I REALIZE it's BEST to wait a FEW to write the "REAL" REVIEW!!!!

I had to recant my original five-star review because now I know what I never knew I've been here for a few so I'm no longer new Things are not what it seems Stuff going on behind the scenes Some in plain sight like the 24/7 "Dusk to Dawn" LIGHT that are supposed to be on "ONLY" at night!! and it's connected to the tenants' electricity bill but we can't turn them off at will??!! There's so much more that we've put in work orders for but excuse after excuse which makes it of no use!! I won't go into details I'll just say it's like "pulling teeth and nails"!!!!

Best Apartments!

Overall the complex is beautiful, rent isn’t too high and just an overall good place to stay. It is very quiet here you don’t have people bothering you or lying on you everybody minds their own business. The staff here is wonderful I love Ruth she is so sweet and helpful.

UPDATE: March 2021: Finally moved-out, but they unlawfully deduct $65 out of my deposit for "carpet cleaning" even though we vacuumed it 3 times before move out and have pictures of the perfectly clean carpet. UPDATE: Jan 2021. No hot water for the second day. Pros: The only good thing about the place is the price, which will go up each year you stay at 13503 Northborough Dr. Cons: 1. The complex is infested with roaches and mice. Pets control is not adequate - usually, the maintenance stuff spray something in your apartment if you're complaining, but other tenants seem like welcoming roaches with food trash. 2. Pool was never open in the last two years. 3. Security gate is broken. Walk-in gates from sidewalks have no locks. 4. Recently, a car hit the fence, so now it's wide open for the local community of weed-smoking people on the corner.

It's alright. The place it's not too expensive. And safe environment. Close to almost everything. 10 minutes away from airport. It has a nice pool for the kids. And the wonderful weather of Houston. With lots of green area.

I have lived at our 6 different places in my young adult life and this is by far one of the best. My apartment is a convient distance from my work and the staff has provided stellar service which is way more than could be said about other apartment complexes.

First off ------- assistant(----) is rude as all get out she is very disrespectful. The roaches here are just freaking out of hand just ridiculous. Maintenance NEVER come to fix anything and they always lie n say they do. Don't get me wrong ------- is a great&kind man but this isnt just the place you would wanna call home.

this place is legit, the only place in this area where I actually feel safe. the security is pretty on point and the office people know their jobs pretty good. the place looks better than the other apartments near us and it has less problems. police like never show up here, never have issues with people breaking the law and stuff.

I moved here in August and I didn't really like it at first and then I found out a new management company took over and ever since they did this place has gotten a whole lot better! They have put around the clock security and they FINALLY closed the front gate. I feel much better coming home at night, and honestly these are the best looking apartments on Northborough. I think the staff are pretty nice and whenever I have called to get something fixed the maintenance do not take long... I like living here so far and if it changes I will definitely update my review.

These apartments are very crappy. They are unorganized and They do not know how to manage. They can not control the unwanted drug dealers around here. The gate is always open or broke. The switched owners and the new managers and workers or so rude and unprofessional. They will try to evict for any reason, if you question them about what they are doing they will kick you out.They blame all the thug activity on the wrong people. There is a big --- bee hive by my apartment that they will not get rid of and my bd was stung the other day.

Worst apartments ever! Very Unorganized, maintenance orders take forever because the apartments are old and falling apart. Girls in the front are new and don't know what they're doing. Gates are always broke or out of order. Been having leaking problems since I moved in, last maintenance didn't do crap but spray a sealant. This maintenance guy cut a hole in my ceiling and it's been there for a WEEK! Don't move here people you have been warned!

