Excellent experience
I'm writing as a realtor. I've had a wonderful experience having an opportunity to meet the wonderful staff at The Pier Pont Apt. I am always greeted with a such a warm and inviting welcome! The entire community is clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. My tours have always been very professional with any of the staff that assist me. I will continue to keep this apartment top of mind when I have clients interested in leasing in that area.

Amazing property

This is a horrible place to live at. I have seen the reviews and I wish I had read them before we moved in. Management is horrible they lie to people just to get residents to move in. I suggest you do your research on they history of this property. Had a homicide vehicles vandalize stolen and they take for ever to help you give you footage. No security on site even though you’re paying for it. Ever since they went from a security company to so called police on site just went down hill from there. You have people making noise all hours of the night, leaving doors open.

I absolutely loved this property and its family friendly staff! Mr Johnson and Joanna were incredible with helping me understand prices and which floorplan would best fit me and my family!! What an awesome place. I definitely recommend this property!!

The ladies in the office, in particular Monique & Joanna are very helpful and friendly. I was hesitant on renewing, but they make it worthwhile. The changes that have been implemented since these ladies started and keep on getting better!!

Definitely not a safe place to live. We had a double homicide this year, multiple cars broken into or the wheels stolen, and i can’t even walk down my own hallway without getting cat called. The fire alarms are always going off, so when there was an actual fire, nobody was leaving the building. I called the office about a safety Issue just for the guy to hang up on me. It’s always loud and smells like weed and trash. The carpet is DISGUSTING and hardly ever cleaned. Ive had packages and my doormat stolen. I went to the office multiple times to submit my 60 day notice and they were still like “hmm looks like you never did this.” I have lived in many apartments and have never had as bad of an experience as with this one.

Renter beware!! You will regret it if you move into these apartments. Please look at the reviews on this site and several others about these apartments and look at how multiple people for years have stated they are a horrible place to live. Theft has been repeatedly reported over several years and nothing to this day has been done to make it better. My car was vandalized this week and I reported it and the young lady in the office actually put the phone done when I was telling her then when I said hello I heard her pick it up, and at that point I knew I really had to move. She said the manager would call me back and never even attempted to call. Never placed a notice on the doors or sent an email to the residents to inform them to watch their cars. That in itself is in inconsiderate and shows they don’t care about their tenants or their property. Not only does this make there apartment community look bad but it puts us at risk for thrives every night because they know we live somewhere where they can come and steal because we don’t have any security here and they know the owners aren’t going to do anything to fix it. And it isn’t just the management teams fault but it boils down to the owner. Greedy with no regards to his tenants. Now with the pandemic and theft on the rise with vehicles having tires stolen, catalytic converters and airbags, when will they do something. People need their cars to go to work to pay there rent. How hard is it to hire a 24 hour security team. A courtesy officer is a joke and I’ve only seen police present twice. The week before my car was vandalized which obviously means that’s why they were present for one week where visibly you could see them bcuz I want the first this had happened to and they must have had a lot of complaints for them to address it that one time which was short lived. After a week I haven’t seen one officer. And the lady in the office made up all kind of excuses about where the officer is and why we never see one. Well it’s because they don’t have one and again hire security everyday. The thieves come right back when they leave which is why for years it hasn’t improved with vehicle theft here. Also my neighbor is the neighbor from hell. I’ve had to call the police several times and the manager does nothing and then told me to call the police knowing they wouldn’t do anything bcuz Harris County doesn’t have a noice ordnance so they cant issue noise violation tickets to residents who make noise at all hours like my neighbor. I asked them to send a warning or enforce what is suppose to be quiet time hours and they wouldn’t. They charge us a $7 pest control fee and I’ve never even been offered pest spraying or even seen anyone doing pest control services in the building. So we’re being charged for something we aren’t getting. The water bill is extremely high at $70 a month and that’s ridiculous. It’s only two people in my unit and we don’t even wash but once a week and shower a couple of times a week to cut the water bill down. We shouldn’t have to do that and have to bath at our sink to avoid a extremely high water bill with all these ridiculous water fees. I’ve never seen these fees anywhere u until moving here. The hallways stink all the time from the garbage that gets picked up only Sunday they Thursday. The other days you are suppose to keep it in your apartment until Sunday. Well of course some don’t and it sits in the hallway for two days. The carpet in the halls are dirty and the ways and it’s chips in the walls everywhere. The garage isn’t well lit and there is not gate. They charge you $75 for a sticker for what? It’s not gate or anything to scan what they make you put in your window. That’s why they keep having break ins. My car was vandalized right in front of the office. My mail is being stolen. I’ve had three set of cards being sent in the mail from different business and never got any until I changed my mailing address so I can’t even have mail sent here. The people in the office do nothing about complaints but make excuses and the manager shouldn’t be a manager. She doesn’t even dress professional, look professional and doesn’t have a professional attitude. She doesn’t smile and as long as you aren’t complaining they smile at you. Go in with a concern and there fake smiles turn to frowns and attitude. Don’t move here if you don’t want to be stuck in a years least and miserable. They know once your in they have you. Repairs are half made and the only nice thing is the unit you live in. You can’t enjoy the leasing office amenities bcuz when they close all that closes too and they close early at 5pm and even earlier on Saturday. So it looks nice to draw you in but you don’t get to use it for your guest. The hallways and elevators always have trash. The door to go out is always propped open and the side door which is dangerous. These were poorly made so you can only use two doors to get in after 5pm, the side front or through the parking garage which you must park in and risk theft on your vehicle just to get to the back elevator which is way around the other side of the building which means you have to walk all the way around at night to get back to your unit if you live towards the front. These two elevators are the o my way you can move in and the front elevator is small. So it takes forever to move in on any floor upstairs. This is the projects of the Spring and they may look good downstairs and in the unit but it’s not work the money or headaches that come with the price tag. If you don’t have peace of mind why pay some one to live some somewhere to be miserable. Bcuz you will be until your lease is up. We’re stuck for several more months and can’t wait to leave. Oh and they had a double homicide and never even told the tenants so we could be aware and on guard. Just like they hide the thefts and vehicle break ins. We can’t even protect ourselves or belongs

