It's wonderfully quiet and we feel much safer here than our previous apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and sends surveys after the job is finished as well as leaving a printed copy of the report. Pets of many species are very welcome; many residents have at least one dog and the dog run is a decent size. There are also many dog waste stations with poop bags ready to go. All of our appliances were professionally cleaned before move-in, are newer models, and work very well.

The problem we have is when are apartment was upgrade to full ADA compliance. We have no in side storage anymore and they removed are handicap seat in the handicap bathroom. The handicap oven is so sensitive just touching it and it goes on. Cabinet space is reduced.

The Brooks in Sherman is very nice. The office staff has been very friendly and professional. Work orders get placed quickly and are taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are very nice and feel very homey. It has been a pleasant experience so far. ??

I LOVE the office staff!! They are the BEST!!! The apartments are so updated and spacious. I might have had to wait for a few months for availability but now I am here and life is great. It is so cool to see the people all meeting at the dog park and visiting. I hope to meet some people around me soon.
