Extremely rude, unprofessional staff. Consistent automobile and home burglaries. Mattresses and trash are piled up by dumpsters daily. The gates they advertise have been broke for over 2 years. The pool is ALWAYS closed for maintenance and there is no shade provided. Unfriendly staff make using clubhouse amenities impossible. Unsafe and hazardous playground. Pit bulls running loose frequently. Work orders are NEVER fulfilled and when you remind them daily they retaliate against you. Paint chipping and graffiti in walkways welcome you as enter your breezeway. The new management company will have this place slum worthy in 6 more months to a year. I will NOT be renewing my lease.

    Well I have lived here for about 1 1/2 and I don't even know why the heck I re signed my lease I can't wait for it to be over. First of all it is very noisy with people and there getto --- basses all day long and sometimes at night, there r starting to be roches every where and the office won't do anything about it its nasty!!!! The people in the office are very rude and you have to pay for ur paper in the office to print which is dumb its suppose to be for the people renting, you also have to rent the club house for events or birthday party's witch is also dumb, I would think you can get it free if you live here as long as you give a notice. There is no maintnace after hours if you need them and the pool area sucks no shade what so ever and one picnic table with no shade. The gates r never closed so really need for a code to get in, and there is no parking so you have to pay for covered parking......... its cheap but so not worth living here it sucks can't wait to move

      I liked playground

        Do Not Rent Here! They steal money.

        We lived at Alemeda Villas from June 2009 to June 2011. At first is was wonderful, but that lasted about 6 months into our lease. During our 2 years at Alemeda, there was a management change, and since then, management would never return phone calls, and if you spoke with different people in the office, they would tell you 2 different policies, regarding the same question. We tried to use the club house for a family birthday party and a business event, and were told we could use the room. When the event's day came, on one occasion, we were told that a 100 refundable deposit was needed to hold the room, and we needed to have paid it when we reserved it, and we couldn't use the room because it was already booked. My event was held outside and I observed no one coming or going from the club house that day. Then after my daughter was born June 2010 just after signing the lease for our 2nd year, we were told that we couldn't upgrade to a 4 bedroom, but a few weeks after that, our neighbors across the breezeway were told they could upgrade. On top of a poor renter-manager relationship, for the first year there was a courtesy officer, and he was able to be gotten a hold of when there were any issues. The last year we were there, every time there was an issue, we called the courtesy officer's extension, and there was always a message saying I'm sorry there is no courtesy officer, and to call our local police dept. However, when we got our monthly calendars, there was a name of an officer listed. During our 2nd year we had an issue with what they called "black mildew", no they did not test it to see if it was mold, Growing out of our air vents, the maintenance's fix was to spray them with some chemical and spray paint them. Other work orders were not gotten to in a timely manor. Also, one of our cars were vandalized twice. And now, that we are almost 30 days after move out, our deposit refund that we are supposed to get back has not been sent yet. After being told 2 weeks ago that it takes up to 30 days to get it back. After calling several times since move out, and no calls being returned, I'm fed up with their shinanagans and if my deposit is not returned before June 30, I will be going to the local news and revealing thier bad business practices to the metroplex.

          not a good place to live. these apartments are nice but the people that live here are ------,loud,and rude. its hard to park close to your apt because there are visitors(and alot of them) taking up the parking spaces. they use to have a towing company assigned here but thats been over a year ago. my car has been broken into, the neighbors apt has been broken into, my sister lived here also and she had a guy jump onto her balcony(the 2nd floor) and was knocking...wtf!we have had a dirt bike stolen..oh ya and you cant put anything on your balcony thats nice because someone will take it.. no matter what floor your on. its pathetic. sure.. go ahead and complain to the office.. their answer is "we cant do anything we dont have cameras in the back " well they have cameras at the front gate to protect their office.. why cant they put some in the back to protect our property.. not EVERYONE living here is on housing some people WORK and work hard to buy what they have. anyways, my water bill is always rediculous high.. its not unexpected considering the fact that you pay the water throught them.. this place sucks and is a rip off..my upstairs neighbors are loud as hell and dont stop till like 5 am.. and are at it again at like 9am..my hallway lights work maybe 3 times a week and when that off all the lights around the building are off..i feel scared walkin from the car to my apartment since i work nights. find something better!

            Dress Code Question

            I have often wondered why a young woman feels they have to show their breasts. My husband and I recently went in to look at an apartment and the ladies that greeted us were, in my oppinion dressed inappropriet. Can you say clivage (-----) showing my husband liked it but because of it I refuse to live there.

              50%bad 50% good

              When you first arrive to these apartments they look really nice and they are inside and appear nice outside. Take a closer look and there is trash everywhere and kids ranging from ages 2 to 10 running around unattended for hours even when it's cold and raining. The private gate use to work but now it is always open. The management Rachel is very sweet she tries her hardest to make you feel comfortable, but they let anyone move into these apartments they will make you feel like it is difficult but come on my friend here her neighbor you can hear him beating her through the wall and then she screams for hours at a time in pain. They smoke weed on the balcony and you can smell it from a mile away. The swat team was here just a couple of weeks ago busting a drug dealer! Haha it is a joke but the inside is nice so if you dont mind all the ------ people who are ruining everything then you will love it here!!

