I enjoy staying in Prairie Ranch. I've been here since 2022 and have zero complaints. Management and staff are always helpful and kind. I would recommend Prairie Ranch to anyone. I love Ms. Tresa and Ms. Tamika. Thank you for making our community great.

Clean, quiet, needs up grades bath and appliance. Patio screens broken. Front office very nice, professional. Dog poop is a problem. The community is very involved. They have a lot of programs for families.

This is a nice community to live in. It's quiet and in a convenient location. It's close to shops and the schools my kids go to. The maintenance staff is really nice and fix things in a timely manner. The office staff has always been very nice to me and my kids.

The manager is the best and all of the office workers are very helpful. It's a very safe place for families with kids and pets. I do not regret living here. It's a retail neighborhood nice restaurant's in the area walking distance

Tressa, the managing director is awesome and she knows her onions per residential management, she's very charitable, can be a social butterfly, very good at conflict management. I have been out of work for years but struggled paying rent for one month but she worked w/ me and glad we got that resolved! Anything they can do better?? Yup, they need to install surveillance cameras around the gated community to deter vehicle vandalization as myself and one resident I know in particular were a victim last month!

This is a very nice community. I love the accessibility to the surroundings businesses. I can meet the needs of my family, from shopping, to buying groceries, as well as finding restaurants and entertainment. There is easy access to the interstate, but without a lot of hustle and bustle. I'm big on location and not having to drive long distances to find fun things to do. The complex is clean and well kept, and It's pet friendly as well.

Excellent I luv luv luv it quite ? clean grounds no loud noise I luv it.Managment and the entire leasing staff leasing r great and willing 2 assist when possible work orders are done in a timely manner it's a great place to call home oh did I mention 0 crime rate so come on people call this home

It feels like home to me I feel safe and welcoming. My grandchildren went to West elementary school which is walking distance than Barnett Jr high school and graduated from Bowie high school all that was a plus.

This place was a very pleasant and a peaceful community to reside in at some point. The landscape was beautiful and well kept. We at one time cared about the place, but now the dog poop stitch is disgusting. My neighbors will not use a poop bag . I seen 3 pet owners with bags. This is the responsibilities of the TENANTS, not the office personnel.

Love it here

Been here since 2018, never had a problem. The staff is reliable, the ladies in the office know me and my kids and are always happy to see us when we walk in. Love this place! I would recommend it to anyone.

Been living here for 5 years everything is great but the rent keep going up every year. I've had no issues with neighbors it's a gated community there's a swimming pool. Ms Tresse is very resourceful.

Nice community the property managers are polite and helpful. Maintenance fixes problems promptly.The landscaping is kept up regularly however the stairway and breezeways are very dirty with bubblegum and food/drink stains along the floor,,dirty walls, bird and hornets nest, spiderwebs and lights that are out.

I love the apartment and the community. The area is nice. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. Office staff are really nice. The only complaint I have is the neighbors upstairs are very disrespectful and makes a lot of disturbing noises causing things of value to fall off my wall and break I'm not allowed to approach the neighbor so I have to deal with the disrespect and I don't feel as if I should.

All in all Prairie Ranch has been a pleasant place to live so far. It's relatively quiet and is surrounded by many stores and restaurants. The management staff is good with the exception of the one older woman who has a really nasty attitude. Other than that everyone else has been very nice. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.

I love it here,except the dogs people let their dogs mess anyway and don't pick it up and get mad when you say something to them about it,is anyway that I could set my garbage out side my door and someone pick it up once a week and put it in the garbage I can't, I walk with a walker or cane Thank You

Love it been here 12 years

Pool wash area gym good maintenance, no violence clean environment and no roaches covered parking, garage or covered parking, always doing something for the kids, after school activities, they feed them as well

I absolutely love these apartments! They treat us well?? very quiet and good residents. They also do great activities for the kids a well. I highly recommend living here. The staff treats everyone the same. Also maintenance here is extremely awesome ??

Great, nothing else to say other than towing not Inforced, other than late at night. During the day not in sight. Security gate isn't working so anyone can come in. People park where they shouldn't and nothing is done about it

My experience has been great! I've enjoyed living here, never an issue. I would like if the walkways are power washed. They are so gross, I don't even invite people over because grounds look so dirty and unkept. It looks like the projects or the ------.

Excellent community, pool and gym spot are well maintained, gym equipment are in good condition, landscape is pretty and well maintained. The only negative about the property are the tenants, they throw trash all over the place

I have been living here for the past 9 years going on 10 years it has really been nice and quiet up until now too many young folks is moving in the crime rate is going up sky high Shooting and fighting hot Now and I shouldn't have to be afraid of coming home I'm can't find to park Space anymore is always crowded have to park a long ways from my appointment It has always been nice and quiet clean but not anymoreMis tressa is a very good manager Thank you
