Just moved in so far the experience has been great. Staff responds to things in a timely manner. The amenities on the property are well taken care of and there are things to do for all family members including the fur babies.

Community is beautiful, I witnessed current residents struggling with packages being stolen, internet not working and marijuana smoking inside the apartment complex that is a non smoking community. The location itself is great.

This community has been wonderful so far, the staff here has been very pleasant and helpful to any questions or concerns. I'm very pleased with everything thus far. The property is beautiful and it incorporates dog friendly atmosphere.

Great place to live and love the amenities with quietness. Also the convenience of an elevator and the grounds are inviting for residents and guest. The staff are prompt with responding to your questions.

I enjoyed my visit to Bainbridge. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the amenities are impressive. The community is set back in off of Midlothian Turnpike which is nice because you have some seclusion but still close to grocery stores, movie theater and everything is just minutes away. This location is 5 stars in my book.

Our apartment is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the start, Bainbridge has been wonderful to work with and now living at the complex is wonderful. Not only do the staff and maintenance crew maintain a clean living area, so do our peer residents. It's nice to live in a place that everyone respects their individual and community living spaces.

I toured the apartments last weekend and Brittany showed me the property. The amenities (especially the gym, pool & clubhouse) appeared luxurious and I have already made up mind to move here. It seems a peaceful community and they are also constructing a trail that runs through the community. It would be an excellent addition. The interior of the apartment looks sleek and modern.

I forgot the ladies name who was escorting us but she was new and she was very pleasant to work with but Ursula was very snappy and condescending towards her especially for it being her first day and I found that to be a bit unprofessional in front of potential renters.

Bainbridge Midlothian apartments are absolutely beautiful. The clubhouse and amenities make you feel like you're at a high end resort. The lounge areas are inviting and well designed. The gym offers so much more than most community gyms--Peloton, more free weights, a squat rack, and an area to do yoga or Pilates with a wall workout gym. The interiors of the apartments are gorgeous. The attention to details of the finishes is very apparent. Everything is modern and quality--quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, Shaker style cabinets with modern pulls, under mount basin-style sink with modern faucets, tiles walk in shower with dual shower heads, garden size tub, a built in drop zone. The community did an amazing job creating apartments that make you feel at home in a luxury unit.

It was a Great experience. The staff was really great. New building and not many people living here yet. They let me have keys early as I was in a time crunch to return truck. Moved here to be with my daughter.

The community is beautiful. We appreciated that there were several layout types that were available. We also liked that the construction and layout of the complex was well thought out. From parking to walking areas, it seems that a good amount of thought was put in before they broke ground.

The apartment was clean, everything worked. The elevator was a big help when moving the heavy items up 3 floors. Just a couple little minor things that were promptly fixed. Excellent area to live in. Would highly recommend

Bainbridge Midlothian is a brand new community for both young and old professionals looking for a peaceful environment with great amenities. There are loads of shopping options in the area to accommodate just about anyone's needs. Although, they're still constructing I believe the turn out of the final project will be great. The spacious walk-in closets and year-round saltwater pools are my favorite features.

Bainbridge has the best clubhouse, gym, and pool/pool area of all the places I visited. The large common table was big enough for the most space-consuming board games. The saltwater pool stays open year-round and I would have spent many an hour chillin' in the hammocks. The dog park isn't complete, which was the deal-breaker for me. Indoor entry is nice. Near busy areas.

My experience with the leasing consultant was by far one of the best . She was so friendly courteous knowledgeable and she has a great personality, very warming . The pricing like most places is over the top . I feel it's overpriced for basic living . The contractors did an amazing job with the outlay of the community but for the smallest unit it's over $2000 a month is a bit much .