THEY HAVE INSTALLED LIGHTS IN THE COMPLEX (ON THE PATIOS AND PORCHES) THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO BE ENERGY EFFICIENT BUT YOU YOURSELF CAN NOT CONTROL THEM! SO THEY COME ON AND OFF WHEN THEY PLEASE MEANWHILE YOU PAY THE BILL! AS OF NOW THEY DON'T SEND OUT YOUR RENT OR WATER BILL SO YOU'RE LEFT GUESSING WHAT YOU PAY! BUT YOU RECEIVE A BILL FROM THE OLD COMPANY THAT THE APARTMENTS USE TO WORK THROUGH AND YOU'RE MAGICALLY SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT THAT BILL IS INCORRECT AND YOU SHOULD CALL THEM TO ASK FOR HOW MUCH YOU OWE. THEY ALSO A ROACH PROBLEM! THEY ADD A FEE TO YOUR BILL EVERY MONTH FOR "PEST CONTROL" (THAT DOES NOT WORK). AND ON TOP OF THIS THEY EXPECT YOU TO CALL EVERY WEEK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE PEST CONTROL TO COME AND WHETHER YOU CALL OR NOT THEY STILL ADD A FEE TO YOUR BILL. BUT YOU HAVE TO CALL TO GET ON THE LIST!! WHY?!?! THEY ARE HIGHLY IRRITATING!! AND I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I AM A VERY PROFESSIONAL PERSON, EVEN THOUGH IT'S CHEAP IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! THE MAINTENANCE ON THE OTHER HAND IS A VERY FRIENDLY GUY AND DOES WELL. THEY ARE ALSO PET FRIENDLY WHICH IS A PLUS BUT DEALING WITH THEM MAKES ALL THE GOOD NOT SO WORTH IT! I do not recommend these apartments. The new management is worse then the one before. The gate is always open. Gun shoots can be heard day or night. The office and mantaince don't know what they are doing and don't want to do their job. They don't notify the residents about changes. Even the low price isn't worth the apartment you would get.

Whomever stated run Forrest run was totally correct. I've heard gunshots it's like an on going party it has attracted the new name " club Siena Courtyard" there are drug dealers on the property consistently a lot of things that has been asked to be fixed has not been fixed. We pay for security that seems to be friends with the drug dealers. they say that we have a curfew at 10:00 pm loud music play consistently through the night. I was very deceived because when I first moved here it seems that these apartments were the best on this block .. the gates are always open the people that are here selling these drugs are the people that don't even live here. they have trespassing signs all over the place.. But to no avail. If you come home you have to wait for the transactions of the drug deal to finish before you can pass. A numours amount of fight or arguing and drunken or high people walking around stumbling .....cars pulling in and out alnight and when the cops are called all the cars leaving are the ones comitting the crimes. Now they sit in there cars and sell. They have lookouts for the cops. They have absolutely no control over this complex. Some of the residents have ppl staying with them that contribute to the criminal activities...I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE...SO AGAIN RUN FOREST RUN ..........

Since my family and I moved to this apartments, we absolutely love our apartment, it has turned into our home. The only thing we totally dislike is the fact that the neighborhood is very dangerous. Besides the neighborhood, the staff delivers great service and when you have a problem in your apartment, they fix it right away.

Been living here for a couple of months. I have heard gunshots around the area in 2 ocassions. Tenants are very loud at night. Couples arguing and screaming at 2 am, people partying loud on their front porch very late at night. People do not pick up dog poop. There is dog poop everywhere in the grass. The front gate is always open and also the gate in the back. Not safe at all. Greenspoint is not a very safe area. Admin needs to fix gate issue asap. The apts specs show Controlled Acces and that is not true. This place does not feel like a safety place at all. Waiting for the lease to end to run out of here!!!! Not recommended

