Cameron Creek. I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes here on Bryant Irvin and this is by far the best one! Shelley, Eileen, and Whitley are the sweetest people I have ever met. They personally have gone above and beyond for me since I have moved in. They really do care about their residents

I hate this community now it has DUMB PETTY management. On today i arrived home from work to find a valet trash violation notice CHARGE $25 on my door. Ok well understand that VALET trash has NOT been picked up in 2 days ( weather they say). I left for work 9pm came back apprx 11am trash still outside. NO NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. So what's my issue, if you KNOW TRASH WAS NOT PICKED UP, why would you even try to charge tenants for trash being there. People have jobs, thats how your check get paid. So what is trash suppose to do GET UP OFF THE PORCH AND WALK ITSELF BACK INSIDE. DO YOUR JOB...FILL ALL THESE EMPTY AND YOU HAVE NO NEED TO BE PETTY BETTY. In this case, i think it's just plain ole stupid given your awareness valet hasn't come for 2days.

Fatal mientras no eres residente todo el mundo te atiende amablemente, luego que firmas contrato no te contestan las llamadas ni los email. Llevo desde el 3 de Julio esperando para que completen el request de un cambio de puertas en mi closet del master room y nadie ha resuelto. Desde que me mude han sido problemas y excusas para brindar un servicio eficaz, sin contar que la mensualidad no es para nada economica en acorde con el servicio. Tienen 0.

Cameron creek are great apartments, I've lived here 7 months, I work nights and live by the front pool but no noise. I received everything that was promised even a fine for not following the rules..lol (totally my fault) Maintenance is respectful and work hard to keep the property clean. The care team is amazing and always plan fun events for the community!! I would totally recommend living here!
