The noise problem would have been lessened if the builder had insulated the casitas better. The common wall between the one bedroom duplexes seems to have no sound proofing whatsoever. The small yards of the casitas receive no attention and are mostly dead. The rest of the community is well taken care of, so I don't understand why the casitas are neglected. The office staff is always helpful, which is important.

Even though the company gave you the emails, the liability for a breach stays with the Fiduciary (the company). However, if you use the emails for anything other than what the company told you to do (like keeping them for your own mailing list), you legally become the Fiduciary and take on all the massive legal risks yourself.

This community is a great one to live in. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The facilities and community amenities are always clean. I take pride in living in this complex. The casitas are spacious and I love how they are separate from the apartments because it makes it feel like a little neighborhood.

It’s been great living here. I have lived here since 2022 however the 2,200$ I pay each month for a 2 bedroom and a garage are just not worth it anymore that’s way too expensive for a 2 bedroom apartment. So that’s the main reason as to why I will not be renewing my lease in May.

Office staff is not knowledgeable and needs extra training. When you call to ask a question they just respond off the top of their head without actually knowing or even to check with management if they are unsure. I find this very frustrating. Even walked in to report my trash was not picked up and front desk said they would have maintenance stop to get it, but that never happened so trash was out there from Thursday night until Sunday night when the trash collection came back on property. Front desk never follows through.

I really love it here maintenance is fantastic management staff is fantastic neighbors all good respectful friendly parking is OK for those who listen otherwise it’s a great place to live. if I had a choice to live here again I would and I would let my friends and family know the amenities and the comfort around the facilities is great. I like the food trucks I like to get together down in the clubhouse they try to bring everybody together as a community and that’s what’s up.

Overall great community! Wish we could renew and stay in our Casita but due to the price increase we have to move. We never had any major issues and the area is nice and peaceful and staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. And neighbors were also never nice as well

This is a really nice clean community to live at, with great staff all around! Has indoor walkways, beautiful pool areas, smart homes, great amenities!!!! Definitely recommend! We first moved into the casitas which I highly recommend! But because of health issues, we had to downsize to an apartment after a year. It’s still pretty nice and we were given a great incentive to stay in this property! We couldn’t pass it up.

Stay away especially if you have a young family

Moved into one of the casitas in 2023 and left in 2024. Break in's for vehicles was a major issue. No security. Easy for anyone to get in and out of gates. Our vehicles were broken into and they were locked. Major ant issues for us. We found 3 scorpions and 1 was right under our daughters crib. Pest control is a major issue! We would wake up to gunshots at least once a month! As I was leaving for work one day they had a criminal investigation going on at the Casita gate enterence where they were collecting bullet shells! We heard the shots in the middle of the night. I woke up early every morning to go to the gym and walked up on a dead guy at the pool... Can't imagine a kid walking up on that! Wasn't uncommon for homeless people to be by the pool. It was not a good experience for our family and just wanted to share my experience so it doesn't happen to your family.

Friendly neighbors and professional office staff and knowledgeable maintenance staff. I have not heard any noise coming from my neighbors above, below or beside me. Having valet trash removal is definitely a huge plus. Full size washer and dryer in an one bedroom apartment is a great benefit.

I had good experience since I’ve been living here you know the workout room is good. Some of the things are good. Some of the activities that the clubhouse puts on are good. Their selection of wine suck but everything else is going well so that’s what I feel.

The staff in the office is great, It would be nice if management was accessible and easy to talk to, most of the time they stay in their office and don't really make an effort to smile or say hi. It appears difficult to speak to management. There is also one leasing agent that chews gum all the time they did it while my sister was signing her lease, being in management myself, that is so unprofessional. I won't mention any names, but it would be great if you mention it at your next staff meeting.