This apt complex is slack it’s ------ and they are heart less I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Robbery every week and double killing also my daughter and i were in a fire on our apt and they have not shown any compassion they have us in a possible mold invested apt with no working major appliances refuses to move or fix the issue

Animal House(just like the movie) this place is full of riff-raff and getting worst every I put my head down in shame every time I leave to walk my dog because I know I will see something here not right happen trash left out sticking up the hallways . dog ---- every where , loud music all times of the night no one care's about this place and it show's

Bugs in hallways and my apartment contact noise all throughout day and night halls smell like wet dogs dirty carpet throughout has domestic violence always in the parking garage ive witnessed at least 3 incidents not reported by management ive been blocked in by police on my way to work safely is a major problem l fear for myself and daughters this environment is way too stressful was promised a 1000 gift card With my move-in special I have still not seen that this place is seriously a joke you cannot get in touch with any type of management they don’t answer their phones they don’t respond to emails and I don’t respond to these complaints it’s ridiculous

Do not move here you will regret it. I have been here for 2 years and ever since the new management has taken over they have gone down hill. They keep the gym warm along with the hallways,They also open the doors of the gym in 100 degree weather. That never happened before they took over. The carpets in the hallways are always dirty, they barely clean them. The garage is also always dirty with trash all on the ground. About 2 weeks ago over 20 cars were broken into and had their windows broken out. Also About a month ago a guy was arrested for indecent exposure in the gym,they didn’t nor have sent out a letter or anything letting residents know about either incident. They have also not let residents know if this person is still living on the property,which is disturbing and a safe risk. They are more about filling apartments than the safety of their residents. They never answer emails or the phone even when you can clearly see them sitting in the office doing nothing! They have ruined a once great apartments.

Beautiful apartments the only issue is with the reoccurring incidents with left and vandalism. There are no cameras in the garage and Iv only seem a security personnel once in two years. If you call the cops they literally tell you about all the break ins that happen in the garage. Since living here Iv had to call 911 more times combined then my entire life. Kidnapping/ attempted murder- neighbor , hit and runs, people stealing tires and hub caps. If you want to feel safe do not move here because they have done nothing over the years to stop the garage vandalization and theft.

The view of this property, along with the quality service it offers, makes it difficult to consider leasing anywhere else. It is in just the right location. And the pleasant and professional staff are very knowledgeable.

We have lived at the Pierpont for over a year and just renewed our lease. We love the location and have found that the residents are very friendly, the office staff is kind and try to work as fast as they can to resolve any issue. The maintenance team has always worked so fast and come running when things need a little fixing, they are truly a hard working team. Any time you want to make friends just head to the pool.

Fire alarms were a problem but hasn't been for several months now. Also, vandalism has been issue but as far as I have seen security has stepped it up for the time being. Also had a millipede issue earlier in the summer which has also been resolved. I give the high rating because all of these issues have been resolved. Can't avoid issues altogether at any property. Wish the residents would stop putting their trash bags in the trash room instead of the shoot provided (there's a smell when it's full), which is no fault of the property and it's cleaned daily by the staff. I don't plan on moving any time soon!

Where to begin...well, there's break-ins into vehicles in the garage on an almost weekly basis. The complex is noisy all the time- yes- even in the late night and early morning- because it is right off of 45. But the 45 noise is better than the hooting and hollering and bass blasting of the residents... With that being said, you are forced to pay for valet trash, which isn't even picked up half the time. Then you get in trouble for leaving the can in the hallway the next day- so I'm supposed to put my garbage back into my apartment after the people you pay to make me pick it up don't do their job?? We have roaches pretty regularly now, at first they were few and far between, but I've killed two in the past week. And we live a very clean lifestyle, by no means are we messy people. Even the apartments themselves are not that well finished. There's paint on the windows and floors, caulk everywhere in the bathroom, sloppy carpeting, and over half the power outlets don't work. I could go on and on forever, but it suffices to say quit reading here and go find another complex. This is Section 8 housing- nothing "luxury" about it

I moved in July 2017. The apartment was brand new. I loved my apartment for the first six months. Then I started having issues with my A/C unit. Since then up to now I've had my unit service four times.

I enjoy the community a lot. It has a homey feeling without being crowded or stuffy. The amenities are extremely nice and the apartments themselves are brand new and everything works great. I like the location a lot as well.

I love the location of these apartments and the maintenance staff is Amazing! The office staff is nice, polite but extremely young and some what inexperienced. I believe they should be more customer oriented. They have "been too busy" to send me an email or text when I truly needed to hear from them.

Multiple residents had their wheels stolen from their vehicles parked within the gated compound. Poor maintenance. Regularly triggered fire alarms. Roaches. Management has a pretty poor attitude "not my problem". Front desk staff are friendlier. Stayed at multiple rental properties around town and this is definitely the worst.

Nice place, but the doors are ridiculously annoying. I can't even get into my house with out the sensor pad dying. But overall nice environment. The lock pads on the door needs to be easily manageable. I shouldn't have to get off work and come home to my locked out apartment. Please find a feasible solution for the doors:)
