Moving in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t hire movers and we were on the second floor, but overall, we love how quiet the neighborhood is. It is perfect for an apartment. Parking can get a little tight sometimes though

I have enjoyed my time with Avasa at 1604. The amenities are great and the office staff has been wonderful. Truly hoping I am able to renew. With prices going up in general that’s the only thing that would keep me from renewal

There are oil and food stains from where a tenant has removed her trash from her unit. I noticed it when i was touring the facility before moving in to the apartment complex. It should be pressure washed to remove the stains. All tenants do not have the same level of cleanliness but it will help with the appearance of your building.

Everything has been better since new management took over. It’s cleaning outside with trash and dog mess. The staff is helpful and friendly. Even the cost of the rent has went down slightly from what I’ve noticed.

We love our apartment and especially like the garage space. Love the amenities particularly the pool and fitness center. Gated access is a must and works great. They have some great community activities. Staff has been great to work and very responsive.
