I like this community a lot! It's quiet most of the time, the amenities are great, and I get deliveries easily although the apt numbers can be confusing. I'm happy with how management responds to problems as well.

Friendly neighbors and great staff! I feel save here and love how newly built the apartments are. I also enjoy having a gym to workout in case I need to workout here ( which happened when we had ice weather).

My experience currently with staff and management, the community and property maintenance has been exceptional. Bree/Marley have been respectable, always showing there pretty smiles. Chris/Jack were professional and quick to resolve issues/concerns. The property is always well kept.

I have been at the Brooks for almost a year. The staff, maintenance and neighborhood is friendly and safe. If we have any issues they are addressed immediately. The apartments are kept nice and have lots of room

My experience in The Brooks community has been very pleasant. All of the office staff are very friendly, the community is very clean and kempt, and my neighbors are pleasant as well. I highly recommend this community.

Great place to live I've been here for 3 almost 4 years and the community is welcoming and quiet. Staff has been amazing and they go above and beyond to help residents stay safe and the community is clean

It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and helpful staff who handle things professionally and in a timely manner. The elementary school is great, and it's conveniently located near Highway 75, restaurants, and other shopping options.

I have been here for three months. I like the apartment layout and features. These were the main reasons I chose this apartment complex. Staff is friendly. However, I have been experiencing issues trying to get a work order request completed. This definitely lowers any recommendations from me. I don't like having to write negative comments about issues that should have already been resolved.

Very wonderful and amazing group of people . Super pretty pool and the others are amazing and sweet. The gym is a good size and easy access with clean machines and just the right things I need . Office ladies are very very sweet and helpful!

Super friendly staff who are all extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of The Brooks Community. Not a single staff person has ever said "I don't know" or "That's not my job." The property is well lit. Peaceful at night and just as serene during the day. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. The parameters are clean. The pool is kept amazing. The gym is awesome.

I have been living in various apartments in this complex since 2020, soI must like them a lot! As a wheelchair user, it's hard to find ADA accommodation, and the Brooks has that. They're also willing to work with you. Great staff!

Cutesy little apartment. The staff was so kind and was really hearing what I was wanting and needing. Appointed me to the most perfect little unit! Process for move-in was super easy. Lots of space to walk my pup!

Best apartment complex, reasonably priced for what we get. The maintenance does their job & attentive. The office staff is so helpful & informative . I really have no complaints. I've been here 2 years & wish too stay as long as possible . Clean outdoors & trash areas. Available lounge space , WiFi , gym , pool , refreshments .

They don't fix service issues issues that you've requested to be fixed and they can't seem to get a hold of their contractors to even get the issues fixed and now they're going to do is tell you that they're working on it and you'll never hear from them unless you continue to contact them, which is really sad for someone that pays their own time and has caused no issues

I do not trust the complex since I learned of them targeting me to pay false water bills. I don't feel like a valued customer. When I called the parent company the Manger did not return my call. It's been 2 weeks.

Everything has been great since I've moved in. The apartments are well taken care of, the staff is friendly and helpful, I even met one of the maintenance guys during move-in and was so eager to help with any issues I might have. I think I'm gonna enjoy living here.

I'll never move!

I love it here! I plan on living here for many years. My cats love the apartment, and the peacefulness of the community. I'm in love with the apartment itself, The staff is the friendliest apartment staff I have ever met. They are very accommodating and have gone out of their way several times for us.

Staff is nice, they always let you know what's going on and typically answer emails and phone calls very promptly. Maintenance is always around to help in case of emergencies which is awesome. Not an experience we have been used to at previous apartment complexes
