My main 2 compliments are the stipulations on overnight guest and how thin the walls are where you can hear any and everything in the hallway or outside. There should NEVER be a limit on how long a guest can spend the night a month. These guest policies did not take effect until months after I signed my lease. Had I known this was the case I would've never signed my lease. The walls are so thin you can never sleep in late or work without distractions due to the amount of noise that you hear from people moving in, neighbors talking loud, dogs barking, babies crying, etc. I am not pleased with this with the amount of money that I pay a month.

Apartment is nice, new, and clean. Have not experienced any major maintenance issues. Office staff are helpful when I require their assistance, but everything runs smoothly so I rarely need to contact them. There is not enough parking at the community near the buildings for residents and many people are forced to park in locations that are technically not sanctioned parking.

We moved to Bainbridge in 2025 after living in our previous home for 31 years. We visited numerous apartment complexes and found the Bainbridge offered the best floor plans and amenities. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to living here for many years to come.

I have enjoyed the community and my neighbors. Often times quite a few of us meet in the dog park to allow our pups to play. The office staff is great and quick to respond. The maintenance team is quick and efficient and performing their repair duties. My only recommendations would be to increase the number of times that the mulch is relayed in the dog park, to not increase the rent as exorbitantly as seen on the facilities webpage, and maybe have a few dog, friendly events.

This complex is nice but of course building 4 always smells like weed. Dogs are always barking and the trash service sucks. If I could say the office staff could be more friendlier than they are. That's all.

Beyond the move-in

All Bainbridge staff members have been helpful with each inquiry directed their way. Ms. Luchynsky has gone above and beyond to assure a smooth move-in and orientation to Bainbridge. We love so many things about living here. A top notch office staff and maintenance team are two critical elements that make life at Bainbridge so pleasant. I highly recommend considering Bainbridge for your next apartment home.

I found it compelling to write this review about Vicki, our Leasing Specialist. Vicki is full of life, compassion, and demonstrates each time, a strong commitment towards customer satisfaction. Vicki exhibits a great attitude all the time, reinforcing our decision to move to Bainbridge Apartments, the right one. We find ourselves visiting the office just to see how her day is going many times, as she makes the conversation about us and how we are doing. We are very please in knowing that Vicki is a definite asset to the team. She is knowledgeable and professional at all times, and we are please to be associated with her. Hats off to you Vicki. The neighborhood is great other than parking issues that is mainly due to non-residents taking spaces. The community offers many amenities and social events which are nice. Maintenance staff is great.

The apartments have nice features/finishes inside. Floor plans are spacious, but it is a bit expensive. The amenities are nice but sometimes fellow neighbors are loud or make it a bit difficult to enjoy them. The grounds of the community are well kept and feel safe. There are some noise issues with neighbors and there is no courtesy officer to call. There are pest issues on my balcony that haven't been solved. There are some issues with trash/recycling being unsightly and overflowing.

Honestly, we've had issues but every single time they get resolved, I feel better about living here. I'm grateful for their patience and understanding as all of us are getting used to the building. Between what they have for the residents (food truck Fridays, amenities, etc) it's been a really chill and comfortable environment.

My experience has been great so far. The move in experience was decent. When we saw small things in the walkthrough, maintenance resolved them same day. I do not have any complaints so far. We are happy with the outcome and we are hopeful it stays this way.
