I have raised plenty of concerns with the property it's landscaping and noise complaints I don't feel they're being addressed in a timely manner. I had a lot of Hope for this property and at this point I feel like I'm just another number

Living here has been a great experience. I absolutely love living in a casita—the layout is perfect, and having a small backyard is a wonderful bonus. The community feels safe, and I’m comfortable walking around the complex at any time. I’ve also had the chance to meet some really friendly neighbors, which makes it feel even more like home. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my living situation.

I love the peace and quiet here. The management respects our privacy and the Casita that I live in is awesome and I have a lot of room for a 1 bedroom ! Very well taken care of from the apartment to the grounds to the pool and all of the amenities we have here. I’m living this home !!

Just moved in and every single thing from the amenities, to office staff, to maintenance crew, and the buildings themselves have been great! Sarah and Jamie in the office are absolutely incredible! Stephen and David from maintenance are amazing as well fixed a few minor issue and mounted my TVs for me. I’m new to Texas and this team has made my transition even easier.

Great i really enjoy living here maintenance is great and friendly and the office people are nice it’s quiet and i always feel safe I wish we had a better parking system because sometimes when I get home I have to park a ways down because there is no parking

I am thoroughly enjoying living at Avasa at 1604 and highly recommend the property for people looking for a new place to live. I am loving all the community events and scheduling of food trucks. The locker system for package retrieval is great and I don't have to worry about my packages being stolen.

The front office was extremely helpful during the moving process and I have nothing but great things to say about this place the grounds are keep clean the people are so kind it’s nice to not have to worry about my vehicle being broken into our parcel lockers are inside the building which we have access to at any time so no worrying about the lockers being broken into.

Love my apartment and the staff at the office are very friendly and always willing to help. I just wish they would fix the security door so that they lock. Currently anyone can walk in without a code because they don’t lock.

It's been great. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. Trash is picked up around the same time. Groundkeepers are predictable since we get reminders and they come around the same time. Office is friendly and helpful.

Now that this property is managed by Avasa, it's a great community to live at. Love loving in our Casita! Enjoying having a back patio and yard! Each casita totally separate from other casitas makes it feel like we're living in our own tiny house! Very peaceful back here where the casitas are at. Plus, came with one covered parking! Having the casita as a smart house is also an addition to enjoy living here!

I’ve been here a couple months and it seems there is a disconnect in communication with the office on things that need to be done in a timely manner. My apartment was dirty when I moved in and when asking for things (on a weekend) to be fixed during a phone call to the office they told me to write it down and send it in the portal. This place is like no other apartment community where they do as little as they can to make you feel special and just enough to get by to sell another unit and then disappear

Avasa at 1604 is a great place to call home. The grounds are well maintained and clean, and the units are bright, feel fresh and stylish. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team is great and has responded to any and all requests in a rimely manner. This has been my best apartment experience to date.

Maintenance isn’t very helpful and difficult to work with. They have inexperienced staff each makes the process longer than needed. Office staff is nice to deal with. Won’t deal with maintenance unless I absolutely have to.

Have lived here a two weeks and what can I say. The atmosphere here is nice and welcoming. Plenty of parking but a bit of an issue closer the building. Other than the tenants being loud, the complex is the best I’ve ever resided at.

A lot of repeating yourself and you always have to Look at your account to make sure no extra fees are being added. You tell someone in the office something and might need to repeat yourself to someone else since it didn’t get done the first time. P.s still waiting for my autopay discount since March !
