There has been a lot of upgrades to the community in the last couple of years. These upgrades make it more modern and competitive with the surrounding communities. I have enjoyed living here and feel safe in the building most of the time.

Good community and well kept with cleaning. Frequent turnover in maintenance staff and office is frequently closed with no way to reach them. No option to leave a voicemail and emails are ignored. Better run than most buildings but expensive and management seems to be less and less responsive to existing renters. One bedroom units are very large and have good flooring and kitchens. Hopefully management can get it together.

First of all the location of the community is very convenient and accessible to most all necessities (church, school, grocery, drug stores, malls & DMV) Management as a whole try to review the security of the community since there is no physical security to review & to address to install cameras & exit door alarms

I like the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartments are spacious and any problem is fixed right away. Definitely things had improved since I moved. There are good schools here for the kids. It s convenient that the utilities are included.

a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. They are rarely crowded, I love the convenience and the mew work on the elevator, and four story live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else a beautiful neighborhood.

It's been good so far. I moved in a couple of days ago and I haven't had any problems. The apartment is a good size and in good condition. Any existing problems are being fixed. Also, all of the other residents I have met were nice.

It's been nice to have lived here as the neighbor has been good and friendly while the staff have been professional and timely responsive to all queries. But as the building is not new, some elements may not be as wonderful as they could have been. My unit on the ground level is tricky because it's next to the parking space so tranquility is not abundant.

This is a nice community. The location is in a good spot. The apartment is in a good shape but needs new updates inside. The management has been so inconsistent and therefore a lot of misunderstanding.The lack of professionalism to address issues and dealing with tenants is poorly.

Decent place to live and utilities were included. Quiet, nice, neighborhood and close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Good competitive school district. Lots of backyard space including a patio with grills. Overall, very pleasurable experience.
