Knowledgeable and friendly staff

I called in inquiring about units in the area. I reached out to this location to inquire about a 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment and spoke with Kyndra. Kyndra was very knowledgeable on the property and provided me with all the information I needed for available units. She answered all my questions and offered to set up a tour. Since we live out of town we are not able to tour but she made sure I had everything I needed. The property and amenities were great! I recommend speaking Kyndra if you are wanting to rent here. It was a very seamless experience.

I have loved living here

I have been living here for 3 years now. Peaceful. Managing office is always prompt to any situation. Always helpful and courteous. They even check on you after to see if everything is okay,which is a big plus in my book. Very Patient also. Overall I love it here.

She took the time to walk me through everything and gave me confidence in my decision to move in. Since moving in, I’ve had no issues. The community is well-kept, the amenities are great, and everything has been just as expected—if not better. I feel secure and comfortable living here, and I’m happy I chose The Savoy. New Management

Since the transition to the new property management team, I have noticed a significant improvement in both communication and overall property upkeep. The team has been proactive, transparent, and very responsive to resident concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, common areas are noticeably cleaner and better maintained, and they've introduced helpful updates that enhance our living experience, such as improved security measures and clearer community guidelines. It's clear that the new management is focused on creating a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all residents. Their attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction have been refreshing, and I truly appreciate the positive changes they've implemented in such a short time. Overall, I feel more confident and satisfied knowing that the property is in capable hands.

Kind and welcoming, like I was already home!

I felt very welcomed at the Savoy. Both ladies, Breeza and Kendra made us feel very welcomed. Very down to earth and felt like they really cared about our wellbeing. Kendra took us around the grounds and showed us everything, also letting us know what was to come! She appears to really love her job!!

I have been here at the Savoy since February 2019. Kyndra is so professional, funny, sweet and just has a great attitude each and every time I see her. I love the upgrade on the apartments and they are still not done.

Best experience!

I loved the pool and the gym is going to be fantastic! You will want to cancel your gym membership from what Kyndra described what the final equipment and layout is going to be. And the outdoor areas are perfect for a small gathering for a picnic or bbq.

Absolutely lovely experience love the young lady at the leasing office.

I have a lovely renovated unit that’s very affordable. The dumpsters on the property are never over flowing and messy. Maintenance does a great job with correcting issues in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and the entire staff is just amazing.

Good Energy Matters!!!

First off, if you have any issues with Sandra and Kendra and the newest maintenance guys, you're probably an individual who is never satisfied and has expectations of getting your way. These individuals go above and beyond for cooperative tenants as myself. They are prompt on orders and concerns. As well, they upgrade all over, and that's excellent for my 4-legged boy. The apartments are really nice & kept free of trash. Definitely a reasonable price for how spacious the units are and all the amenities that come with. Not to mention the staff is really friendly and super helpful. Make sure to ask for Kyndra. She was great at answering all my questions & extremely helpful overall.

I’ve been at the savoy for around 2 years now and it’s drastically changed from the last owndership, now it is finally getting the attention that it deserves , the property is so beautiful now and it very well taken care of by the maintenance , Michael and Andre, are very nice and are very good workers, always showing up on time and getting done what was needed, management is great as well with good communication and the new assistant manager is great as well, Kendra. This property has changed for the better and I encourage people to move in here!

I’m happy living here

Michael has been outstanding ever since I’ve seen him around at the savoy. He is always busy and has good customer service and always gets it done pretty quick. Especially throughout summer he came and finished my work orders the same day. Ever since they’ve taken over I’ve been satisfied with the great maintenance and management.
