Great community neighbors are awesome. Very quiet , professional friendly staff makes it easy to communicate. Grounds are kept clean always and maintenance crew are very good at what they do. Pool area is awesome as well.

We have zero complaints. We love our community. We feel safe. All of the staff on the property are so kind and look out for the residents on the property. When I call for maintenance service they come the same day.

When I first moved here with my children in 2019 it was fairly nice but things have taken a drastic change since then. Dumpsters are often overflowing with trash on the grasses. They expect you to keep your end of the lease agreement but do nothing to uphold theirs except give dishonesty and excuses. There is pot smell so strong that it has sickened my family members with asthma and a management who has basically turned a blind eye to those breaking their lease agreements in more than one way. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Maintenance/upkeep of the apartments are consistent. They keep the landscaping nice. The lighting around the apartments are great I feel secure when I get out of my car and walk towards the stairway to enter my apartment

It was ok. I spent half of my lease sick and in the hospital. Parking can be an issue and community is not well lit at night. I have fought with pests the entire time I have been here and people above me stomp as they walk. Overall nice and well kept community. Staff is nice and helpful. The location is convenient

A nice diverse community with beautiful landscaping. I looked at other complexes in the area that look very institutional. Villages of Kirkwood is very homey and inviting. The staff are top notch. They are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely suggest to someone moving to the area.

It is a decent place to live but it has changed significantly from when I first moved in in 2016. The neighbors are less courteous and the loud music is horrible during the day and night. And the apartments are in good condition and the office staff is nice. Maintenance also responds any timely manner. They're just need to be better monitoring of the community.

No complaints at all. I would recommend to family and friends. Very quiet and safe environment. Close to shopping centers entertainment and much more. Restaurants are also nearby in case of a hard day. Maintanance and staff are also veey helpful and understanding as well. Most of all the property is always clean. Thats whats important to me is living in a beautifully clean environment.

I've only been there for a month.Everyone in the office is nice and friendly.I had same day repairs and the maintenance repairman completed the repairs and checked it out the repairs before he left.No problems or complaints so far.

So far as of moving in I have enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately Neighbors have already complained about noise even tho I am stil slowly moving in. Front office staff are nice and very helpful. As of now Maintenance has been very efficient.

My overall experience at the apartments has been great. The only concern that I have as a resident is better communication between the staff and the residents when there are issues or concerns that need to be address. Overall a great place to live.

Relatively quiet decent place to live. The price of rent is expensive for the type of place we live in. For the price we pay carpet replacement should be every two three years upon tenets request. We must purchase blinds, once again for the amount of money we spent that should be a given.

Staff is always friendly. Maintenance is friendly. Grounds are kept up nicely. When you have a maintenance issue they are quick and efficient. We have an issue with our AC, and instead of a quick fix every time, they are ordering is a new unit. Everyone does a great job.

The community is great. For the most part it's clean and quiet. Area is close to many stores and shopping centers. The area has many new restaurants. Areas has parks, and other recreational things to do.

Great community great location great management. The staff is always willing to help you. Maintenance complete work orders in a timely manner. One of the safest communities I have lived in.I will continue to renew my lease because I enjoy staying at this location.

Nice property on the outside. Friendly office staff. Prompt response to maintenance calls. Could use some updates especially to the kitchen and bathroom areas. Leasing office, pool, and gym maintained.
