Management is very accessible and quick to respond. Maintenance goes beyond my expectations. Social Director is a Superwoman, with lots of activities, beautiful themed decorations and keeps resident well informed.

So far, it has been wonderful. The staff has been super helpful and the community is immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend Overture to anyone. We are really enjoying our time here. My wife and I love this place.

I love it from the time I walk in the front door. It's very elegant and the environment makes me feel very at home. Work orders are accomplished quickly. Social activities are numerous. Happy with my apartment and location. It's Great!

The staff here are intelligent and friendly. There are many activities for those interested, and every Wednesday we have Mix and Mingle followed by playing pool which is always fun to play or fun to watch!!!

I am happy that this is where I reside. Overall, this is a clean and safe place, there are good activities for the residents and the new director has her door open should anyone wish to express concern.

Overture is a nice apartment home. My only concern is that I believe screening applicants should be a little better. There are smokers that are now living here and they are not respecting the rules of a non smoking complex. Also there are many residents that are using medical equipment which is concerning since this is not assisted living.

I have not moved in yet and not familiar with all the features at Overture but my impressions so far are nice clean place, the staff people are pleasant, and looks like the community well taken care and safe.

The overall experience was good now it’s sub par especially for what you expect from your residence in rent each month!!! The average age is WAY over 55, it feels like we’re living in an assisted living situation. I pray there will never be a fire because half the residents would die. It’s a shame that you put money and profits over human life!! They’ve taken away the water softener, disposable cups for the coffee, creamers, individual juices from the breakfast bar, among other things. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Overture Stone Oak is very pretty and comfortable. Location can’t be better, plenty of stores, restaurants and doctors all around. Staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help with whatever subject. Social activities are great, there is always something going on to have a good time.

We have only been here two weeks and everyone we have met have been so friendly. Staff have been eager to make moving, getting settled in and correcting any issues that may arise go smoothly and quickly! Gary and I are looking forward to being here for a long time.

Everyone is friendly. As I said some do not see common areas as there No real problems very clean premises despite the neglect of residents to clean up after greeting a mess. ( dogs) etc. mgmt does it’s best to emphasize importance of cleaning up

The apartments, grounds and common areas are very beautiful and inviting. Everyone we've met so far are so friendly and encourage us to get involved the many activities that are going on with games, art, fitness.

Since new ownership took over: Management has changed and become apparently non-existent. Soft Water has been dis-continued due to cost reduction. Disposable coffee cups and bottled water have both been dis-continued. RENTS HAVE INCREASED IN SOME CASE 20-30%.

We have found friendly residents and very helpful staff here. The Maintenance Staff respond quickly and are efficient. The Office staff have been helpful and very efficient. The residents we have met are quick to greet us and invite us to participate in events.

I am so satisfied and comfortable here at Overture Stone Oak My apartment unit seems to be sound proof, I so much appreciate the approval to allow me to bring my companions/ pets to stay with me, I also love their delicious breakfast provided for all resident and all the activities for our Internamente ,management is friendly, patient and understanding to all our concerns.

We throughly enjoy being part of a top notch community. Lots of activities to choose, clean well maintained facility, friendly staff. We love our new home! Only one improvement would be enter/exit doors difficult to use for handicapped residents.

Unfortunately the rules dont matter. All dogs are allowed. Friends dogs are considered guest. Smoking on the balconies. Bar b cue pits and bicycles on the balconies. For a 4 yr old building it shows its wear . Holes in dog park from last year were never fixed, I dont expect this years holes from rain to get fixed either. These are 8 to 10 inches holes on the back wall of the small dig park. When it rains the dog park becomes a flooded zone.

Xavier is a superb community manager. Hes very attentive to the residents and improving the quality of life. Were so grateful to have Judy serving in her capacity. She is a devoted professional to the community. You can always count on Christinas superb consumer services and positive demeanor.

This is my first experience in apartment living. It has been an adjustment. The staff have helped me make that adjustment. I live on the south side of the building. 1604 is very noisy, especially when I am on the balcony.

I will likely describe my experience later. However, I am currently swamped with moving from out-of-state and I have not yet completed my move-in of my possessions as well as my car registration, required annual car inspection, driver's license update/change to Texas from Florida, and so forth.

Since we are still in the process of staging our house for sale and moving what we are not including in our staging, it is difficult for us to say anything other that we are still hoping to be able to stay in the apartment in the next few weeks!!

Great accommodations! The staff goes over above and beyond to address all needs. The activities are diverse and there is something for everyone. All the residents have been so welcoming. I highly recommend choosing to live at Overture.

I moved into a Over 55 Active community. Unfortunately it seems to be turning into a nursing home, scooters, walkers, wheel chairs, canes. It is very depressing, these folks need to be in nursing homes to be taken care of. They have pets on 4th floor they can not take out in time to pee or poop, pets go in halls and elevators. Constant cleaning and sanitizing! I'am disappointed!

Overture is a beautiful facility! I love the people in this community and all the activities (we used to have). Judy OConner is a fantastic organizer and a joy to be around. The beautiful entrance, hallways, heated pool and fire pit were some of the deciding factors in choosing Overture as my home a year and half ago.

Before I moved in, I was told there was a heated pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. None of that was true. After approximately a year we finally have a beauty salon which is good. Also a vending machine has been added.