Greens Point is not River Oaks and Siena Courtyard is not Holiday Inn.Sentiments exact,shots around area is still not on the property.And this would be a great medium to address those nasty tenants.(Tell them whenever you occupy any property pick up after yourselves and dumn animal)Infact some the tenants are so nasty why are they caring for animals?SMH. The property is a good size. We all live here,and if they are not aware of your neighbor dog ---- then y hold them accountable.My crystal ball tells me that the no leasing office sits and wait for the tenants dogs to take a ----, then clean it up. Call me the big mouth tenant if u may.But If I see,smell or think theirs some ---- on the grass im getting the office,bad --- kids running wild with no supervision,who grow up and become Apt nuisances, i get the office again. Water not running,roaches,rats,even a damn lion in my apartment im getting the office to come catch that lion because i am paying my rent. If I hear shots firing,people fighting, loud music,drugs selling im calling the police.Because i am responsible for my safety as well as others when possible. Siena is not the Holiday Inn, we all live here. care for the property until you leave. The same way you would want some one to treat your property, If and when God blesses you and you become a property owner. We are a community,and where ever you move, u become that community also. Dont turn a blind eye to the nuisances that is running down properties like the loud music and the list goes on. Because they might move next to u again "FOREST" then what are you going to do? "RUN". The Police arnt the best witness 10/10 times they come after the crime. People sit watch the crime, dont get the Police involve then when it hit homes thats when they start asking questions. Be your brothers keeper. Give to Ceasar what is due to Ceasar and put bad apples/Apt nuisances where they belong in the trash.Siena is a for some one on a budget. People live here trying to save to move to River Oaks but until then lets live in love.I detest Apt nuisances and the demon that is riding them. They are not held accountable and so they live to roam another day. Im done.

RUN FOREST!!! RUN!!!!! With that being said please don't even look twice. I have lived here for four years they are Roach infested they don't fix anything they have some of the biggest drug dealers on the property the staff is rude especially yalonda oh and did I mention she (yalonda) was the same office lady who got caught stealing money and why she was in the process if stealing everybody rent and water bills were going up some of the neighbor's from new Orleans have been stay here on housing for 8 years plus are very messy stay clear of them they team up and call the office on u if they don't like you all of them are drug heads the apartment is falling apart my stove don't work my bathroom tub has been broke for two months and people stay getting killed in these apartments I have broke my lease I just can't take it anymore please people take my advice and avoid these apts

DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED! ROACHES EVERYWHERE, IN MY MICROWAVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER, CABINETS, BATHROOM, LIVING ROOM, BEDROOM, YOU NAME IT THEY ARE THERE. OH HOW COULD I FORGET ABOUT THE LIZARDS. YOU WILL NEVER BE LONELY HERE. THE APARTMENT ISN'T EVEN CLOSED TO THE OUTSIDE. BASE BOARDS MISSING. THERE IS NO WHERE FOR THE RESIDENTS TO PARK, BUT MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE AND THEY HAVE HIRED A TOWING COMPANY TO TOW CARS, NO WARNINGS. WHY CAN'T I PARK WHERE I LIVE. LOUD MUSIC PLAYING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, PEOPLE ARGUING AND FIGHTING, AND EVEN SHOOTING AT ONE ANOTHER. THIS PLACE IS A WRECK. THERE SEEMS TO NEVER BE ANY HOT WATER. WHEN YOU DO GET TO SHOWER THE SINKS BECOME STOPPED UP. LUCKY IT DOESN'T GET AS COLD HERE AS IT DOES UP NORTH BECAUSE MY HEATER NEVER WORKS. BETTER INVEST IN SOME HEAVY BLANKETS. I WILL BE SO HAPPY WHEN MY LEASE IS UP. I CHOSE THIS PLACE BECAUSE I WAS IN A RUSH AND A COLLEGE STUDENT. THEY MAY LOOK APPEALING ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT I BET IF YOU ASK TO SEE AN APARTMENT THEY WILL NOT HAVE ONE AVAILABLE AND THAT'S WHEN YOU WALK AWAY AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS ELSEWHERE. Run while you can! It started off nice, quiet, and enjoyable.......clearly things change. Neighbors are always outside late at night or early in the morning(we're talking between 11pm and 6am) fussing on their phones, with each other, or cursing out their kids and dogs. The office staff seem VERY unconcerned about everything until it's rent time. There are ROACHES everywhere! No CONSISTENT visible security. With the recent shootings, theft, and killings in the area, I don't feel safe at all. Oh and let's not get on the Maintenance who takes forever to fix an issue if they ever do. Don't ever call the emergency line. There's no point. They'll either (1) not return your call, (2) tell you that they won't drive back to that side of town after 6pm, or (3)show up and tell you they have to fix whatever it is the next day and you'll end up calling the office several times to remind them to do what they said. They do a rush job to prep an apartment to move someone in. I can't wait to get out of here. The worst apartment experience I've ever had.
