Bainbridge Midlothian is an amazing community! The amenities are top notch and their apartment homes are gorgeous. I love the secure building access and that all entries to the apartments are inside (no breezeways, outdoor hallways, etc)! Maintenance is very fast to responding with any issue, but I haven't really had any except for one and it was a small and easy fix. The staff in the office were so kind and helpful finding me the best possible apartment and getting me all set for a smooth move-in. I'm loving living here so far!

Brittany is above and beyond as a staff member. She is the reason I decided to rent here. I am unhappy that the plumbing failed after 3 days. I am very unhappy with workmanship of plumbers however Seth with maintenance has been great.

My move-in experience at Bainbridge Midlothian was a mix of positives and challenges. The apartment itself is well-designed and the location is convenient, but there were several issues. The unit wasn't fully cleaned?paint dust was left in the closet, the bedroom carpet was dirty, and I found packaging debris in the kitchen sink. I was initially told I'd receive a free month of rent for signing the lease, but that was later changed to half off, which felt misleading. On move-in day, after a long drive from New York, I was told the keys would be in the unit. Instead, I was required to come to the office for orientation, and the tone felt more corporate than welcoming during an already stressful day. Also worth noting: parking is limited, so unless you don't mind walking half a block, it can be tough to find a spot near your building. Overall, there's potential here, but better communication, follow-through, and a more supportive approach would make a big difference.

I had a very positive experience visiting this community. The staff was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The amenities are well-maintained, and the apartment layout we toured (B1) was spacious and thoughtfully designed. We especially liked the amount of storage, the double shower, and the modern kitchen. The gym is a great bonus. The atmosphere felt safe and quiet, which is important to us. We would only suggest adding more barbecue grills in the common areas to enhance outdoor gatherings. Overall, an excellent impression!

Maintenance orders were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Office ladies are there 7 days a week so I'd you have questions you can ask them daily. They had Food Truck Fridays and they did really well, very tasty burgers at Cafe 804. We just moved in on June 30, 2025 so will continue to evaluate the community and update if needed.

I love this community moved in the end of May. My apartment is very modern. They have great amenities, pool, weight room, coffee station and a Pickleball court. The clubhouse has everything you need for relaxation, conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

So far the community is quiet and feels safe. Its clean and the neighbors are friendly. There is a sense of security with only residents being able to access to buildings. You do hear the usual noise with living in close quarters such as doors closing but it's expected. My experience has been good.

Oh we love our new community. We love our new home. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The neighbors are courteous and warm people. The apartments are built with quality and better care compares to other apartments. As a renter you will get for what you pay. The place is family friendly and in middle of Midlothian where every thing is accessible within 5-8 minutes, grocery store are in walkable distance.

The property is brand new filled with the latest and greatest amenities. The Floorplan do a wonderful job of optimizing the generous space for the dollar and I appreciate the added layer of security with the FOB entrance for residents entering their building as well as their residence. I have no comment just moved in. The apartment is beautiful and grounds are amazing. My garage wasn't cleaned out when I arrived staff took care of it. The water smells like sulfur. I have to run my water for 15 minutes daily to get rid of the smell and pay for it when it is due to construction. You should pay for our water till the problem is solved.