                    Pretty Nice

                    The inside of the apartment is amaziling nice the outside as well ! There are a lot of loud neighbors and children wondering around all the time with no parents Im talking like 10 and under age all over. Alot of parents just let them roam in and out of the complex and parents are no where to be found! Other than that it's a nice place wherever you live you are going to have irresponsible parents but the rent is very reasonable for the great apt you get I would def recommend people. Managers are so sweet Rachel and Leanne are great expecially Rachel awesome person!

                      not so bad

                      These apartments are great for the price.. 4 bedrooms for 685 is CHEAP i would say. The reviews are right about Leanne being a royal ----- and having to pay $17 a month for parking because my car isn't in my name is annoying, but overall its a decent place to live if you're on a budget. Officer lives here and is suppose to be available 24/7 i dont know, never had to call him. I work at a bar and come home late many nights and have never witnessed any violence/drugs like the previous reviewers mentioned. You won't get anything better for the price, maintenance is prompt, just avoid leanne if you can!

                        Look else where

                        The apartments are really nice themselves. But the office staff comes and goes like a rotating door. Everytime you go in there its a new face to deal with. The manager is horrible and tries to nickle and dime you any way she can. She is incrediably rude, and likes to make up her own rules, she is on serious power trip. Its no wonder why the rest of the staff always quits or gets fired, and they are always the ones who are nice or willing to help you, that is till you get to the Manager LeAnn. Dont do anything wrong there, she will be ready to stick an iviction notice on your door or fine for something you have no clue about. Or once you move, 3 months later telling you, you owe them an outragous amount of money, for your apartment even after she cleared you for inspection. She needs to be fired!!! The assistent manager is so GREAT!!! Maybe people would stick around in those apartments if LeAnn got fired, but everyone I have known cant wait to get out of there, because of her!! BEWARE!!!

                            Good place

                            I lived at Alemeda until my lease was up, I would still be there if my job didnt force me to transfer.Rachel is the best thing going for the office staff. She stayed with me after the office closed to help me with my paperwork, she was pleasant and helpful. She has always been nice when I was in the office and made me feel welcome. The maintenance has always completed my repairs on time and cleaned up afterwards.The grounds look O K until the kids get out of school. I would lease there again if I moved back to the area.

                              Enjoying It Hear

                              I have lived here for several months now. They have wonderful apartments at reasonable prices. The management staff is always willing to help with any problems that may occur. Also, they have officers on duty twenty four seven. I feel very secure here I live by myself and that is a very important aspect of where I choose to live.

                                Warning! Look further!

                                This place royally stinks! They will jack up their prices and get money from you any way they can. My vehicle is registered in my mom's name and I had to pay $17 a month to park in one of their carports instead of a regular parking spot because your car has to be registered in the apartment owner's name to park it there. Stupid! AND people were ALWAYS parking in my assigned carport spot when they'd have parties (which is often) or when the weather got bad and I'd be stuck trying to find a place to park. AND they were ALWAYS between towing companies,so I could never get the people towed from my spot. They do inspections ALL the time! AND your apartment has to look like it did when you first moved in when they do the inspections or you'll get fined. Absolutely no toys are allowed on the floor! They must be in a toybox. How ridiculous is that? I lived there a year and a half and they completely changed office people within that short period of time. The original staff was much nicer! Alemeda Villas is turning into a high priced project housing! Kids are constantly running around unattended and they don't get out of the way of your vehicle when you're driving. There's always a car or two getting broken into. I found drugs outside my apartment once, well unfortunatley my 7 year old did. The people who live there don't care about their own stuff,let alone yours! My son's skateboard was stolen twice from our back patio! It's not safe and it's getting more and more run down everyday. And now they're blackmailing me into giving them more money just so they'll release my info to my mortgage company!!!They want $485 before they'll release my info and they rented out my apartment before the 30 days was up on my lease agreement!I gave notice till the 15th and they rented the apt. out before then! This can't be legal! I hate these people and this stupid complex!I told them the day I moved in that my ice maker didn't work and they NEVER fixed it! And when my neighbor had a prty and my kitchen light fixture fell and broke, I told them about it and they NEVER fixed it, but always asked me about it at every inspection. If you keep your apartment in "model home" condition and your car's registered to you and you have no kids or pets and are deaf and have nothing of value and are use to living in the projects then this is your dream home!AND if you have a pet,it better never get over 15 lbs. full grown.

                                  Hope you like Roaches!!

                                  If you are looking to move into an already leased apartment to thousands of roaches all ages this is the place for you. I have lived here since August and still have an ongoing roach infestation. Dont worry the staff will sooth you with a its being treated and we are on it. After six months of constant complaint i said the big terminate my lease phrase and they are trying thier hardest to keep me here til the end. They haven't done anything agressive til now, but they wont get rid of them it is too infested and i will not be finishing out my lease. DON"T MOVE HERE.

