Positive: The unit layouts, smiley staff, gym well equipped. For the most part, it is quiet during the week except for the ongoing construction. Contrary: Safety concerns, noisy because of construction, noisy because of the thin walls, and the freeway. No light bulbs in the closet or in the laundry room (?). Not a smoking-free environment, there is no point to rent an apartment with elevators if none of them works, excessive fees for one fob keys ( 100) and water. Unexpected 75 charges each time you lock yourself out of the unit, amenities are not operating; dog park is not ready, there is no computers lab for residents, horrible grounds, nobody knows who the maintainer's guy is, the manager is lost and does not know how to run the place, bugs infestation. Stay away and rent elsewhere.
