Always doing projects and giving minimal notice. Always fixing the appearance of the buildings on the outside and keeping the office and grounds clean but the gate is broken any time it rains, my tail lights were stolen due to this. Very quick maintenance response time.

Most of the time it has been a good experience. The staff is helpful and polite. Most residents are thoughtful of others. I like that the property has some trees and shade and the grounds are kept nice.

The staff are great but the manager is a different story , I had an accident in the community and I asked the manager for their contractor insurance information because I have medical bills and she withheld the information which is illegal and now I'm suing them and maybe I'll sue her personally

Place has a problem with people having tires stolen from their vehicles. Apartment complex refuses to install cameras to make the community safer. Gates are always broken, allowing anyone to enter the community.

I love the staff and maintenence crew. Very welcoming, professional and addresses all needs to make sure all residents matter. Very quiet and family friendly. Fur baby friendly as well. I moved here at the end of April, and I love the location, and cannot stress the quietness. Very peaceful community and my neighbors are really cool.

Apartment itself is good value for your money. Good amenities and close access to highways. Property is always clean and well maintained with fast response times. Biggest issues are weed smoking in apartments, (smell enters your own apartment and won't leave), and thefts. Cars have been broken into and wheels are regularly getting stolen, mine included. Apartment needs to invest in security cameras outside of each building.

Beautiful community. My daughter lived here before and she loved the experience so we decided to take a chance. Staff was super polite and attentive. My children love the people and the pool area. Everyone is so nice.

It's been great living here! The apt community and the area is close to everything I want to go to. Friendly staff and maintenance is always on top of it. Whenever you put in a request it gets done fast.

Their maintenance service men are great, very fast and knowledgeable. The office personnel are awesome and friendly. The property grounds are kept clean. No pest control problem. The only problem we have is that we have some rowdy upstairs neighbors.

It is a decent community with moderate noise levels. The buildings and grounds are older and do require additional maintenance. The siding on the North side of building 10 at the peak is loose and was not addressed by the subcontractor. The concrete decking and stairs are disgusting. Stains and filth abound. It is embarrassing for my guests to see how poor the appearance is of the building and the concrete. The roofing is bad shape on many of the buildings. You cannot expect for people to pay top dollar rent when the condition of the complex is poor. If you don't show you care, neither will your tenants. You do not keep the gates in an operating condition. The trash bins are overflowing. Trash everywhere.

Amazing staff

My tamily and I moved here trom out of state and Rubi and Kortney have been the greatest support for a smooth transition and they answered all our questions. The location is perfect, everything you may need is close by including great schools. The maintenance team are very responsive as well for any questions they made sure we have everything we need! I'm thrilled to be here to grow my family. I super recommend these apartments!

I moved to this community in July 2021. I like the small size of the community, the secluded location, and quiet neighborhood. Nearby are a variety of grocery stores and restaurants, post office, malls, pharmacies, banks and gas stations. The location is close to main highways to get through the city, and to get to and from neighboring cities such as Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Galveston. I am a happy resident at MAA.

When everything started we had some issues being promised updated appliances and a layout that was just like the model. Once moved in nothing was like the model. I still have a door that looks old and beat up but the appliances were replaced. Our clothes were bleached by the washer twice, and then it was replaced. The master tub after a couple showers has peeled like it was just just painted over. The closet doors in both secondary rooms keep falling off, on one occasion it fell on one of my children. The walls seem very thin, when hearing a car on the street it feels like a window is open. In addition to this the requirement to get a certain Internet with cable wasn't a good feeling, especially with us never wanting or having cable, only Internet. I will say there has been attempts to fix the issues however these apartments in comparison with others at the same money point are not similar. These apartments do not measure up to what has to be paid per month.

I have enjoyed living here very much. When there is a maintenance issue it's taken care of immediately. The upkeep of the grounds are immaculate. I'm proud to bring guests here. The management is very helpful and accommodating. I do have 3 recommendations for improvement. 1. Due to the times in which we live we need a security patrol at night. 2. Sometimes on weekends at the pool a lot of outside people come and swim because no one is monitoring. I wish someone could do this, even on Sundays. 3. I liked the old exercise equipment better than the new for the weight lifting purposes. The old resistance machines you had for weight lifting were wonderful. I miss them. Otherwise, it is wonderful living here, the reason I have stayed so long.

Not bad at all quiet area. A lot of dog poop that doesn't get picked up.The robbery on tire parts etc. does not sit well with me at all. The rent prices are too high in my opinion. I understand inflation, but I've been loyal and my rent price continues to go up. Would like better security no cameras not even a security guy at night time. I'm paying 2000 in rent at least keep the gate working as much as possible. Night time maintenance is non-existent for emergencies, the guy always tells me he isn't qualified for the issues that I'm having.

The internet-cable included in the rent is something we didn't like. The 1st floor unavailability on the date we wanted was another issue. The community appearance looked very old. Rent was expensive compared to others of same type.

MAA Woodwind is a clean and quiet complex. Gates work, no pest issues, nice pool, management so far is great. Units are spacious. Electric stoves, washing and drying machines are installed already. Pet friendly.

Associate was friendly but made a huge error in somehow looking up my ex's contact information in some database you all use and sent them information notifying I was possibly moving here. How they got their email and contact info is unknown to me as I was the only one who toured the apartment and I did even provide my email address let alone my ex partner. This felt extremely invasive.

Horrible and low budget repairs are being done but these are consider luxury and takes over a month to complete simple task and does not clean up after themselves and claim their doing their best. Reviews at this compex keep getting lower and they wonder why.

Great customer service and knowledgeable about the apartment community. It was a peasant experience and if the apartment wasn't fully carpeted I would have rented at this community. I didn't care about the parking situation either.
