This is my first apartment experience, it has been good so far. If I had the opportunity to choose a different apartment I would definitely go with the top floor because the people above are rather noisy.

They don't charge people for leaving dog poop on the property even though you are REQUIRED to do DNA testing for this reason. People leave their trash cans outside all day long. Office never answers the phone. The office in Florida answers the phone. They now have "Premier Parking" where you have to pay to park near the elevator. They DO NOT make the residents follow the simple rules like keeping their tags updated on their vehicles. They just let anyone move in this place. Neighbors are always stomping and having their kids run around. Management does nothing about it because quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. Rent is high and not worth the price.

Everything is nice and modernized. Nice layout. Don't ever be late on your rent! Everyone here is nice and minds their own business, everyone is honest, as in nothing goes missing. Glad to be surrounded by decent people!! That the most comforting part!

It got off to a terrible start. This were pretty unorganized. Given a lot of conflicting information. I think one of the ladies in the office is gone. I am so happy! She was horrible. Very rude and condescending.

Horrible! Moving out soon because I can't deal with the issues anymore. Issues have Included, upstairs neighbor constantly making noise, roaches and bugs around the property, fire alarm going off at night, outside pool speakers not being turned off, car breaks ins. Most importantly I do not feel safe at this complex and I do not see the value in living here. My upstairs neighbor has made this experience complete hell. I can't wait to move out.

A good place to live, but in general, rather be back in a house. In my humble opinion. There's this that are discovered only after you move in, but that's just part of apartment living. If you're a social status kind of person, this is a place good to invite people to.

Pierpont Apartments are beautiful apartments in a great location in North Houston. It is convenient to the freeways, all types of shopping and restaurants. It is also very secure, with gated, covered parking. There is even covered parking for guests. It has been a great place to live.

The staff does not return my phone calls. They always bill me late charges for rent even though I pay my rent on the 1st of the month. It's been very frustrating dealing with this issue monthly when they don't return my calls and I even had to call Corporate Headquarters once.

We like our apartment however we can hear almost every sound our upstairs neighbor makes. Please make sure you know where your apartment will be before signing the lease. Ours turned out to be so far from the parking garage and we had to buy a wagon to pull our groceries in on.

Pierpont has a nice appearance however I have concerns about the people residing in this community. The number of visits by the police and fire department is unbelievable. I would say in order to be considered a luxury apartment standards need to be reviewed. I want to feel good about feeling safe in my home environment. The door to enter the building is 75% of the time does not connect. The infestation of water bugs is a health issue.

Overall, my experience has been positive. Property is beautiful. Downside is I'm surprised there is a lack of oversight in cleanliness of residents patios. There are quite a few patios and balconies that have junk and trash just sitting there for weeks. I've not seen any correspondence from management about keeping the areas clean. Sad that tires, punching bags, bags of clothes and boxes remain on patios with no emails to residents about keeping those areas clean. There are also many residents with pets that haven't been registered. Dog feces litters the property and sometimes even the corridors. As a dog owner I find it particularly troubling. I registered my dog with the office and pay a fee every month. However, many others haven't, which is why they allow their pets to defecate anywhere they want without picking it up. I see cameras all over the property and I often wonder why it's not better monitored?

Very happy with the apartment's layout and finishes. Apartment is by far the noisiest place I have ever lived. Walls are thin and we are forced to listen to people's conversations, TV's, arguments etc. People go into the halls to take/make phone calls which are amplified by the hallways. Thankfully I chose the top floor I couldn't imagine what the noise would be like with hard surfaces floors above.

Great closet space in Liberty floor plan 2x2! Many pluses. Friendly staff. Great apartment views. Nice grounds. Wood floors. Garage parking and elevators a plus. Only negative is excessive water bill fees over $50.

The experience is great. I don't really like the premium parking spaces, and towing of verified residents. Once a vehicle has been determined to be a resident. There should be a mechanism in place to allow the vehicle to be returned at no charge. The charge for lockout of your apartment is also too stiff.

We love the community and the amenities provided. Parking and people not cleaning up after their dogs are two things that are not the best but overall it has been pleasant living there. The other part is owners not having dogs on a leash. Its caused several issues while walking my dogs

when I first arrived I was not informed that the unit I had rented wasn't even completed or ready, I was then forced to move into a temporary unit for 2 weeks and then move again. none of the promised cessions were ever met, and I was never reimbursed for the extra cost. In the months since there has been many minor inconveniences, hallways are some times smelly and dirty, the BBQ grills are always dirty

This place is a joke! The courtesy officer who is also a Harris County Sheriff's Deputy had my girlfriend speak w/ her in the hallway while she was only wearing a towel. The manager ------ didn't think it was a big deal & we had a disagreement about the situation. Because of this she called the police on me & said I assaulted her. After showing the police my recordings of the incident they left. She tried to file a false report of assault on me & will be getting sued.

Great place to live! Amazing facility feels like urban resort. Leasing office coordinators are great. Mostly dealt with Natalia and Luisa - they been fantastic, always sensitive to my needs and request. Concierge guy is great I can always get my packages after work which is huge for me! Luisa even dropped my dry cleaning at home once whe I told her I was not able to pick it up and if she could help me by placing it on my couch, she said no problem and did it. Maintenance guys are doing fantastic job, working hard 24/7 to complete all the request. if you are looking for a place to live, then do not look any further.

Update. Manager called and we had a discussion about everything that took place. I'm glad she reached out to me so I could get a better understanding of what happened. After my pest control dispute, she took it upon herself to get a new company for pest control. Hopefully the remainder of my time here is smooth. Overall the place is alright. They're working on the parking issues with visitor passes. Other than that no complaints. Wish the pool was deeper. Staff is nice. Location is great. Problems can happen everywhere. It's all about how they're resolved.

It's a new community with a lot of great amenities once it has been completed. Since I got my lease everybody has been great with me. New maintenance team has been seen throughout the property trying to improve it as well. Looking looking forward to enjoy the finished product hope it don't take too much longer.

After visiting this community, I'm sure it's where I want to live. My experience was perfect. When I arrived there were people in the front of the office, one of them stood up and I greeted me sweetly. To my surprise, the one who attended me was the manager whom made me feel at home and that she genuinely cared for all my needs. The amenities are beautiful and GYM is two story and is open 24 hours, the clubhouse is currently open until six but she informed me that eventually it will be open until ten (no big deal) the apartment is very nice and clean, with lots of space, loved the island and the space in the bathroom. I definitely recommend renting with them.