                                    Awesome place to live

                                    I have lived here for a year. A 3 bdrm apt is only $700 a month. The management staff in the office is great. They are all knowledgeable and helpful at any time. I never see trash around the property. The worst time for trash are when people move out and just throw stuff around the dumpster. The maintenance team they have keeps it cleaned up daily. They have lots of activites for the residents and offer lots of help to the families around the holidays. I don't know where else you can live that at Christmas time helps provide gifts for children that are less fortunate. They have a Christian atmosphere in the office. I have never seen the police out here except patroling. You can always go to your local police department and see what kind of calls get ran. I know Consellation Ranch down the road just recently had 30 cars broken into. They are high end apartments. That tells me crime knows no address. It's a wonderful place to live and highly recommend it.

                                      I loveed it!!!

                                      I'm not sure whats going on there now, but when I was there I didn't have any problems other than the crickets. I was on the third floor and would sit on my balconey all the time.when I did have maintenance problems they were fixed right away. I moved there after katrina and the staff was very friendly and supplied and donated alot of things.

                                        Still Living here!

                                        I have been living here for more then a year. I am still loving it. I have realized that you get your normal apartment stuff, like noise, trash on grounds, maintenance, and other misc things. Any apartments that you move into are going to be like that. Weather you go to a Expensive property or even a Lower Class property. The staff here is great they have have the same Manager and Ast. Manager for over a year now. I will continue to live here until I move into a house.

                                          Keep driving

                                          My boyfriend and I had been looking for a apartment for weeks and found the "dream" apartment with such a pretty price. I asked a few friends if they had heard of the place and they said oooo yes. They also said DONT move there. Come to find out my friend lived there once and witnessed a shooting in the parking lot while taking out the trash. We never called the place back.

                                            Hands down one of the best apartments in west Ft. Worth

                                            I'm not sure where people are coming up with all these accusations about it being unsafe, loud, trashy, etc... I mean come on, you're living in Section 8 housing, what do you seriously expect? I lived there for a year and have yet to find another apartment that comes close to the value. I was on the back row facing the school district and rarely heard a peep out of my neighbors. Plain and simple, the place is safe. It is kept very clean and the only trash you see is by the dumpsters. The management is very friendly if you are to them (it is ran by 4-5 girls ages 25-35). The maintence crew is a little amateur, but they're new apartments so you shouldn't have any problems. Pests were never an issue because they spray twice a year. There are lots of planned activities mainly around holidays for the kids. <br><br>The only downside to the area is that the apartments are neighbors to a low income community. Other than that you are .5 miles from the highway and grocery store/gas/fast food & it is far enough to be peacefully quiet. <br><br>Don't hesitate to move in these apartments, if I wasn't 99% satisfied with my stay at these apartments I wouldn't bother taking the time to write this.

                                              Alemeda Water Park

                                              My experience living at these apartments was so bad that I don't have enough room on this website to describe it. The manager is so young that she couldn't possibly be old enough to have her own apartment much less the experience and knowledge to even work/manage any apartment complex. I just found out about this site or I would have warned all of you earlier. One week after I moved in my 1st floor apartment was flooded by the 3rd floor apartment. It took 4 weeks for my carpet to dry and for the manager to even inspect the damages. The flood was reported the day it happened and the damages were never completely repaired. I had black mold on my walls and baseboards until I moved out. I wrote a letter to the owners explaining the problems & expressed my opinion that the manager was either too young to know what she was doing or either just didn't care. I do agree about the reference to the bull out front so be ready for the BS inside.

                                                Bunch of whinners

                                                Everyone complaining should get a house if they are so unhappy. I have been here a year and have had no problems at all, of course I have a man that can fix the little problems you guys are complaining about. These apartments are new so there really shouldnt be any huge maintenance problems. Yes, there is trash on the property, but if it bothers you that much, then pick it up. <br>The office staff has always helped me with anything I need, maybe because I pay my rent on time and do not complain about everything!!! You live in an apartment complex, so you are deffinetly going to hear noises. The staff cannot patrol the complex 24/7 nor can they send lease violations to everyone that is too loud for you!!! STOP COMPLAINING AND WHINNING ABOUT STUFF THE STAFF HAS LITTLE CONTROL OVER!!!

                                                  Take Pics Before U Move Out

                                                  Well the rent is cheap, but you'll end up paying for it when you move out. We were charged $1,000 for them "having to" replace the carpet. We were charged for not turning in our garage remote or keys, which I handed directly to the manager. Other misc. charges were included as well. <br>We did not even have a phone line in our brand new apartment. No one ever came out to repair it, despite our many requests the whole year we lived there. It took forever to get anything repaired, that's if it ever got done. Unless you pay for carport parking, you'll be walking a ways to your apartment. Very limited parking spaces and unlit walkways.
